Had to stay here because my truck was broke down. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice, but my back didn't like the bed. N9t saying it was bad, just my back. Room was very clean, they have a decent breakfast. The grounds are pretty comfortable. I would stay here again.

Situated close enough to the interstate to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet. We got in very late, but check-in was prompt and efficient. Our suite was spacious and clean, with a microwave and refrigerator, and struck us as comparable in these respects to the Staybridge suites that we have frequented. The hotel was quiet, the bed comfortable, and the pillows fine. We got a good night's sleep, skipped breakfast, and left refreshed to begin another long day. We shall certainly try other Sleep Inns in the future.

A breath of fresh air!! We originally booked with the super 8 in Idaho falls and would have rather died than continue our stay there. We booked with this hotel while packing up at the super 8. I called to ensure that they had the reservation because I know sometimes things can take a while to come through. I explained our situation to Jennifer and she was overly accommodating. We had a smooth check in process and the whole hotel and room are clean. Although we came to them on unfortunate circumstances, we have had the most pleasant experience. Could not recommend them enough!

After a desperate and random booking at a Sleep Inn a couple years ago to find shelter from a snowstorm on the road, I always look for them on my frequent cross-country adventures. Some of the rooms might be a tad small for more than a solo traveler and dog copilot, but you just can’t beat the value — a modest room and price but ALWAYS clean, cozy, quiet, in good working order, and with friendly staff to boot. The Idaho Falls location is no exception. Easy access just off the freeway here, yet not jammed in with other hotels/stops so it feels tucked away. Couldn’t even hear the freeway from my room. There is a travel plaza nearby and multiple food options within minutes. The whole building is noticeably clean and smells good right when you walk in. Pet friendly room was sparkly clean, bed was comfy. I left at an ungodly hour so can’t speak to the hot breakfast but I’m betting it’s great. Minor detail: pool was closed, not listed on the website, I was just there for an overnight so did not stop by but maybe call before you come for the pool/with kids!
After a terrible night in a competing hotel who shall not be named last night, this stay was a blessing to this tired road tripping crew. Thanks Sleep Inn Idaho Falls, hope to stay with you again soon!

This is our "Go To" Hotel when we visit Idaho Falls to visit family. We stayed over Christmas this year. Staff told us about minimum staffing for Christmas Eve and Christmas when we checked in. Breakfast was available, but minus eggs and meat. There were only a few cars those two nights, so not very many guests for the holiday. Customer service was great, and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel is close enough to the central part of Idaho Falls, yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. We will be staying there the next time we visit Idaho Falls.

Highlight: Lightning-fast service from the front desk and quick resolution of a big problem; therefore I recommend Sleep Inn for their excellent service and high efficiency.
The service here is amazing. I had a major problem with my first room on the second night out of three nights. I was uncertain about the future of the situation. I didn't want the room anymore, and I didn't know if they will have a new room available. The Choice Hotel Site, that the Inn is officially associated with, denied my request for a refund and wanted an additional $50 for an early leave. In the worst case, I would have lost $190 and headed to a different hotel. The front desk lady communicated with her boss and everyone and had everything sorted within an hour. She got me into a new satisfactory room and everything is resolved. It is only my second night out of three, so I'll finish the rest of my review later.

This is our second time in a Year staying here. Prices are lower than in town, and it is surprisingly quiet despite proximity to I-15. Staff is very friendly helpful both times. Treats everyone with courtesy and respect.
Rooms are comfortable and clean, not run down.
Breakfast bar is good as well. Will stay here again in the future.

We had been traveling all day and found this Sleep Inn. Booked a room that was pet friendly and was pleasantly surprised to find our room big, nicely furnished and on the ground floor near an exit for our dog. Staff friendly and professional. Linens fluffy and water hot. Hot soup provided at 6 p.m and breakfast served.

We at last minute needed a hotel room cause or other hotel we had booked screwed us over , so we called the sleep inn in Idaho falls Idaho , and rose answered the phone the most respectful person ever and most friendly and helpful , she got us the exact room we need at a great price at last minute , very caring person , I have never stayed at a sleep inn before but after our stay there Feb 23'and 24 , 2024 for state wrestling tournament , I will always make sleep in my number one hotel stay now , extremely nice rooms , staff and prices ! I stayed here tonight after a horrible experience at Quality Inn & Suites in Idaho Falls. This Inn is very, very, very clean! Smells lovely, lobby is very nice. Staff was pleasant and when I called in she even tried to see if I could qualify for any discounts. I really appreciated the extra step! It’s always nice to go to a room where you feel confident that everything has been cleaned properly and the carpet you step on is clean as well! Will definitely come to Sleep Inn again In The future!

I work here! I'm a housekeeper and I can not tell you how amazing this company is not just as the Sleep Inn but as for Choice Hotels as well. They're taking Covid as serious as any company should. Stronger cleaner, mandatory mask use, and a positive environment through a dark time. We all understand that this isn't fun for us and has given all hotel business struggles and we know Covid isn't pleasant for our guests either however you can tell that everyone here is definitely trying to do their part in making this experience even a little better for everyone from the head managers down to your maintenance workers and your housekeepers. The best hotel stay by far! The room was very clean, everything worked(A/C, TV, fridge,etc..). The hot tub and pool was awesome and very relaxing. My stay lasted four days and every morning breakfast was great with a variety of breakfast options to choose from.
Above all, was the curtiousness of the staff that made this stay just that much more pleasant. Specifically, the front desk attendant, Nancy Winterbottom, whom was very friendly and helpful for all the questions I had during my stay there.
I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room in Idaho Falls.

I am a Canadian truck drive that makes two runs down to Idaho every week, this week I had some truck trouble and had to get a room.
With all the hotels I have stayed at, a late check out is normally noon, so I wasn’t looking for to hanging out in a waiting room at a truck dealership.
The Great people here understood the situation I was in and let me stay in my room till 5:30pm, it was so Great of them to do this, and for No charge,

Stayed two nights. 1st room we got was pet smelly, asked to change rooms and front desk night attendant was very helpful. She was fantastic the whole time we where there. Made extra keys and let us in after we locked ourselves out again. She went above and beyond, was excellent. Breakfast crew was good, she did a great job, all the employees are friendly and the location is right off the freeway.

My experience with the Sleep Inn was great. My flight had gotten delayed, and United had given me a voucher for a hotel room for the night. I did not expect it to be great but surprise, experience was very pleasant, and the service was great as well. It was very short notice that I got my hotel room and the staff was very friendly. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. One of my biggest pet peeves is when hotels limit the thermostat in their rooms but I was able to lower it down below what is usually allowed in hotel rooms. I very much recommend this hotel.

There's cheaper rooms in town and normally I would take those but I don't mind paying extra in fact I'm glad to for the treatment I received.
