It's not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but it's nowhere near the worst. Susan at the front desk was very nice and got me and the other guests checked in fairly quickly.
The room had some renovations but wasn't what I'd call "fully renovated". The toilet was really low to the ground even for me, and I'm 4'9". The beds and pillows were kinda squishy for my preference but there were a good number of pillows and the sheets were clean and soft. Lots of clean towels available too. The AC got good and cold. Some of the lamps weren't plugged in when we tried to use them, which was kinda weird.
This hotel was perfect for me as it is very very close to the PIE Airport. But if you are a light sleeper the plane noise might be a problem because it was pretty loud. Once I was asleep I didn't notice them.
If you are looking for a simple and quick place to stay near the airport this did the job.

Great spot! Found it because it was one of the most reasonably priced places in the area. I've stayed twice and each room I was given was clean and comfortable. The staff was very approachable, hospitable, and downright helpful. The only reason it's a four star rating and not five is because I haven't had the breakfast yet! Very satisfied with this Quality Inn!

We are on our third stay here and each stay has been wonderful. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming right from the start. Glenn and Kashina(not sure if I got that right) were amazing! They were ready to help as soon as we walked in or called. Check in process was fast and easy and we were in a room right away. Rooms are spacious and clean. Fridge was a good size and was able to freeze water bottles. There is no carpet which is a super plus. Floors are beautiful here. The beds and pillows are comfortable and nice to relax in. Water temperature and pressure in the showers of all 3 rooms we have stayed in were on point. Towels were. clean and way softer than other hotel towels we have used. Property is well maintained and clean. The pool is clean and quiet. The kids really enjoyed it! Air conditioner was nice and cold and kept the room cold. You get tickets for breakfast when you check in. Good selection of foods for breakfast and really good coffee! Check out process was smooth. Any staffed we passed greeted us and were friendly if we needed help. We’ve stood upstairs and downstairs and every experience was consistently good. Will definitely be staying here regularly. Great for families and single people/couples. Property is quiet and well lit at night and feels really safe. The kids loved watching the planes take off and the sound wasn’t intrusive or excessive.

There is an area next to the pool to grill. I saw a couple of military planes taking off from the airport. That was very neat. I will be back!

A little outdated but clean and comfortable. Has two floors with outside entrance for each room. We were just outside the swimming pool. Pool towels available inside pool fencing. Airplanes land at the airport directly beside/behind the motel. They stop by evening, so doesn't bother your sleep. Quite the sight, kids would love it. Turtles in the little pool next to the motel.
Breakfast had plenty of choices including waffles. Very close to variety of restaurants. Not far from gulf coast beaches and activities.
Didn't see a single insect anywhere in this facility.
Desks personal helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

I stay here every week. I am a travel nurse and it is easier for me to bulk my days together and stay over than drive back and forth. The staff is great, rooms are no frills and economical but that's all I need when I come. They have numerous cable channels, a good locale next to the airport and only 15 min from Largo Medical or St Pete General. Beds are decent. Price is fair and they have a nice morning breakfast. I always feel safe when I stay and I have never had an issue. I have been staying here weekly for the past four months and I will continue too. Love the staff though, they are my favorite!

First the bad news; this hotel will not take prepaid cards ( like most hotels) and if you have Chime bank, they consider that a prepaid card and will not accept it. So bring another form of payment.
The Good: The rooms are good size, beds are comfortable, the room is mostly clean and depending on how far away from the pool you are, it's quiet. There is ample parking and it's close to many fast food and sit down restaurants.
The hotel is great for the price.
Staff members are always helpful and super friendly.
I have stayed here numerous times, with mixed reviews, due to a variation of room placements, it's still one of my "go to" hotels.

I told him I had to be at work by 7 AM and they called the manager to see if they could make an exception for me, and they did. The room was very clean and had plenty of Toiletries. In the morning I was greeted by Michelle, Who was also very nice and made check out super smooth. I then enjoyed the Continental breakfast before heading to work. I would definitely stay here again.

It is an amazing hotel (the absolute best at this price point). The rooms smell good and are super clean. You can tell that it is an older motel but they have done an amazing job at making it modern. You can not go wrong for the price they charge for what you receive. Super friendly staff and uber close to St. Pete airport. I just checked in and was shocked by the quality of the room. Seriously, cleaner and better beds and pillows than most higher priced hotels. You will seriously not be disappointed. Thank you BW for your great work. I am not affiliated with them at all. Airport side is loud from the planes, but if you can sleep through the noise, your good. Room was clean. Staff is accommodating. Rates are great if you go through Choice hotel app. The Bf is a diamond member so we get a great deal every time. Breakfast was good, eggs and sausage but bagels were a bit hard. It was nice to get breakfast, most hotels don't do that right now.
No bugs in this room. Beds were comfy but could use heavier blankets.

