All good!
The parking at the Embassy Suites was great as usual. Speaking to the 2 employees at the check-in counter, not so good. They were both standing behind the counter doing nothing, but appeared bothered when I asked a few questions. Of course, dealing with employees in today’s business environment, it’s pretty much what I would expect!
Works
Was very easy and 1/2 the price of parking at the airport.
Had problem checking in. Nobody there to help up at 5:30 am when they were to open. I had prepaid for 7 days and we had to pay a second time. Not resolved yet and we will need refund.
Awesome experience!
Parking at Embassy Suites was all good. Only question I have is why do I get 5-15 parking notification cards under my windshield wiper every time park there? I prepay, register at the front desk but still get parking cards? Of course no one at the desk has a clue as to why I keep getting the cards?
Very good experience dealing with your people. I had a death in the family and had to extend my stay. Your people helped me add a few extra parking days. I’m very satisfied. On a side note, is there any way to extend the shuttle until midnight? Many flights arrive after 10 pm. Thank you, Stephen
So easy to park and shuttles were prompt
Process for registering your license plate with Embassy Suites was confusing and should have been done through Airport Parking. The fact that the Embassy Suites shuttle bus service ends at 10PM is not convenient and cost an additional $20 which makes remote parking no longer a cheaper parking option.
Everything went well, however, when I got back to my car, there were 18 Cards stating that I didn’t register my vehicle on my windshield. Of course I registered my vehicle at the start of my stay and pre-paid for my stay.
Very easy to use.
Well Greg I went to Park N Go by accident thinking I was going to Park Access. When I arrived at Park N Go they said they can see my reservation. When we came back to pick up the car same person said I was not register. So, I never did use your service. Is it possible to be refunded $46.18, is what I paid online. Confirmation # RPA581072. The price was great. Lots of space and a great shuttle service, very close to airport. One negative is that the Embassy desk staff did not seem familiar with the process and told me just to leave my car. When we returned we had 10 tickets but the desk staff said they would fix it! So fingers crossed I am not charged twice!
What a convenience and bargain.
Very convenient parking, I felt my car would be safe for 10 days.
Fast, efficient and very pleasant. Would use again in May but I fear my plane may land too late.
Drop off at Embassy Suites was fine as was their bus over to the airport. On return, we did not want to hang around for the bus so we took a Lyft from airport to hotel at added expense. But, overall total was less than we would have paid to park at the CHS airport.
Perfect arrival transportation. Experienced difficulty with 3 hour plane takeoff due to maintenance issue. Came in after 10:00 pm and it was pricey getting transportation to Embassy.
