Last verified: October 27, 2026, against the Trinidad Express and 103.1FM reports of October 26, 2026 on the Airports Authority's notice, and the authority's own parking page, which had not been updated when we read it. We will re-check the page after November 1.
Disclosure: ParkingAccess sells no parking at Piarco or at A.N.R. Robinson and earns nothing from this page. It exists because the new rates are announced in news reports while the airport's own page still shows the old ones.
Piarco's public car park is about to get 50 percent more expensive. The Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago announced the new rates in a public notice, and the change takes effect on November 1, 2026. Below is the full rate card, the two rules that decide which rate you pay, and what the increase does to a typical trip.
Piarco's hourly rate rises from TT$10 to TT$15, the daily rate from TT$63 to TT$95 and the monthly rate from TT$750 to TT$1,125, effective November 1, 2026 (Trinidad Express and 103.1FM, October 26, 2026). The notice and both reports print plain dollar signs; Trinidad and Tobago's currency is the TT dollar, so read every figure here as TT$.
| Rate | Until October 31 | From November 1 | Increase |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hourly (stays under 6 hours) | TT$10 | TT$15 | TT$5, or 50% |
| Daily (6 to 24 hours) | TT$63 | TT$95 | TT$32, or 50.8% |
| Monthly (12 or more consecutive days) | TT$750 | TT$1,125 | TT$375, or 50% |
The reports say rates at both airports increase on November 1, but they publish only one set of figures, and those match Piarco's old rates. The authority's page lists different current rates for A.N.R. Robinson: TT$7 an hour, TT$45 a day and TT$540 a month. Tobago's new figures are not confirmed, so do not assume TT$15 and TT$95 apply there.
A three-day trip goes from TT$189 to TT$285 and a seven-day trip from TT$441 to TT$665. A five-hour wait costs TT$75, and a six-hour stay costs TT$95, so the sixth hour adds only TT$20. These are ParkingAccess arithmetic from the notice's rates, not published prices, and they assume no grace period or lost-ticket fee, because neither is in the reports.
| Stay | Before | From November 1 | Rate used |

| 3 days | TT$189 | TT$285 | Daily |

Take a ticket on entry, then pay by cash or card at a Pay on Foot kiosk in the North Terminal atrium and scan the ticket at the exit.
Reports say rates rise at A.N.R. Robinson on November 1, but they give no Tobago-specific figures. The authority's page lists TT$7, TT$45 and TT$540 for Tobago today.
