The staff and location were wonderful. We were looking for a stay near ROC airport. I read some reviews that made me think twice. But based on what we needed and the cost, we went for it. After our stay, I think the bad reviews sound like Karen Snowflakes that think they entitled to Trump Towers. Each time that I walked to front desk (twice after midnight) there was a helpful associate within sight. The room was clean, and otherwise exactly what should expect for the price. No regrets. If you want a $300 per night room then go pay for it.

A very clean room that was a little noisy from the airport, but that’s to be expected. Nothing outstanding but delivered what we were there for breakfast in the morning was fine.

The staff people were great and very helpful. The room was very clean. There is a table with coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. There was luggage dollies available. The inside is very well maintained. The hotel is very convenient to the airport. There is also a van shuttle. The breakfast time is 7 to 9 AM. There was scrambled eggs, sausages, waffle maker, bread, muffins, bagels, two types of cold cereal and banana and apple.

Staff were very kind and helpful. We had a problem in our stay - the last occupant broke some of the springs in our mattress. The staff were very accommodating and offered us a partial refund because there were no other rooms available. The accommodations were nice, with an adjoining sitting room. The WiFi was fast.
