GREAT STAFF, AIR-CONDITIONING, CLEAN ROOMS, PET FRIENDLY AND GOOD BREAKFAST!

They had cheerful and helpful staff despite the time we arrived. They were so nice!

We had a pet cat with us ( i know...unusual) that we travel with alot and Sleep Inn was the only one who had us fill out information about our pet in case she escaped our room and was wondering the halls. With the information we filled out they could identify her and bring her back to our room if it occurred. No other pet friendly hotel has asked that.

Good air-conditioning is important to me, I like it cold and continuous fan. I cant sleep in at hotels when the air conditioning sucks.

Clean rooms and a remote I could work with to use my Fire Stick.

The breakfast they provided was possibly the best I've had where breakfast was included.

I really enjoyed our stay and we feel refreshed to get on the road again!

After 800 mi. of hard riding we were definitely glad to walk into a place that had a smile waiting for us, the young lady at the front desk was amazingly efficient, ran all 9 of us through so fast.. and it was more help than that in many ways, I was very impressed, it was very impressive service.. we only had so much time but I slept very well and comfortably sheets were clean life's good, 4 hours of sleep and back on the road we were, for another $800 plus miles the next day.

Great staff, friendly and informative. Simple and clean rooms, comfortable beds. Pool and spa look nice, but I didn't use this trip. Decent breakfast on par with most IHG hotels. Location is convenient, but not much within walking distance.

Unbelievable service and support from the Front Desk young lady. She really helped us out when our truck went dead to find a mechanic. Super great breakfast. Very clean rooms also. Thanks again.

Rooms were great, located just off the freeway. Friendly staff they were very informative. Spotty wifi is my only knock.

Had to stay here because my truck was broke down. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice, but my back didn't like the bed. N9t saying it was bad, just my back. Room was very clean, they have a decent breakfast. The grounds are pretty comfortable. I would stay here again.

An absolutely friendly staff that makes your stay feel like home, the rooms clean and comfortable and one of the only places theses days doing a real breakfast biscuits and gravy ,sausage ,bacon and more not just a sack with a orange and a granola bar in it. It's a good place to just unwind and feel worry free for the moment and these days that's hard to come by. Thank you

Situated close enough to the interstate to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet. We got in very late, but check-in was prompt and efficient. Our suite was spacious and clean, with a microwave and refrigerator, and struck us as comparable in these respects to the Staybridge suites that we have frequented. The hotel was quiet, the bed comfortable, and the pillows fine. We got a good night's sleep, skipped breakfast, and left refreshed to begin another long day. We shall certainly try other Sleep Inns in the future.

A breath of fresh air!! We originally booked with the super 8 in Idaho falls and would have rather died than continue our stay there. We booked with this hotel while packing up at the super 8. I called to ensure that they had the reservation because I know sometimes things can take a while to come through. I explained our situation to Jennifer and she was overly accommodating. We had a smooth check in process and the whole hotel and room are clean. Although we came to them on unfortunate circumstances, we have had the most pleasant experience. Could not recommend them enough!

Slept like a baby

Rosa the night auditor got registered very quickly, and was extremely professional. I normally don't reserve ln advance because we can beon the road.for up to 14 hours before we get to the hotel. Price was great, and the facility is very clean. Great place to stop.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. We had a dog with us and they were very accommodating! The room was very clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay!

Always comfortable and friendly. I was disappointed that the soup at 6pm has been cancelled.

Update 2023 May 9. Soup is not back on offer. This may be our last stay. The soup at 6 was what made this property great. We always liked being able to unwind on site after hours on the road.

The room was good. Could use some updates and deep cleaning, but it was good. Walls are thin. You can hear everything. Young ladies at the front desk were fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

Pet friendly! Convenient and right off the high way, right next to Taco Bell and Maverick gas station as of current. The staff was friendly and there is breakfast in the morning as well as cookies that are usually available as soon as you check in (they’re so good hahaha) There is a river near by with a trail if you have time, and some good food paces

