Courtyard by Marriott Dulles Airport

Good rooms, nice lobby, shuttle could show up more frequently, but quite good.

After such a long day and my flight being canceled, this was exactly what I needed. Super clean and the most comfortable bed. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Super clean and beautiful hotel. Thank you Marriot for making my night stress free and relaxing.

Crisp and clean, beautiful well kept hotel. A little further from the airport than other hotels, but that will save you a few dollars. The free airport shuttle runs on the half hour so just plan ahead to get there on time. Customer service was excellent.

Great place to stay for my needs. Convenient shuttle from airport and to the expo center where my event was taking place. Nice, clean rooms with mini fridge. Comfortable lounge area with big TV and games. Friendly staff.

I was a bit worried by the outdoor look, but it was a wonderful stay. Facilities were very clean and modern and they staff was very welcoming and friendly.

I've stayed here often for work. Rooms are clean, beds are cozy, staff are nice. The TVs have streaming services and the rooms have balconies. Nice hotel!

The property is a little on the older side but it is a nice. About what you expect in a courtyard

Nothing bad to say, really. Rooms were clean and service was friendly at the counter. Location was perfect for what we needed. Courtyard looked lovely, but the weather kept us inside. We would stay again.

We were a group of 24 weary travelers who missed a connection coming from Rome and this hotel has done a wonderful job of making us feel welcome and providing a clean and comfortable place to rejuvenate before continuing on. Tiffany was so kind as she checked us in and Love worked hard and with a smile to check out part of our group while extending the stay for the rest of us. Thanks for a great stay.

Ok this is an older courtyard which I personally don’t mind but beware if you’re not a fan. Super quiet, easy service, good coffee from the sbux in the lobby. I like the area for more local restaurants etc.

Convenient and safe location close to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to Dulles Airport and the Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Museum but far enough away from any airport noise. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Rates were reasonable.

We had booked Queen room with 2 Double Beds (breakfast included) for my family and me. The room was elegant and very neatly done. The bathroom was clean, too. Request was extra towels was serviced promptly by the Housekeeping team.

The breakfast spread was good. We had a very pleasant and warm stay.

Strongly recommend to anyone looking for mix of value, comfort and convinience. Thank you to the staff for the wonderful service!

Although this location looks older, and not as nice on the outside as others. The interior is nice, the staff is great, the room was clean and comfortable.

Two restaurants are within comfortable walking distance for dinner (Longhorn steak house) and breakfast (Bob Evens).

Stayed here one night for business. Great location, Front desk employee rushed through check in, elevator was down (did not fully understand until I saw repair sign), Rooms were clean, bed comfortable- Room was a bit dated and small.

Excellent hotel close to the airport, really enjoy the cleanliness of the rooms, great staff and location close to several restaurants and shops. Never have an issue with requesting a late check out. Four stars total because some shuttle drivers won’t get out of the van to assist with bags.

There are dozens of similar places to stay nearby Dulles, and this Courtyard was a random pick for me. It was just fine. Neat and clean. Quiet, except for the jets at Dulles. I have no complaints. Nice room and the bed and pillows were comfy. Couch was weird, but so what. I spent most of the evening working at my laptop at the pull out desk without distraction. No complimentary breakfast though. I found that unfortunate. But hey, there's a Wawa just a mile up the road.

Only strange thing. No microwaves in any room n they have hanging cards telling u to hang towels to dry n reuse. I belive they r juat conserving energy all around. Staff was very helpful n nice

We only stayed here one night, but the room was nice. The hotel is obviously older and the age shows through at times. But there are enough updates to make it a decent option.

The staff here are a delight! You'll be more than impressed to see how lovely and cosey the lobby area is. Try the bar and see what I'm talking about.

Amazing staff! Ladies who served breakfast were so great to talk to; they felt like family! Rooms were clean and tidy. One thing I did notice was, the wheelchair accessible rooms were missing those bars that assist in getting in and out of the tub. (My room did have the button at the door that assists in keeping the door open)

Guest check in was great. Rooms are clean. Ours has no hot water but otherwise comfortable and clean.

Kevin was really gracious and helpful with all our concerns and requests needed for our church service meeting to go smoothly.

