Thrifty Parking Charleston

All the low star reviews have no explanation of their rating, I find that suspect and so should you. I had an absolute seamless and positive experience with Thrifty Parking. Dropping my car off, luggage on the bus and to the terminal in about 15 minutes. Due to a winter blizzard, my flight was delayed by almost 3 days, Thrifty was accommodating even staying later than closing and doing so with a great attitude. My car was ready, turned on and heated. Pick-up from the airport, baggage in the car and checked out in under 10 minutes. These people are consummate professionals in every sense of the word. I highly recommend and will always use them when flying out of BTV.

Staff at Thrifty are exceptional. Randy and staff stayed up very late for my very delayed flight. Great service and promptness.

Our flight was supposed to get in a half hour before closing time, but of course our flight was delayed. Initial delayed estimated arrival time was just after closing, so we were worried we would be stranded at the airport. After calling ahead to notify of our delay, they guaranteed to stay an hour longer until 1:30! The flight didn't arrive until 1:15, which was pushing it. Racing to ground transportation, I called Thrifty Burlington directly to signify our arrival and he reassured the blue shuttle was there waiting for the transfer. Checking out the car was pretty seamless, and we were hitting the road in no time! Confused about the random 1 star reviews, would definitely recommend to others and come back as well. I really appreciate it, thank you so much!