After a desperate and random booking at a Sleep Inn a couple years ago to find shelter from a snowstorm on the road, I always look for them on my frequent cross-country adventures. Some of the rooms might be a tad small for more than a solo traveler and dog copilot, but you just can’t beat the value — a modest room and price but ALWAYS clean, cozy, quiet, in good working order, and with friendly staff to boot. The Idaho Falls location is no exception. Easy access just off the freeway here, yet not jammed in with other hotels/stops so it feels tucked away. Couldn’t even hear the freeway from my room. There is a travel plaza nearby and multiple food options within minutes. The whole building is noticeably clean and smells good right when you walk in. Pet friendly room was sparkly clean, bed was comfy. I left at an ungodly hour so can’t speak to the hot breakfast but I’m betting it’s great. Minor detail: pool was closed, not listed on the website, I was just there for an overnight so did not stop by but maybe call before you come for the pool/with kids!

After a terrible night in a competing hotel who shall not be named last night, this stay was a blessing to this tired road tripping crew. Thanks Sleep Inn Idaho Falls, hope to stay with you again soon!

This is our "Go To" Hotel when we visit Idaho Falls to visit family. We stayed over Christmas this year. Staff told us about minimum staffing for Christmas Eve and Christmas when we checked in. Breakfast was available, but minus eggs and meat. There were only a few cars those two nights, so not very many guests for the holiday. Customer service was great, and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel is close enough to the central part of Idaho Falls, yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. We will be staying there the next time we visit Idaho Falls.

Highlight: Lightning-fast service from the front desk and quick resolution of a big problem; therefore I recommend Sleep Inn for their excellent service and high efficiency.



The service here is amazing. I had a major problem with my first room on the second night out of three nights. I was uncertain about the future of the situation. I didn't want the room anymore, and I didn't know if they will have a new room available. The Choice Hotel Site, that the Inn is officially associated with, denied my request for a refund and wanted an additional $50 for an early leave. In the worst case, I would have lost $190 and headed to a different hotel. The front desk lady communicated with her boss and everyone and had everything sorted within an hour. She got me into a new satisfactory room and everything is resolved. It is only my second night out of three, so I'll finish the rest of my review later.

Stayed here for one night and it was pretty nice. My boyfriend commented that the fridge kept the drinks really cold which he liked. Love that they are pet friendly, would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so hospitable and the stay was amazing. They were so friendly that we reached very late in the night and left very early in the morning without breakfast and they were so generous to give us some muffins and other goodies! Very nice and friendly management.

This is our second time in a Year staying here. Prices are lower than in town, and it is surprisingly quiet despite proximity to I-15. Staff is very friendly helpful both times. Treats everyone with courtesy and respect.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, not run down.

Breakfast bar is good as well. Will stay here again in the future.

We had been traveling all day and found this Sleep Inn. Booked a room that was pet friendly and was pleasantly surprised to find our room big, nicely furnished and on the ground floor near an exit for our dog. Staff friendly and professional. Linens fluffy and water hot. Hot soup provided at 6 p.m and breakfast served.

Would definately stay here again.

Great place to stay. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. We didn't have a problem with noise and there was no complaints about us being noisy, if we were. Will stay again.

We loved our stay at Sleep Inn. Everything was perfect from the moment we got there. It was actually the best stay from our entire trip. No complaints whatsoever. I loved the big vanity in the bathroom, my husband liked the "big boy" toilet, and we both loved the shower head/shower pressure. Very clean room! We definitely recommend this hotel.

Sleep inn never fails! Their beds are so comfortable. Great location-easy on/ off interstate and lots of food nearby. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. Everything was clean. Highly recommend

This place is a perfect gem of a hotel. Just right in every way. Great beds, clean rooms, solid breakfast. Best part was the people working there. So helpful. No joke above and beyond helpful. We came in late with a big group and got a ton of fast help. I would go back in a heartbeat. Close to the airport in Idaho Falls too.

Perfect location to use as a basecamp jumping into Rexburg, Yellowstone and beyond. Room was clean and taken care of and the staff is helpful and kind. The continental breakfast was well stocked and plentiful. Thanks for making it easy. We'll be back!

Their great breakfasts are back. Placecards let occupants know when a table is ready and staff when it needs to be clean. Comfortable rooms with a great view. Always enjoy staying here!

