Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport serves the largest city of the Caribbean country of Belize called Belize City. The main airport in the country (also referred to as PGIA) is a short drive away from the city.
BZE offers an array of services to its passengers, including several airport transportation options and car parking services. There are two Belize Airport parking areas — Car Park A is for passengers, while Car Park B is for airport employees. The main parking lot at BZE is placed right across from the airport terminal building. It’s a large parking area with plenty of outdoor parking spots suitable for short-term parking and extended stays alike. The walk from Car Park A to the terminal entrance takes only a few minutes.
Belize Airport parking prices are quite affordable. If you leave your vehicle for a few hours only, the daily parking cost will be only US$2. Overnight parking at BZE is US$9 (18 BZD). Travelers can pay for a parking spot via cash or major credit cards. Note that you cannot make an advanced reservation; PGIA parking in Car Park A is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Handicapped parking spaces are placed close to the terminal entrance, and any passenger with a disabled parking permit/placard may use them. Standard parking rates apply. You can also use the Pick-Up/Drop-Off Area right in front of the terminal for active (un)loading.
