There is no bathroom exhaust fan in our bathroom..not good. Breakfast was mostly cold, i.e. eggs, pancakes, French toast, and sausage. Next time, we use the hot breakfast chef at the omelet bar. No wonder everyone was using it.
Had to pay for parking... not good either.
Since we paid, we should have gotten covered parking, or at least it should be included in the $200 night cost!
Overall.. might be time to switch from Holiday Inn Express.

I am loyal to this hotel even while it is undergoing a top down restoration because of Olivia and Manny who are more than just servers - they are the face of this establishment and Iβm one of many regular guests. I have stayed at literally every Hilton property within 10 miles of the airport and this is my home away from home from now on. Thank you Olivia and Manny!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. I believe the guest service agent that assisted us was Jackie, we checked in 11/29 around 5ish and she was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was very delicious. We would definitely stay again here. Thank you Embassy Suites!!

Great service. Great food for breakfast and not a wait on a weekend. The room was clean, comfortable and had hot water. Everything worked. Water pressure could have been better. Hotel was going through refurbishing on some floors so noisy in the mornings. Located near the airport, tons of shopping and I-526.

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by Jackie and Brian at the front desk. I had used an app to pay for parking at the hotel prior to flying out of the nearby airport. For some reason we were having difficulty with my reservation and Jackie was very helpful getting me squared away so my car would be safe for the weekend. She gave me a card for the property so I can call and request a shuttle when I return.
Brian drove me over to the airport and was very friendly. Had a great conversation.
These two are very friendly members of the team and showed great hospitality.
From what I saw of the area it looks like it it located next to a lot of shopping, top golf and restaurants.

Spent this week there for a conference and enjoyed my stay. Ms. Jackie is to be commended for her excellence in Customer Service! She made all intake and outtake processes seem effortless. She is a joy, and an excellent choice for your team. Iβm Hope that she is there during my next visit, and that she is compensated well.

Great place to stay while in Charleston. The comp breakfast is the best I've had in a Hilton anywhere. They have a dinner menu that is very good as well. Common area is really nice to just relax alone or with a group.
My only Gripe is that you have to pay for parking.

Hotel lobby is undergoing some renovations so itβs kind of a mess currently but will be great when completed. Rooms are nice and seem to have been updated recently.
Manny and Olivia were awesome at the Evening Reception. Very friendly and personable.

This location is amazing, the staff is professional and helpful, so special and appreciated when traveling. Also, Sandra R. that does the special egg breakfast π³ is a treat, perfectly made egg omelettes and watching Sandra R. flip eggs is worth the stay at this North Charleston location. Rooms are excellent and a free happy hour is tops after a long day. Thank you for a perfect stay πππ

Because I was attending a convention at this property, I felt I had to stay here, but having read the reviews, I had grave misgivings. While I'm not saying that anyone misrepresented their experience, I will say that I had an entirely pleasant experience. Is the hotel old and is the furniture somewhat dated? Well, yes, it is, but it was all as clean as could be and in good repair. I had daily housekeeping service, and everything I could need was supplied. The convention food was excellent (and for convention food, that's saying something!), the bar (both paid and free) had good drinks and good food. The service and the attitude of all the staff was cheerful and helpful. Like other Embassy Suites, there was an evening reception with snacks and free drinks, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Because it was a convention, I spent a lot of time walking back and forth to the convention center, both by going outside and by walking over the enclosed walkway--very convenient. Does this hotel need a refresh? Of course, and I understand that they will get it soon. But for me and for this particular 4-night stay, I was entirely pleased and I'm glad I didn't let reviews scare me off.

Booking.com had messed up our reservation on their end. I was so upset. But wonderful and VERY knowledgeable front desk representative Jackie helped me figure it out. She was amazing as she teamed up with Arie to make sure we got our room and price details squared away! Congratulations on a great team there!

The hotel was the perfect location for my daughter to attend a dance convention next door. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Judith, supervisor, and Sandra were a joy at breakfast. Sandra also makes a great garden omelette! Thank you!
