This parking reservation includes free shuttle service to/from airport for up to 2 people. Any additional person (aged 12 through adult) will be charged $15 plus tax (15%). This amount will be collected at the location (cash or credit card) and not at time of booking. Children 11 and under will not be charged additional. 

This lot does not remove snow from your car or the area around it.

For departures, inform the hotel's front desk about your departure time. Please leave for airport well in time and give a 30-45 minute margin to the shuttle service for pick up. Avoid unnecessary delays as this could lead to missing a flight due to unforeseen traffic or delays beyond our control.

Once your plane lands at the airport, you would immediately call the hotel at 1-514-735-5702 and we will arrange a pickup. You will have to wait at the Gate 9 for pickup.

Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window. 

Please bring a proof of booking (printed or on your device) to ensure that you are charged correctly.
Check in at front desk upon arrival. 
Please arrive no later than 30-45 minutes before you plan to take shuttle to the airport. 

Customers should stay on Service Road once they get on Cote de Liesse Highway. Look for a closed restaurant and the hotel is in back of the closed restaurant.

This is the worst hotel one can ever stay in. We booked a room and they gave us room with a bathroom which was not working. Even after complaining, we were not entertained. We had to visit nearby gas station to use the washroom in this covid time. On asking for a refund there response was "can't help it".

I suppose that says everything about the quality of service and room they are providing.

Room was good. Bathroom was updated. Just outside and parking not that great. Just make sure you have GPS if you're from outside of town. Driving around here not that great. Too many loops.

My experience was horrible. This is probably the worst place for anyone to stay and I would not recommend it. The standard of this place should be higher as it is located close to the airport. The room I stayed in had no A/C and it got hot in the room. It was difficult to even open the window to get some fresh air.

I missed my flight in Montreal but wasn't my fault. I didn't have enough time to make the connection to Vancouver. I have to book a hotel on my own. When I called to book a hotel, I asked for a shutter from airport to hotel. The assist from “” by Air Canada said that the hotel provides this service 24h, but I had to call them and ask for. When I called the hotel to book the transportation they said: we don't offer it!

I tried to figure out what happened, that's means I called the Air Canada service, the hotel, the Expedia and guess what?? I have to take Uber on my own.

When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to talk to the manager, and the reception guy said that the manager was around and he'll come soon. He never showed up. I showed to reception guy the screenshot of their website, which said they clear offer shutters 24/7. The guy couldn't say anything. After that, I asked for food, and they had nothing to eat (a meal, I mean). The reception guy gave me his muffin and tea. Another concern is that the room had a fly or mosquito (I couldn't identify it), and I asked for an Off repellent! After a couple of minutes, I couldn't sleep because of the fly (or mosquito ). I asked the reception guy to change the room. When I entered the room, I realized that it was new and better than the first one, and the surface was wood and not carpet; maybe that's the explanation for the flies. I just wonder why he gave a bad room before??

The room looks nice but was little dusty. Air conditioning was not working thus leaving the room unable to sleep. We called the receptionist to complain about that but their response was terrible. And the breakfast was a let down :(

Talking about the room, Room was cleaned well and Beds were made good.

But all the other experiences were so bad. First of all the keys were not working properly we had to reach out to the receptionist 2,3 times to make it working properly. The Water taps in the washroom were broken and the washroom door was broken and not locking up. The main thing is about AC. It was not at all working for all the 2 days we stayed. We did complained about the AC, three times to the management. No one came at least to see it and they didn't even cared about what we were saying to them. They were showing their faces like it nothing matters for them.

Such a worst experience 👎🏻👎🏻

Good place and I recommend it to all of you, the rooms are beautiful and cleans, staff is quick and willing to help and the meals are succulent.

Right from the beginning, my experience was terrible. There no preparations done in the room I was supposed to assign. In fact, they were offering me a dirty room. There was no lunch available on the day I checked in. I was told to order from Uber Eats. Even my coffee was given to me at the front desk to take by myself to the room instead of getting it delivered to my room in spite I was under quarantine. The staff was very rude. There was no coordination among the staff members. Everyone was telling me different answers to my queries. Each and every person had attitude problem. Internet connection was terrible. There is no lift in the hotel. No help was available to shift the luggage to my room on the first floor. No one picked up the call at the front desk when I called them from my room when I needed anything. So, I had to go downstairs to take my coffee and breakfast even during quarantine. The food was ok. Overall, I will never recommend anyone to book their stay in this hotel. Very very poor experience.

Stayed here for the 3 day mandatory quarentine. The room and bathroom wasn't clean. I found small hairs on the bath tub, the hand soap was rotting, there was a red stain on the towels, the toilet seat didn't fit well.

The food was good though.

Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

If you are thinking of staying here for the mandatory quarantine, DON'T! It genuinely does not feel safe. You pay $900 for 3 nights (you only stay for 1) and it is supposed to include extra cleaning, security, food. The hotel room wasn't even clean, there were stains on the towels and sheets. No elevator so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. No room service either. They give you one water bottle per meal and when i tried to get more they wouldn't answer their phone. It was also very cold in my room and they wouldn't turn on the heater. The food is absolute TRASH. This hotel is purely exploiting you, not sure how the government approved it. Spend the extra money somewhere else.

I only booked this hotel for the mandatory quarantine as it was somewhat cheaper than others.

But don't make my mistake, Spend the extra money and go to a decent hotel.

