I’d say the best part of this airport is the overall navigation. It is never busy, easy to manage, and has all the amenities of a nicer large airport. I love that the gates are so close to each other. Overall this is pretty good for a regional airport.

I was on a Delta flight that was diverted after not being able to land in SLC due to unexpected weather there; we passengers ended up "stuck" in IDA for several hours, with no onward tickets and no knowledge of when we'd be able to move again. The ground crew was absolutely stellar: kind, communicative, realistic, and tremendously helpful, even when they didn't have much information to share - but they were, without fail, more than happy to share what they knew, and what could mean based on their past experiences with rerouting situations. I am remiss in not getting all of their names (there are three), but to Stephanie, who worked past the end of her shift and went out of her way to ensure that we all had our tickets back to SLC, and to her colleagues - thank you so very much for making a decidedly suboptimal experience tolerable!

Great small airport. Just know there is less flexibility with trying to change flight times if your plane has an issue or delay. Our flight was delayed 7hours one time to Florida so we missed our connection and had to fly a red eye with all of our kids. We were compensated by our airline, but it was frustrating that we missed a day of our vacation.

This is my favorite place to fly into and out of. The airline tickets are competitive and affordable. The vehicle long term parking is $7 day. It is a small airport and thus check in is quick and security check is quick. I've flown out of here multiple times and I've never had a bad experience.

I love this airport! It's cozy and easy to get around, and staff/security are so friendly. As someone who dreads dealing with airport hassle, I find myself enjoying the airport experience here! The recent renovations are nice as well. I would recommend this airport to anyone.

This airport is a regional airport, with flights with Delta, United and Allegiant, and Alaska Unless you book weeks in advance the prices are steep. There is one cafe and a bar after you go through security, of course they are very pricey, but there is a fountain to fill a water bottle. It's small with 3 gates. Security moves fairly quickly but tends to open later for early morning flights. Baggage claim service is quick. I fly out of this airport frequently, and have never run into any issues. One tip... Just because it is a smaller airport, don't think you can arrive 45 minutes before your flight, they do a lot of volume, and there's not a lot of space for security lines. They do move quickly, but there's no guarantee they won't be busy, just give yourself the time rather than risk missing your flight.

Gates that are both aesthetically pleasing and practically useful (smaller airports are preferable due to their expedited security procedures). Great customer service all the way around! TSA is rated one of the best in the nation here and they are professional and courteous. All the airport employees seem to really enjoy their jobs and the airline service availability is only increasing!!

The Idaho Falls Airport is a nice place to travel to or from. I think I prefer leaving from a smaller airport like this one more than big airports. You never have to wait very long to get through security. I have never seen a line longer than 3 people here. I love that when you drive up to the front door, you check your bags, walk through security, and around 1 corner, you are at your gate. Everything is within 100 yards, and that is probably pushing it. I have only flown here in the summer; maybe it’s different in the winter, so I can’t speak to that. The lady at the baggage counter was very nice too.

Staff was patient & kind. Our flight was delayed 5 hours due to safety issues on the airplane. Many quests were very upset & unkind to the counter staff. They worked very hard to comfort us by different options. The flight to Idaho was a safe flight with no issues other than the lateness, which was not their fault. Thank you for your courtesy.

After only having big airports as an option and driving to salt lake, I do all I can to fly out of our airport. Security is always fast, staff is great, and it saves so much time. My only complaint is it seems to take forever to pick up your bags if you have one checked, but that's probably because you don't have to walk for 20 minutes to get to the baggage claim.

Idaho Falls Airport is nice and small. Getting through security is a breeze, and the airport is easy to navigate. I showed up 30 minutes before boarding time, but I could have also arrived 15 minutes early and been just fine. They have a small store that sells different items and food as well. My experience here has been great. I will definitely use this airport more frequently due to its ease.

Currently being renovated so things are a little mixed up, but things are well signposted.
Security is nice to go through, and thorough, seats are moderately comfortable and it's well lit. There are some sockets to charge devices.

The few times have been here it's been very packed. It might have been because of the construction that had been going on. You get through the security gate pretty quickly compared to a large airport, which is nice.
It's not a big airport so it's pretty easy to get around.

Great airport! The controller was super nice, and professional. I accidentally called up tower when I was trying to get a taxi clearance and he handled it great. The FBO was super nice, and fuel was cheap! I’d go back again in a heartbeat
