Long-Term Parking - Idaho Falls Regional Airport

After only having big airports as an option and driving to salt lake, I do all I can to fly out of our airport. Security is always fast, staff is great, and it saves so much time. My only complaint is it seems to take forever to pick up your bags if you have one checked, but that's probably because you don't have to walk for 20 minutes to get to the baggage claim.

I have come several times in the last few months to purchase airline tickets from Allegiant and their front desk employee, Ethan, is amazing! He’s been so helpful helping me find the best deal. He deserves a raise for sure. I wish all airport employees were like him!

Great airport with no wait in security. Only drawback is the horrendous country music piped in everywhere like icepicks in my ears.

Jackson Airport was closed, so we ended up flying into and out of Idaho Falls. Great little airport! If you're headed out to this part of the west, this is a great option.

I was on a Delta flight that was diverted after not being able to land in SLC due to unexpected weather there; we passengers ended up "stuck" in IDA for several hours, with no onward tickets and no knowledge of when we'd be able to move again. The ground crew was absolutely stellar: kind, communicative, realistic, and tremendously helpful, even when they didn't have much information to share - but they were, without fail, more than happy to share what they knew, and what could mean based on their past experiences with rerouting situations. I am remiss in not getting all of their names (there are three), but to Stephanie, who worked past the end of her shift and went out of her way to ensure that we all had our tickets back to SLC, and to her colleagues - thank you so very much for making a decidedly suboptimal experience tolerable!

Great small airport. Just know there is less flexibility with trying to change flight times if your plane has an issue or delay. Our flight was delayed 7hours one time to Florida so we missed our connection and had to fly a red eye with all of our kids. We were compensated by our airline, but it was frustrating that we missed a day of our vacation.

This is my favorite place to fly into and out of. The airline tickets are competitive and affordable. The vehicle long term parking is $7 day. It is a small airport and thus check in is quick and security check is quick. I've flown out of here multiple times and I've never had a bad experience.

Outstanding staff. No wait on luggage by the time I got to the carousel my luggage was popping out. The staff were all VERY courteous and super efficient. My car was ready when i got to the desk. The staff and the management in all asects are to be commended!!! A+

Idaho Falls Airport is nice and small. Getting through security is a breeze, and the airport is easy to navigate. I showed up 30 minutes before boarding time, but I could have also arrived 15 minutes early and been just fine. They have a small store that sells different items and food as well. My experience here has been great. I will definitely use this airport more frequently due to its ease.

Small yet friendly airport, things are quicker than the larger airports but they don't offer as many flights. It's very nice inside and the staff makes everything very easy

I love this airport! It's cozy and easy to get around, and staff/security are so friendly. As someone who dreads dealing with airport hassle, I find myself enjoying the airport experience here! The recent renovations are nice as well. I would recommend this airport to anyone.

I enjoy flying in and out of Idaho Falls because the airport is easy to navigate. It’s small enough that it doesn’t take long to get through security or retrieve checked baggage. It’s clean and the employees have always been friendly.

Great airport and quick and easy to fly out of. I always try and choose between Pocatello and IF.

This airport is a regional airport, with flights with Delta, United and Allegiant, and Alaska Unless you book weeks in advance the prices are steep. There is one cafe and a bar after you go through security, of course they are very pricey, but there is a fountain to fill a water bottle. It's small with 3 gates. Security moves fairly quickly but tends to open later for early morning flights. Baggage claim service is quick. I fly out of this airport frequently, and have never run into any issues. One tip... Just because it is a smaller airport, don't think you can arrive 45 minutes before your flight, they do a lot of volume, and there's not a lot of space for security lines. They do move quickly, but there's no guarantee they won't be busy, just give yourself the time rather than risk missing your flight.

A decent small airport with friendly staff and well maintained facilities.



Currently being renovated so things are a little mixed up, but things are well signposted.



Security is nice to go through, and thorough, seats are moderately comfortable and it's well lit. There are some sockets to charge devices.



Snacks are somewhat pricey, but hey, if you're hungry you're hungry I guess.

I was pretty nervous about flying on my own for the first time, but this airport was small and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered my questions. The check in and boarding was hassle free.

A wonderful location for parking and other activities. Additionally, it serves as a departure point for flights from Idaho Falls. Pictures that can be washed. Gates that are both aesthetically pleasing and practically useful (smaller airports are preferable due to their expedited security procedures). Additionally, the staff is exceptional and contributes to the lively atmosphere of this establishment.

Regionally quaint.

The few times have been here it's been very packed. It might have been because of the construction that had been going on. You get through the security gate pretty quickly compared to a large airport, which is nice.



It's not a big airport so it's pretty easy to get around.

Nice small regional airport. I had my car rented before the luggage even arrived, the cars were parked fairly close.

Great customer service all the way around! TSA is rated one of the best in the nation here and they are professional and courteous. All the airport employees seem to really enjoy their jobs and the airline service availability is only increasing!!