I travel for work and always looking for the best value in hotel. This hotel gave me that. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and close to the airport for my flights.

Following a 12 hour delay by United Airlines, a dozen or so of us were put up for the night. I randomly selected the Courtyard Dulles Airport Chantilly. This had been an aggravating day of one delay after another (9 in all) and to be transported and put up by the Courtyard was indeed welcome. The man at the desk was extremely kind and courteous. The women at the breakfast bar were helpful and gracious. I wish I had gotten their names but as you may guess, I just wanted to get on my new flight. The transport driver, whose name was Sam, was very helpful and genial and put my anxiety at ease. I am not a seasoned traveller and his kindness was so appreciated. The room was clean and the bed a welcome comfort! My only complaint was that there was no creamer and sugar to go with the coffee! But it was delicious coffee just the same.

This location was extremely nice! From the very beginning, checking in with the lobby clerk was very polite and knowledgeable. Her attitude was friendly and she thoroughly explained the hotel to me. The room was very clean and smelled very fresh. Everything was as I expected and my stay was beyond satisfying.

I have stayed at this location twice to be close to my testing center, both times I was pleased at the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms and of the pleasant staff!

Beautiful room!!! We were greeted by a very friendly front desk, and found our room to be perfect. I wish we had checked in earlier so we could enjoy it longer. Really quiet, too, for being near the airport!

This Courtyard, like most is perfect for the business traveler. Clean, comfortable, no nonsense. Very recently, some of my colleagues were complaining about no hot water in the AM. Didn't happen to me, but the owners may want to check that out. I had no issues. Would stay there again.

I just wrote a full description, now here goes again. The single Queen room included: sitting area, bath and shower; kitchenette with mini fridge, TV with capability to connect to personal streaming apps; nice armoire for clothing and desk area with chair. There was no skimping on the towels. There IA 24/7 access to "mini store" food items, and a Starbucks is in the lobby. The location is 10 mins from the airport, with shuttle service! There was no continental breakfast as I thought. Wi-Fi is free and easy to access! The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean. I had a wonderful night and recommend to others!!

If you're looking for a room that faintly smells like a well used casino, this is the place for you! They have a super efficient shuttle! So efficient that they don't actually stop at the airport. Very friendly though! They smile back at you waving as they drive past. The shower is a great way to get going in the morning. Random swings from cool to scalding are sure to wake you up! Very dog friendly. Fortunately the walls are so thin that you can hear them barking with joy all day! The ice machine is broken pointing to the front desk for ice, where they'll kindly yell at you from across the room that all the ice machines are broken so they don't know why you've got an ice bucket. The best part, is that you can pay to upgrade to a suite for your group, and they'll actually not have one available! The gamble goes great with the smell! Solid 6 on a scale of 6 to 6.

Up front, the Bistro is closed but there are a lot of food options around. They do offer a bag breakfast which is convenient.



The room was clean and comfortable. The room was relatively quiet. The colors have been updated to the gray scheme across Courtyards.

The staff were polite and the hotel generally clean albeit slightly dated.



The hotel is under the flight path, so I found it noisy, noise also from a electrical room next door to me and the jet washing the paths.



A few miles from the Dulles airport was very convenient for a late night arrival.

Nice rooms and pool, however they charge you for the breakfast in which I thought that it may be a continental breakfast bar. Again the rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable as well

Just wanted to experience the jacuzzi tub but there was no option available.

After a long day of travel with small children I was greeted by the most friendly and kind front desk employee (Muhammad). He made check in so easy and assisted me every step including food options in the area. Room was super clean and stylish, shuttle driver was great, overall a very good experience. Highly recommend! Definitely had the Marriott standard and the freshest sheets and towels!

Key card to our room did not work. Tried calling front desk, but into voice mail loop and never to the front desk. Walked there, employee did something and said try again. But still did not work. Walked to front desk a scond time and insisted employee come to open door for us. He did, a big man I think named Andy (?) and it opened. Made us feel like we were stupid. The next morning when we checked out we mentioned it to the morning clerk, and he indicated that the locks are scheduled to be replaced due to ongoing malfunction. So why did Andy (?) made us feel so stupid, as if we were incompetent.