It may not seem that nice from just looking at the exterior, but my room (I forgot my unit number) is pretty nice from the inside. It is self-explanatory when looked at from the inside but the food there…it’s good (not great) and they do serve Biscuits And Gravy. Though overall, the looks of the place can vary—it could be a “rundown” hotel for some, and a moderate-looking hotel for others.

I truly couldn't have EXPECTED MORE for the prices charged here. The pool was right outside my door and was an excellent way to spend 2 days waiting for my flight back home to Upstate NY after living in FL 20 years. These reviews that are not positive, are people who apparently aren't familiar with FL hotels. If you want NEW you will pay $200 a night off season for a upscale room. Ive worked at a few hotels on St Pete Bch. Even the fancy resorts have issues and they're old too, but you will stay pay a high price for them. This was a great experience and when I come back to visit I will surely stay here again for commuting to the airport. Keep up the great work staff, that includes the housekeepers and the maintenance who were busy cleaning diligently most of the day! Happy GUEST :)

He patiently and thoroughly explained everything and even had extra information and a map ready for me which was nice . I stayed here for a few days, after having a horrible experience with a hotel I attempted to check into not that far away! I was greeted with such warm hospitality and kindness by Krishina at the front desk. Everyone was so kind a professional, from the wonderful lady at breakfast, to the rest of the staff. Kristina made me feel rich at home from the day I arrived til the day I left! If I am in the area and need to stay away from home, I would go back here just for her hospitality! Breakfast was surprisingly good as well!

We recently did a 4 day stay here. The rooms were spotless clean! The rooms were not outdated, and the beds were very comfortable. The outside of the building could use a little maintenance. I saw bad reviews about the airport noise, but it was a non-issue for us. (our room was on the side facing away from the airport). Breakfast was okay, but free. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent easy check in and I wasn't even aware that I was a Platinum member but that cold bottle of water was just the thing I needed.
I didn't get the name of the lovely lady that checked me in but she was very sweet and professional.
Room was clean and the bed was lumpy but had fresh linens.
Deducted one star from room because bed was lumpy.
Otherwise stay was exceptional and peaceful.

I came in at 3am stranded looking for a room for myself daughter and niece. Michelle at the front desk searched and found us a room that would accommodate us. I work in a hotel so I know how challenging this can be at times. I was desperate and she went above and beyond. The room was clean and perfect for a few hours of sleep. The only reason for the 4 rating on the rooms is that the walls are super thin. We could hear everything going on in the room next to us and someone was standing outside our door smoking and the smoke was as if someone was smoking directly in our room. I never stay anywhere but Marriott but this place did not disappoint. Great job and thank you Michelle

i had to travel on short notice due to a family emergency. I got my room at a very fair price and was even upgraded. the hotel provides free shuttle service which was very convenient. the room was very large, smelled new and clean. the bed was comfortable and provided me much needed sleep. good breakfast in the morning and I could not have asked for a kinder bunch of people to interact with than the staff that works there. thank you to the folks that made such a trying time as easy and comfortable as possible. it was greatly appreciated.

The rooms have been remodeled & are nice but they forgot about the small things. Details matter like the old bedside lamps with the plugs that had rust & dust on them. Chair just needs to be cleaned & a nice ottoman would be perfect. The planes don't fly @ night but they do start really early in the morning. Breakfast was nice. I like that they watch hotel cameras to know who's on premises & if they belong there or not. What I don't like is the door doesn't seal all the way or fit properly. You can see the light from outside, while you're inside. You can also be charged for linen & smoking or damage. The later two I can understand but linen?

I have stayed in the room for 5 nights. The room was clean and updated( floor, furnishings and restroom). Good view of the airplanes traffic. Nice pool. Exterior of the complex is well maintained and well lit at night. Never seen a single rodent or cockroach or even an ant.
Most importantly I enjoyed friendly and professional staff which created a good vibe and comfortable and pleasant stay:)
For the caliber of the place it is, I give it 4.5 out of 5. For people who manage it, clean, cook, maintain, and secure the place, I give it 5 out of 5.

This is our go-to hotel when we are in the area. The prices are low, and their rooms are significantly cleaner and more updated than anything in the comparable price range in the area. We have always had clean, nice smelling rooms and have never seen a single bug. The breakfast offered was considerably better than others at this price point as well. The only downside would be the noise levels from the planes taking off next door, but that's to be expected when booking an airport hotel 😅.
