We have been using Park and Fly now for a few years, ever since we had our son. It is a convenient service for families. We can have our luggage loaded in the car the night before, use our own car and child seat to park at the Park and Fly and they have a fantastic shuttle service for hassle free transfers to the airport. The service on the way home is just as good. There is no need to worry about whether a taxi will have a child seat and our son can sleep in his own child seat on the way home. The staff are friendly and helpful!

We have been using Park and Fly now for a few years, ever since we had our son. It is a convenient service for families. Have been using this service for over 15 years for both work and holidays. Always an easy checkin and check out. The only variable is the driver that takes you away and picks you up. For the more past they are good however some, like the dude this morning, needed a hug cause he wasn’t happy at all.

I continually use ParknFly when I need to get to and from the airport. The convenience of being able to park under cover so close to the airport can’t be beat. The transition from dropping your car to being on the shuttle to the terminal is so quick. I also love the ability to be able to book my car in for a car wash. Nothing like picking up a clean car for the homeward bound trip!

The service was good. Quick drop off and quick pickup. Unfortunately due to an admin error my electric car was not recharged as it was meant to be. The staff were quick to apologize and refund the charging service fee. I had enough battery left to make it to a fast charger, but it was a rough start to a 3 hour drive home.
I probably will book again. However, next time I will be verbally confirming with the front desk that the car is set for charging before dropping off the keys.

I have to give these guys a huge pat on the back. We have used P&F a lot over the years and they have always offered an outstanding service, but today they have gone above and beyond. We came down late last night as we had an early flight with VIRGIN 😡😡😡 and we booked the Mantra. They kindy dropped us at the Mantra last night. In the early hours of the next morning VIRGIN😡😡 CANCELLED our flight with the ONLY option a late flight to GOLD COAST that night via MELBOURNE arriving at 10pm!! As our seminar was for today, that clearly wasn’t an option. So we had to cancel all our plans, which left us with losing a lot of money due to cancelling hotels, hire cars, return flights last minute. Anyway I called P&F and they promptly sent a van to get us with the coolest chick driver who just put us in the best mood and made us laugh. Upon collection of my car, they, without me even asking offered to refund the unused days that I had paid for. They didn’t need to do this. There was a lady behind me in the same situation and they offered the same to her. They said this is happening on a DAILY basis. This is so terrible and so bad for P&F, they must be losing so much money having to refund so many, but wow what an awesome company to do that. 👏

Easily the most stress-free way to park your car before a flight out of Sydney Airport, providing EV charging options before pick-up, car wash services, generous NRMA member discounts, and shuttle busses to/from the terminals. Staff were friendly and handled numerous flight cancellations and delays to my return trip very well. I can't imagine I'll ever park anywhere else when travelling again in the future.

Have used Park&Fly a few times now, with added car wash twice now. It’s great to be able to come back to a clean car. Drop off & pick up we’re easy. Was initially going to Uber from Moorebank to the domestic airport however changed our mind the day before travels & decided to Park&Fly again instead, worked out cheaper for our family of 4 with the nrma discount. Would definitely use again. Have used another similar parking company in Mascot & they were not as good as Park&Fly

Used this service for the first time as we were travelling for 4 days domestic with a young toddler and it was fantastic! I was hesitant about having to shuttle to the terminal but it was pretty quick and very convenient. They have family vans with forward facing baby car seats.

If you can't get the app on your horrible foreign phone, here's return pickup info for Terminal 3 domestic: with the generic "shuttles" between 3 and 2, same side as arrivals, Bay 6 - they're not individually labelled, but the other side is 8-11 and not yours!

Parked here for a night for under $60 because of their black Friday sale. It worked out well as for a couple it would've costed more if we caught the train.
The process was super convenient and the shuttle service was quick. Although the car park is close to the terminal, do not try walk! It's physically impossible.
Although it was 5am, our driver from Adelaide was super friendly and uplifting. Great customer service with a smile! However, customer service at reception in the morning could be improved a little. Attitude was a bit unfriendly.

Very easy process from dropping the car off at their dedicated “drop-off” zones. Hand the keys over then jump straight into the shuttle for the terminal. Staff were helpful and friendly and the shuttle was extremely quick! Return journey was even quicker to obtain the car. I’d definitely consider using park & fly again. Note they also offer additional car washing options. Something I should added.
