Very good experience. Fast and clear communication. Friendly owner who is easy to reach, even via WhatsApp! Parking place is very close to airport, transfer only takes about 5 minutes. Not a very big place, which is an advantage for fast transfer. Parking place is neatly organized, enough space between cars and you can take your keys. I'll definitely park here again, I can recommend to anyone!

Afgelopen weken voor het eerst gebruik gemaakt van deze redelijk nieuwe parkeerplaats bij de luchthaven Düsseldorf. De prijs is iets hoger dan gemiddeld maar dit is het dubbel en dwars waard. De ontvangst was hartelijke en de service super. Je parkeert de auto en neemt de sleutel mee waarna je binnen 5 minuten bij de juiste deur van de vertrekhal staat (dat had de eigenaresse al uitgezocht). Bij terugkomst even bellen en weer binnen 5 minuten staat het busje klaar om je weer terug te dus ben je binnen 10 minuten alweer onderweg naar huis. Ik weet wel waar ik de volgende keer mijn auto parkeer.

1. You are welcomed by the friendly owner and park your car yourself on their parking lot at 2 minutes from the terminal and keep your keys. Your car stays there - in contrast with many other options where your car will be parked "somewhere near".
2. Very quick pick-up after arriving.

Wer einen gut bewachten und vor allem umzäunten Parkplatz nahe des Flughafen sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Transport zum Flughafen erfolgt absolut problemlos, schnell ohne Wartezeiten und ohne Stress. Wir mussten unseren Urlaub vorzeitig beenden so dass wir früher wieder zurück kamen. Die Kommunikation mit Parken 53 verlief bestens, wir wurden wie gewünscht am Terminal abgeholt und nahmen unseren Land Rover unversehrt in Empfang. Vielen Dank!

Einfach TOP! Hervorragender Service und sicherer Parkplatz. Auch der Shuttle-Service hat reibungslos funktioniert. Man bekommt sogar noch Zusatzinfos zu seinem Flug und die Abholung von der Flughafen-Bahnhaltestelle ist in Absprache auch kein Problem. TOP - kann ich nur empfehlen. We tried this place once and we were very happy with their service, everything is so quick. They welcome you at the gate shows you where to park and you keep the keys with you. After preparation in 5 min you drive to the airport terminal. They give you the Clear instructions how to be picked up on your arrival, for us it worked almost perfect. It could be a bit expensive than other parking places but definitely a place to trust.

Telefonisch sofort erreichbar und ca. eine Woche vor Abflug reserviert. Am Tag vor der Abreise Erinnerung per Whatsapp.
15 Minuten vor Ankunft angerufen und nach schnellem parken und zahlen ging es sofort zum Flughafen. Transfer ca. 5 Minuten.
Nach der Landung am vereinbarten Treffpunkt angerufen und innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurden wir wieder abgeholt und zum Parkplatz gefahren.
Alles sehr entspannt und von uns absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Everything well arranged! Recommended! If we fly again via Dusseldorf, we will book a parking space here again. The good thing is that you don't have to hand in your car keys. At other parking spaces I saw in the reviews that they abuse the cars and just drive along or cause damage when you hand in your keys. With their shuttle bus it is a few minutes from the airport. They also have a chair for infants. In addition, they quickly answer their phone and they are at the airport within 10 minutes to pick you up! Thank you very much for the service! Auf Empfehlung haben wir einen Parkplatz bei PARKEN 53 gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Buchung klappte hervorragend und wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft professionell empfangen und eingewiesen. Die weitere Abwicklung war schnell erledigt und wir wurden in 2 Min. zum Abflugterminal gebracht.
