I help serve there homeless gust placed by DSS And Open Door Mission
During an extended stay in the past, I experienced unprofessional and rude behaviors from a couple of the employees. 1st and 3rd shift employees were excellent. The maintenance man was extremely disrespectful and rude to me and my fiance. Our recent stay since they have changed to Motel 6 went well.
Stay was very short I booked a supposedly smoking room through a 3rd party app and when I started smoking the management asked us to leave I explained the situation as a misunderstanding and would pay to resolve this issue they still decided to give me to boot I get it for business reasons but it's a pandemic and for people with no car going outside standing in the smoking area with other guests is not practicing safe social distancing
Glad it's going to be Motel 6 instead of a homeless shelter...thanks to the occupant staying in Room 217.
The bedrooms are nice. However they say that they have a fast internet service and I could not even open a simple news page. Also, they don't serve breakfast for free.
Should clean up their bed bugs but otherwise pretty straight forward for a cheaper hotel with all the benefits lol
The most disturbing stay I've had in years! Booked very late at night/early morning desperate for a quick rest. Hallways had a very foul odor, carpet stains, and mold. Room looked to be "straightened up" but not cleaned. Crumbs on the carpet gave away the fact that it was not vacuumed. At a time like this EVERYTHING should be deep cleaned!!! Bed sheets had holes in a "non-smoking" room. Noise from neighbors kept me up. I would never return.
The hallway carpets were very stained, some needed vacuuming, paint was peeling on the bathroom ceiling, when the door was shut it it appeared from the hallway l to be slightly dented on the edge as if someone at some point had tried to pry it. The clerk responded to a wake up request by asking that we press '0" on the room phone to see if it worked! It just felt run down and slightly"sketchy'
Okay there’s no bugs and there’s free wifi. The laundry is $2 per machine and the dryer drys completely in one go. But the staff is INCREDIBLY RUDE. I asked multiple people “are you having a bad day?” Because I received so much attitude. Bring your own towels and blankets if you can cause they never have more available. Also it’s $400 for ONE WEEK here so keep that in mind. The hallways smell like a mix of Indian food and cigarettes it’s enough to make you nauseous and every blanket has cigarette burns in them. Also good luck taking a shower cause the water goes from ice cold to literally SCALDING hot every 3 seconds. Oh, and expect everyone you walk by to ask you for a cigarette or if you do drugs// what drugs you do. 2/10 for having no bugs and free WiFi. But still, would not recommend.
Located approximately 400 yards from the end of a functioning runway, it wasn't the loud sounds of jets landing and taking off that made the overnight stay horrible. It was the bed bugs in room 215. Thankfully I forgot my sleepwear and just slept in my clothing, otherwise I would have had bites over even more of my body. Both arms all the way up to my shoulder have been itchy since I checked out. Stay away from this place, or at least check the mattress before you decide to go to sleep. Also, no microwaves in the rooms. There is one shared microwave for the entire floor. And there's no breakfast at all- when I asked about it, they said 'we haven't done breakfast since September'. Okay service, poor location, poor hygiene in rooms. 2/10 because it had a functional shower with hot water.
