As soon as you enter there is a bad odour. Night shift employee named Natal stole 100$ from me so don’t pay cash, if you have to pay cash make sure you take a video of the transaction and get a copy of the bill… this hotel got so much bad reviews and I know why now..

Old and really dirty, found a lot of hair in my bed, stain on bed linen, spider web aand dust all over the room. I am giving 2 stars because the staff was really helpful and nice but I will never want to stay in this hotel again.

Clean room, good bed with nothing extra. Very well functioning AC. Very affordable if you are not looking for amenities or breakfast.

A hotel. Period. It serves it purpose. Nothing fancy. A pit stop for travelers, family passing by, need a quick place to spend the night and be on your way, it’s the place. Ice machings out of order. Lots of parking spaces. Room simple, still with bulk TVs, a few dusty spots here and there. The staff tries its best, overbooking, wrong booking, no booking, if they can squeeze you, they’ll try to help you. For that at least you can be thankful.

I would want family’s like mine to know that this Hotel 🏨 is the oldest, creepiest, dirty one I have ever been too and has the worse clientele services. Let’s start off by saying that whatever they show in pictures is absolutely not what it looks like once you get your room, the air conditioning wasn’t working at all, it was humid in the room, very uncomfortable, we had spider webs in the bottom corners of our walls, the bath tub was disgusting 🤢, mold in the corner of the bathroom, barely any towels and very small ones too, I ask for extras and they didn’t have any, the little refrigerator had hair inside, the other double bed was sinking in so none of us could sleep in it, poor lighting and soo much more. I would definitely never recommend this hotel for anyone. Also no wifi access, they say on the site to have a outside pool and that’s a total lie since the outside pool isn’t even available. My stay was more then poor.

Stayed 1 night room was dated . Windows were rot. Our door wouldn’t lock and asked house keeping lady to let the front desk know and she told me to call myself. The pool was gross and not in use. The grounds were not clean and 2 ladies who worked at the hotel

We’re smoking dope in the court yard. The whole hotel needs a major upgrade ! I think we were 1 of 10 ppl that stayed there that night. Never again.

Yes I didn’t look before I booked. Next time I will.

I can’t even rate this Hotel any stars ! This relic of a building should be demolished. When you enter the property the lobby photos well but smells like a crawl space in an early 70’s basement. Nothing about this location is attractive. I booked this property for one night through a third party web page as the price was competitive with other hotels in the area and very close proximity to the airport @ $149/night it was a cost effective deal now having stayed here for more than 15 mins this location isn’t worth $20/ night.

Right off the top I arrive to find a disgruntled employee at the front desk I tell him I’m booked with my name and he immediately tells me there are no rooms available and I would have to contact the third party for a refund , I look out side at possibly 12 cars half of which have an alarming yellow boot on one of their tires. The facility is very large I responded to the gentleman I have a reservation that has already been paid for he proceeds to try to convince me that he is full and booked I question the fact that there are way less cars than rooms outside, he tells me they’re coming they’re just late ??? He say again call the third party it’s their fault. I refuse and explain to him that any miss communication between his location and the third party is his problem not mine. I was firm in establishing that I was on site with a Paid confirmation number and I demanded a room , mumbling under his breath he agreed to provide me with a room key. I head to the room first floor at the very back of the labyrinth of hallways with not one soul in site I peak out the hallway doors half way down to see an access door to an outdoor pool that was overgrown with weeds and a glistening brown rusty water filling halfway up to the pools edge , a vision you could imagine from a Tarantino movie . I proceed to my aged and very simple room again a wafting must smell stings my nostrils as I open my room door . Every aged detail of this building screams disaster paint chipping off the doors and walls , possibly one of the world’s first thermostats. I could go on for days about this horrific experience but it’s not worth any more time.

I would suggest that “ Travel Lodge “ look deeply into their affiliation with this franchise owner as it is clear there is no effort what so ever in maintaining an acceptable experience here.

I don’t ever expect much from a travel lodge but there are homeless shelters that operate a cleaner more inviting experience that this so called hotel .

Please stay far from this establishment

First room we were given had food rotting in the mini fridge. Second room was okay until my wife used the washroom in the middle of the night and found an ant infestation. Beds were so small we slept in separate beds.

Would have slept better in our car

The hotel is nice, clean beds are really comfortable. But I am giving it a 3 * because I called to be picked up from the airport shortly after 1 am and had to wait over an hour for the bus to pick us up. Some other hotel buses had been there twice. The only reason we got a room was because we had to get up at 6 am for work. That long wait could have have us a bit of extra sleep.

Room needs upgrading. Old dirty dark green rugs. Patch work everywhere. Staff has don't care attitude. Could hear every conversation. Next door room guest I could hear there entire conversation started at 630 am. Of course they woke me up.Room dusty, I keep sneezing. Not worth the money I paid for a double bed room. Was initially staying for 2 nights, I'm checking out and finding somewhere more comfortable, cleaner, less noisy and where I can get a good night's rest.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this location it was brutal. I was told there is a shuttle to the airport all I have to do is book it. I booked it through the front desk agent who told me for 8 am to be outside at 750. I was waiting and decided to just check to make sure it was on its way and the morning agent informed me it was never booked. He informed me the next one would be 830 and I would be late. There is nothing he could do because he was not the one who took the booking and it wasn't his fault offering literally solution other than taking a cab that I was to pay for. I never write reviews but I was treated so unfairly and so bad that I took the time a week later to write this review. That man was a terrible excuse for anyone working in customer service and should not be able to work with the public. Next time I would rather sleep at the airport.