Right next to the freeway and super clean with a friendly staff. The only set back is the lack of a hot morning breakfast,most would agree a hot breakfast buffet is often the cadilist for the hotel choice I nbn the first place. They do offer some microwavable items but it's just not the same

We at last minute needed a hotel room cause or other hotel we had booked screwed us over , so we called the sleep inn in Idaho falls Idaho , and rose answered the phone the most respectful person ever and most friendly and helpful , she got us the exact room we need at a great price at last minute , very caring person , I have never stayed at a sleep inn before but after our stay there Feb 23'and 24 , 2024 for state wrestling tournament , I will always make sleep in my number one hotel stay now , extremely nice rooms , staff and prices ! Thank you rose for making our night better and being a life saver 😊

Truck parking, happy friendly staff and always willing to help out

I stayed here tonight after a horrible experience at Quality Inn & Suites in Idaho Falls. This Inn is very, very, very clean! Smells lovely, lobby is very nice. Staff was pleasant and when I called in she even tried to see if I could qualify for any discounts. I really appreciated the extra step! It’s always nice to go to a room where you feel confident that everything has been cleaned properly and the carpet you step on is clean as well! Will definitely come to Sleep Inn again In The future!

I work here! I'm a housekeeper and I can not tell you how amazing this company is not just as the Sleep Inn but as for Choice Hotels as well. They're taking Covid as serious as any company should. Stronger cleaner, mandatory mask use, and a positive environment through a dark time. We all understand that this isn't fun for us and has given all hotel business struggles and we know Covid isn't pleasant for our guests either however you can tell that everyone here is definitely trying to do their part in making this experience even a little better for everyone from the head managers down to your maintenance workers and your housekeepers. We're definitely all in this together!!!

Warm welcome and great stay at the Sleep In in Idaho Falls. Harley and Melvin did help us with the check-in and were amazingly professional and kind host. Room nicely done and really appreciated the laundry room. Kali at the check out has been kind too and made our stay a great one till we left! Keep up the good work and thanks for ha ing us all over!

The best hotel stay by far! The room was very clean, everything worked(A/C, TV, fridge,etc..). The hot tub and pool was awesome and very relaxing. My stay lasted four days and every morning breakfast was great with a variety of breakfast options to choose from.

Above all, was the curtiousness of the staff that made this stay just that much more pleasant. Specifically, the front desk attendant, Nancy Winterbottom, whom was very friendly and helpful for all the questions I had during my stay there.

I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room in Idaho Falls.

Friendliest checking in to a place in a while. Small pool and hot tub was nice for a quick dip, and the bed was sooo comfortable and the room was silent... I didn't hear a thing all night

I am a Canadian truck drive that makes two runs down to Idaho every week, this week I had some truck trouble and had to get a room.

With all the hotels I have stayed at, a late check out is normally noon, so I wasn’t looking for to hanging out in a waiting room at a truck dealership.

The Great people here understood the situation I was in and let me stay in my room till 5:30pm, it was so Great of them to do this, and for No charge,

Forever Grateful

The king size bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was very clean, no bed bugs or anything like that. The location was easy to find as well. ID give it a 4 star at least.

Great hotel! Nancy went over and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable! Pool was a little small but kids didn't seem to mind. Hot tub was perfect!

We arrived at the hotel having booked for the wrong night. Rose on the front desk bent over backwards. In helpings to change the reservation and gave us a room away from the highway as we. Requested, we could not be happier with Rose. She was a wonderful employee and a great ambassador for the brand and the hotel. Thank you Rose for all of your help

Stayed two nights. 1st room we got was pet smelly, asked to change rooms and front desk night attendant was very helpful. She was fantastic the whole time we where there. Made extra keys and let us in after we locked ourselves out again. She went above and beyond, was excellent. Breakfast crew was good, she did a great job, all the employees are friendly and the location is right off the freeway.

This was a clean, well managed place to sleep. Breakfast was decent and the pool and hot tub were clean. We enjoyed our two night and the Sleep Inn.

Stay here alot when visiting Idaho Falls. Service has been friendlier. Did not get the room requested when made reservation which sucked.

Very clean. I couldn’t have asked for better amenities. Bredena at the front desk was so nice, friendly and pleasant. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I definitely recommend for business, pleasure and especially if you have a loved one you need to visit at EIRMC hospital.

