We used this valet service for the second time and can't say anything negative. The parking lot is not the newest and has potholes, but you can easily avoid them if you want. What many people here don't consider is that this is Düsseldorf and there can be longer waiting times. On our way back the exit was spontaneously closed due to clean-up work and we had to detour for 20 minutes. You should always plan more time, especially when you go on vacation or come back. If you do it differently, it's your own fault. :)
I pay a minimal price for the service, so you can't expect much and if you find out how expensive normal parking is in Düsseldorf, you will notice that it is low. Apart from that, it is a valet service and not a personal service that puts away the suitcases. It has to be said that our suitcases were loaded and taken out both times.
All in all, we are very satisfied and would choose him again and again.
Before we arrived, we called that we would be there in 15 min and when we arrived, they led us to a place. Uitstekend. Parkeren en in het pendelbusje stappen dat ieder half en heel uur naar de airport rijdt. Contante betaling. Trip naar de airport duurt ongeveer een kwartiertje, afhankelijk van de drukte. Terug stond het pendelbusje al klaar, hoefde maar in te stappen. Het terrein is grotendeels onverhard. Oud fabrieksterrein.

When we got to the car and started driving, we noticed that our handbrake was frozen/rusted (due to the weather). Nothing to complain about! Everything went great! Great price/performance, with very nice driver. This is the second time I've done it, my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner 😁. Definitely worth it if you arrive in your own car, no crowds, no stress. You leave the car behind, are taken to the airport, then back to the car after the return flight and go home! Splendid! I'll do it again and again. “I park myself” is definitely highly recommended!