First of all there was a used mask on the floor left by previous guest which is a health risk and it shows that they are not thorough with cleaning and sanitizing.

Second, The food is absolutely garbage and I ended up ordering with skip the dishes.

Third, No shuttle to the airport so you have to take a cab.

Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This hotel doesn't care and they are just banking on the situation and making as much money as they can.

If I could I would give this hotel not even ONE STAR they don’t deserve any at all, spent more then 900CADfor quarantine purposes they are literally taking advantage of the current situation. would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone barely got any meals that were worth of the money I paid for the room, food given at the hospital is way better then what they had given, the services is very very poor, asked for a water bottle they gave me a baby sized bottle asked if I could get another one and they ask me to pay 2CAD for it where did the 900CAD go !? If I paid that much why wasn’t the service equal to it!!!

They give you food that is less than $10!!!! After paying over $1000 you can only have a bottle of Costco water if you ask for juice it's $2 !! The food is not their regular food from their kitchen. They give you different very cheap no taste food. You get better food in hospital. Shame on you!!!

Hotel is really poor not book this hotel for your GAA quarantine pay 100 more and choose another hotel according to my experience they also charging for 2 dollar extra for a single water bottle. Break fast is like a patient is getting breakfast in the hospital. They are just making money over there .

Web pages are misleading on prices for quarantine. As the front desk helper said to me when I pointed out, several clients have had the same surprise.

We think we book around 300CAD for non refundable 3 nights, and we are surprised with almost 900CAD, and no other option due to COVID. That´s borderline illegal, and certainly the perception is strong that the establishment is avidly taking advantage of the situation to lure clients.

Obviously, if we knew, we would have gone to chains.

I was starved because they forgot my dinner, and later I was lied about the reason.

For breakfast I was shocked to see that 900CAD got me a slice "bimbo" soft bread, a thin process cheese slice in its plastic, an apple and a yogurt. I had better breakfast in hospitals and for free.

Lastly, some (not all) of the front desk employees yelled at their guests. We are all in a pandemic situation and I it is to expect that guests are finding themselves in unusual situations: their questions don´t deserve that rude and reproaching answers.

I am all for enforcing rules we established to contain the propagation of the virus. But I was horrified the way Baymont felt entitled to go about it.

For the 3 days quarantine, not worth the price. I found hair in my food twice, poor staff super overwhelmed. Very impressive in pictures but it's really different in person. The view from the room is scary, mainly if you're at the ground level, you are facing a very empty and scary looking parking lot, I felt observed.

Quarantine stay:

Arrival:The place is not the most nicest place in any way, and the quarantine price (1223CAD total) makes me feel cheated that I have to pay that much for something that bad. When I arrived they seemed to not cope fully with the amount of people they had, but I only waited for about 5-10 minutes until they gave me my room key. I also had to pay a deposit of 1200CAD, but they returned the money on my last day of stay.

Place:The place has a small fridge, loads of shampoos and soaps, heater and cooler and a TV. My window was with a view into the hotel corridor, so not the best. The room is quite spacious with a table and a large wardrobe. If you are a light sleeper this place will not be great for you. Throughout the night there are people talking quite loud and the light seeped through the curtains in my room. Why do they walk around the hotel all night is beyond my understanding.

Food: the hotel is run by Indians, so the food is Indian, which for me was nice because I like that kind of food. I was surprised that in the agrement it said that breakfast was served downstairs. But it was wrong because just like any other food, they delivered to your door. Breakfast was sad, I like to have warm food in the morning. The choices of drink were Coffe (which I don't drink) or juice. The food was basically bread and Yoghurt Breakfast was at 8-9am, lunch was at 1-2pm, and dinner 7-8pm.

I got my test results on the next day, and I was wondering if I actually could have just booked two days of quarantine. I really doubt that it would take 3 days to get the results.

Avoid at all cost, hotel is very poorly maintained, dirty rooms, poor standards and services, I had to stay there as part of 3 day mandatory quarantine, paid $249 plus taxes per night. The room I checked in was not cleaned, missing shower gel, shampoo and microwave had and non working coffee machine and USB plug. Had empty facial tissue, bathtub didn’t have a plug. When requested they delivered some of the items 6 hours later. Meals delivered were of the cheapest you can imagine. Breakfast was 2 slices of bread (not toasted) with a slice of cheese, an apple and a cup of juice, dinner was a medium pizza with a coke or an Indian meal. They forgot to deliver my breakfast and lunch on day 2, I had to order food myself, otherwise I would have remain hungry? Staff can be helpful but they are overwhelmed and don’t have the required resources. Double charged me for occupancy tax on top of all that. Finally my negative test came in 1 day and they refused to issue any refund not even 50%, they’d rather charge me and the next guest for the same date.

Bad and worst service I have seen ever. I don't have zero star to give otherwise it doesn't worth of 1 star. Staff are not responsible regarding its customers. They don't care of its customers. It's more better to go to hell rather than staying in this hotel. I don't recommend any international student to stay here. Please choose another one.

Room smells like camp after 3 days. Beds 5 years out of date. But staff serves was good. Just not comfortable wifi sux no fan in shower. And toilet paper more like sand paper andno cable ITS 2021

This hotel did not look like much from outside but once entered it is modern, elegant and well designed. Cleaning could have been a bit better buy other than that I would rebook it again.
