Our flight was delayed, nobody answered the phone on 24/7 hotline. I was forced to take a taxi service and didn't get any refound from parking.
Strongly not recommend to choose this parking service.
The "parking lot" Prinzenallee 18 in Düsseldorf is some old demolition site where you unfortunately don't have a good feeling if you leave your car there for a long time. Fortunately, our car was undamaged.
The contact and the driver were extremely unfriendly and couldn't speak German properly, which is why there were apparently problems with understanding.
We were traveling with a 5 month old baby and had therefore ordered a car seat for our child. The driver drove off on the way there before either of us was buckled up. I didn't know the seat and had to adjust it properly. Only when my husband asked the driver to wait did he stop and say "yes, but it's not that far to the airport". No matter how far I drive, I want my child and everyone else to be safely buckled up !!!
When we were back in Düsseldorf, I called the parking provider "immediately after landing" and said, "We have landed, need a Maxi Cosi again and I'll get in touch when we're at the door". As with the outward journey, I had to tell him which parking space we had booked. In my opinion, the provider should know something like that. Unfortunately there were communication problems here. The driver thought we would be standing in front of the door at the airport even though I had told them otherwise. When I got to the door below, I called the driver again and was promptly yelled at why I had called so early. He would have waited an hour for us and then drove again. The tone of voice was extremely disrespectful. The driver came back after 20 minutes. There was no hello or anything else. When my husband asked him about it, he denied having spoken to me in such a tone and said he had enough customers and didn't need us as customers. Fortunately, we made it safely to the parking lot. I will certainly not book this provider again!
One of the worst around DUS. They lied to me, hung up the phone after i called again to complain about the delay, and finally arrived after 1 hour. Not to be trusted, totally unreliable.
Old and decayed warehouse with terrible soil (moon landscape). Very frequent shuttle service so getting to the airport is not a problem, but upon return it's a different story. Personnel does not answer the phone and after calling several times, impolite guy answers the phone and asks to call back once you've picked up the suitcases. Then it takes half an hour for the driver to get to the airport.
Very bad experience, had to wait 30 minutes in the snow, when we got here the driver complained about us and couldn't or didn't even try to talk to us in English. Terrible service. Don't use this.
Because of very bad traffic jam we arrived late to this organisation. When I asked for the transfer, they told me it would take 10 minutes.
Unless we were late, we still would have time to catch our flight.
After 20 minutes I asked about our transportation. Again it would take another 15 minutes.
We waited for more than 40 minutes and missed our flight...unless the staff knew by this, we will miss our flight.
This organisation does not make any afford to help.