Beautiful place, the customer service is outstanding! They serve delicious soup in the evenings and breakfast in the morning. The rooms are nice, although the walls are a bit thin. Definitely a nice stay.

Really good stay. The employees were great, super friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was hot, which is becoming more uncommon these days. The bed was a little firmer than I would have liked, though.

Pulled off the interstate to catch some sleep around midnight. I did not have a reservation and did not call ahead. I was pleased to find they had a room available. They got my family setup for the night within a few minutes. Employees were very friendly and beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean and quiet. I recommend sleep inn if you need a place to stay.

Great safe location with easy access to the freeway. Friendly staff, we arrived at midnight and we're greeted by a great staff member. The breakfast hostess was wonderful keeping the area stocked and clean with a great smile. House keeping does a great job. Would stay here again, great value for your $.

I was throwing my sister a baby shower when the weather took a turn for the worst. Thankfully I talked to the sweetest girl Tabree (I probably spelled it so wrong) she let us use a room last min along with the breakfast area. The price was extremely affordable, and she communicated great with the night staff, the girl working at night was Kasili I think and she had such an amazing personality and keep everything stocked and helped with clean up. This staff is amazing and I would highly recommend giving them your businesses. They helped save the day

Although the hot tub was broken we loved being able to swim at the pool. The continental breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast staff were very helpful and polite.

We travel alot and this is the first time trying Sleep Inn. Absolutely perfect, from checking in (Max) to checking out (Nancy), every associate was friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were very comfortable, the continental breakfast was delicious- the women working the kitchen kept the area clean and quickly restocked/ fresh. Will definitely return to this facility.

The hotel is located far from any restaurants and shopping centers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tub and exercise equipment are clean and the housekeeping is 5 stars. The complimentary breakfast served every morning is delicious with a healthy variety of food, juices, fruits and coffee. I have enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is in need of much needed rest and quiet surroundings.

We travel through Idaho Falls frequently and we always stay at this Sleep Inn and they never disappoint. Even during the height of the pandemic they still provided wonderful breakfasts that could be heated up. The beds are always soft and rooms very clean.

Sleep Inn is a great place to stay. Clean rooms, customer service oriented staff from housekeeping to the front desk. The breakfast lady was kinda cranky, but maybe it wasn't her best day. Free hot cookies at the desk at 5 pm! Convenient location without being noisy. Sleep Inn was the best place we stayed over our 9 day trip to Yellowstone and back. We'll definitely stay with you again when we're in the area! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Best nights sleep in a week. Super comfy. No nearby food so delivery it was. Clean, quiet, perfect stay. Impressed as I always thought of Sleep Inn’s to be on the lower side.

Great stay here on 6/25-27/21. The beds were so comfortable, the halls and rooms quiet. Lovely view of the farmland and not far from all the attractions. The breakfast was good, BUT they could have restocked things just a little quicker. ;)

This is the best place to stay in Idaho falls. The rooms are the cleanest I have ever seen. The breakfast is the best too. Staff are very friendly and has a great access for semi drivers.

My experience with the Sleep Inn was great. My flight had gotten delayed, and United had given me a voucher for a hotel room for the night. I did not expect it to be great but surprise, experience was very pleasant, and the service was great as well. It was very short notice that I got my hotel room and the staff was very friendly. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. One of my biggest pet peeves is when hotels limit the thermostat in their rooms but I was able to lower it down below what is usually allowed in hotel rooms. I very much recommend this hotel.

Rose at the front desk went above and beyond, making sure our stay was more than just comfortable --but friendly as well. She was more than willing to help out when we called to make a late night reservation. Thank you so so much, Rose!!!!!

Only down dose it's no rib only shower in my room

I did like my room, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable as well. Desk clerks were very helpful and welcoming.

Pros: great bathroom/shower, clean rooms, easy location, good breakfast, friendly/helpful staff



Cons: check to make sure your door is latched. Ours needed a bit of extra encouraging.

Right off the freeway. Super friendly and convenient. I recently stayed here and straight up I was treated like family. There's cheaper rooms in town and normally I would take those but I don't mind paying extra in fact I'm glad to for the treatment I received. I can't thank you guys enough or chain how much I appreciate everything you did too show how much you appreciate my business.
