I came in the middle of the night because my other accommodations didn't work out. The staff was very hospitable, the rooms were beautiful! So cozy and clean, I would have loved to stay another night there. Breakfast was wonderful, with so many options, and we took it back to our room to enjoy. We even received extra towels. The price was more than I was hoping to pay, but to be able to have a restful night in a clean and quiet room, it was well worth it! The entrance where you drive in was very narrow, but that made me feel safe somehow. So grateful I found this place.

Pleased to find this a great hotel walking distance from the airport. Prices were very reasonable for what you get. Room was clean and updated. The breakfast was not extensive but had all your standard warm and cold offerings for a complementary breakfast. Morning staff at breakfast was very attentive to keeping the cafeteria clean and stocked. Cafeteria area was rather small so you might need to get your seats early. Was not busy when we were there though. Small workout room but did the trick. They offer a 24-hour airport shuttle but we didn't use it since weather was fine to walk 8 minutes from the airport. Perfect for that connection and now we're going to walk back to the airport to get our car.

The staff and location were wonderful. We were looking for a stay near ROC airport. I read some reviews that made me think twice. But based on what we needed and the cost, we went for it. After our stay, I think the bad reviews sound like Karen Snowflakes that think they entitled to Trump Towers. Each time that I walked to front desk (twice after midnight) there was a helpful associate within sight. The room was clean, and otherwise exactly what should expect for the price. No regrets. If you want a $300 per night room then go pay for it.

The room was very nice with a king-size bed. However, there was a smell in the room that was unpleasant. The smell was coming from the ac, so I shut it down, and the smell went away. I did inform the front desk. The service was great. What we really liked was that they offered a shuttle from the hotel to the airport and back. Plus, they allow you to park your car there for an extended period of time at a reasonable rate. Thank you very much for offering those services. The hotel does provide a breakfast, but we had to leave to early in the morning. The night clerk did offer us coffee and a to go bag to help us wake up. Again, thank you for that service. The one thing that was not great was that the planes flew right over the hotel, and you could literally see the belly of the plane.

Room was spacious and clean! The airport shuttle was quick and in point. Very good customer service. The breakfast was to the point. You got a nice quick bite and got to go. Everyone at property was amazing

Room was nice . Service was very good and the hotel shuttle was convienant they picked me right away. The next morning they took me back to airport at 430 AM no problem . Driver and desk personal were very nice and polite .

A very clean room that was a little noisy from the airport, but that’s to be expected. Nothing outstanding but delivered what we were there for breakfast in the morning was fine.

The staff people were great and very helpful. The room was very clean. There is a table with coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. There was luggage dollies available. The inside is very well maintained. The hotel is very convenient to the airport. There is also a van shuttle. The breakfast time is 7 to 9 AM. There was scrambled eggs, sausages, waffle maker, bread, muffins, bagels, two types of cold cereal and banana and apple.

Staff were very kind and helpful. We had a problem in our stay - the last occupant broke some of the springs in our mattress. The staff were very accommodating and offered us a partial refund because there were no other rooms available. The accommodations were nice, with an adjoining sitting room. The WiFi was fast.

We checked in at night, and the staff were welcoming. They offered a quick shuttle service though we could have easily walked from the airport. Late at night, our only option for quick snacks was the vending machine and I was relieved with the variety of options in vending machine. Room is clean, has this big sofa chair. Clear sight of airport at night is impressive. Body wash and shampoo has good fragrance. Had all amenities in the room.
