Just come up to Fresno to attend a funeral. Everything went off great and the service was awesome. Only had one issue but it was taken care of after speaking to the lovely woman at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious throughout our stay.

I can not be more thankful with Sarita, she helped me on two occasions when my flight got cancel. She is very professional and attentive. The hotel is also excellent, clean and all the staff if very helpful. 2 min drive to airport plus breakfast. Definitely stay here.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Nothing fancy. Breakfast had many choices. It was a little noisy but quiet at night. They have a little store near the front desk, and there is a Starbucks next door. Wifi was a little sketchy but good value overall.

Great front desk staff. We had interactions with three different ladies during our stay. They were all friendly and helpful. Room and bed were great. The airport shuttle service was greatly appreciated.

Everything was just about perfect except the pillows are square and hurt my neck. And I had to call the front desk right before 1:00 a.m because there were still a big group of people partying in the pool area and we couldn't sleep. It was handled immediately and I heard hotel staff telling security that's why they're supposed to secure and lock up the pool area. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff is amazing 🤩

I was surprised how clean this hotel is and the friendliness of the staff from front desk check in. I was going to give a 5 star except our room had a mini refrigerator that wasn't keeping food cold and a malfunctioning toilet that was noisy and keep flushing itself. We appreciate the free Parking and complimentary breakfast. The breakfast though needed extra help with variety and additional waffle maker because many people lined up waiting to have waffle which took a long time. But overall the hotel is decent and I highly recommended it.

Always clean, and Best Western Plus/Fresno Airport provides a fabulously comfortable mattress with firm support but also a plush topper, and snow white bedding. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed talking to the young man with "Imagine" tattooed on his arm. The look on his face when he talked about his son just made me smile. Very nice front desk clerk and a proud, loving dad. He just really impressed me. I traveled all around Central Valley, to the coast, and back and forth to Fresno three times. I had many choices for where to lay my weary head each of my 3 nights in Fresno during this recent two-week, three weekend trip to California. But I always chose Best Western Plus/Fresno airport. And during COVID, this establishment did an excellent job keeping its patrons safely accommodated. Oh, and I really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport!

Girl in Front desk was wonderful and helpful breakfast was good for COVID-19 condition the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because we had a crack open window and a wall AC unit with missing buttons I’m pretty sure we could’ve changed our room but I was okay with it cause we were really tired and wanted to sleep.

The hotel itself is very clean and fairly priced, there's a Starbucks and Quiznos within walking distance and the Fresno Airport is across the street.

Other then a couple of quirks that worked out this place is a good place to stay if in the area for work,traveling by air,or just passing through to your next destination. I wouldn’t say this place is a destination of vacationing/leisure or over the top amenities, but it is clean, up to date, and somewhat centrally located with freeway access close by. Office staff is friendly and rates are affordable. My only suggestion would be to book your room in advance because in my experiences they seem to fill up rather quickly week days along with the weekends ....

They have a coffee bar in the lobby, a little shop, a full gym, a patio with a BBQ and fire pit. It's really nice and has high end tech and equipment.

I was having a terrible night and the two young guys working the night shift after 9PM were very kind and compassionate. Excellent customer service. The rooms are not modern but they are very big and have everything you need. Very quite, and clean. You also have near by food options and it is right next to the airport.

I was here for the day since I don't have families here and wanted to get comfy. Check in was easy and fast. The downside is that there was a used soap bar in the shower 🤢 other than that, the bed was comfy 👍

Unassuming motel with consistently wonderful staff...hats off to Noy and her fellow BW employees. Situated among a small cluster of chain hotels, this property is not fancy, but very handy for a stay near FAT. You're likely to see plenty of airline personnel on the free shuttle which runs essentially 24 hours /day for your traveling convenience.

The price was kind of high compared to other hotels downtown but the room was very nice and clean. No bugs that I saw. I have experience living in a hotel room before so I know this room is well set-up. Only minor complaints are that the trash can is small and no liquid hand soap but only ba but it is common in hotels I have been to. The alarm clock in the room was a few minutes off on arrival as well.

Wasn’t much better than a hotel you can get for $40 cheaper a night. Also, the carpet near my restroom was completely soaked when we arrived so that was super lame. The guest service was nice. I didn’t have time to try the breakfast or amenities but hopefully next time.

Overall an okay experience. The staff is great and when you walk in the area is clean. The room was clean but the ac smelt and the door does not fully cover the door frame. The water is hot in the room there is an iron and ironing board. They also offer shuttle service from the local air port. Another plus they serve hot breakfast and the also have a little store area you can buy from. The issue with some of the products is they are great value product from walmart and they are charging a premium price for it. The halls can smell like weed at times. Over all if ur staying a night or two its better than some of the other choices.

First time staying at this particular Best Western. We were very impressed at the professionalism & friendliness of this hotel. Cerita & Amber Joy at the front desk were amazing. They are a true testament of sincere, professional customer service. So are the housekeeping ladies & the lady who was in charge of the breakfast facility on Sunday June 27/2021. She was so sweet, friendly & made sure everybody was taking care of. She kept the place clean every minute!! God bless them all! Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is convenient and makes traveling easy, but what makes this place 5 stars is their customer service, especially from Gabriel at the front desk. Both times I stayed here he was was phenomenal with customer service and was so amazing to speak with. The deserves a promotion, a raise, something, because honestly I was hesitant in staying due to my previous visits here before, but now I will definitely be coming back. Definitely come stay here if you’re flying out of Fresno, Totally worth it, 10/10 :)!

Gabriel, the concierge, gave first class service. He suggested the perfect places for us to visit in Fresno. Our room was nice and clean and quiet. Sad the hot tub was not hot but Gabriel's hospitality made up for it.

Used it Park N Airport. The best service in the vicinity for sure. Extremely courteous front desk girls, they were extremely helpful and forthcoming. The cost is reasonable. To top it, the shuttle was on time and an extremely nice, friendly driver team. I used it at midnight, both the driver and front desk were very pleasant at that odd time. Would definitely use it again and recommend 👌.
