We have been using Park and Fly now for a few years, ever since we had our son. It is a convenient service for families. We can have our luggage loaded in the car the night before, use our own car and child seat to park at the Park and Fly and they have a fantastic shuttle service for hassle free transfers to the airport. Reception is always prepared, the drivers are always ready to go. Our driver, Diane, was a wonderful lady and a scream with her stories. Yes, it is not as cheap as others, however, this is the only parking station where your car is securely locked away at night assuring peace of mind. I will always use Park & Fly.

The drivers are very friendly & help with your luggage. On returning to Sydney you give them a call & with inn 10 minutes they are there to pick you up. Was initially going to Uber from Moorebank to the domestic airport however changed our mind the day before travels & decided to Park&Fly again instead, worked out cheaper for our family of 4 with the nrma discount. Easy place to park and get courtesy bus to airport. Secure Valet parking. Just ring upon return from airport and they come to pick you up. Makes going to the airport very easy. Driver was driving a bit erratic though when he picked us up and should take it a bit slower.

I hadn't used Park & Fly in a few years, but I decided to try them again for a weekend getaway to Melbourne—and I’m so glad I did! The parking cost was less than half the price of Sydney Airport, and the entire experience was seamless. Dropping off the car was quick and easy, the van ride to the terminal was prompt and comfortable, and the return process was just as smooth. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. No racing to a lift and then along narrow pathways with luggage from a carpark. Simple - easy. Pick up the same. Upon arrival at Park and Fly my husband was greeted with his christian name by Sihn (apologies if spelt incorrectly) who guided us through the check in process and indicated where we should go to find the van to transport us to the terminal. Needless to say that we were most impressed with great service. Thank you. We have now returned from our overseas trip and the pick up process was equally as good as the check in. Again, extremely impressed with Park and Fly and would have no hesitation in recommending for anyone requiring this type of service.

Blue Emu was very clearly signed and easy to find when parking and leaving the car in Sydney airport. Bus transfer almost instant, car was in secure car park in the open air. Easy exit with the ticket you receive on entry, pay online in advance. Don’t have to go into an office or mess around at all. I’d you don’t know Sydney or the airport well this worked perfectly for us.

I continually use ParknFly when I need to get to and from the airport. The convenience of being able to park under cover so close to the airport can’t be beat. The transition from dropping your car to being on the shuttle to the terminal is so quick. I also love the ability to be able to book my car in for a car wash. The service was good. Quick drop off and quick pickup. Unfortunately due to an admin error my electric car was not recharged as it was meant to be. The staff were quick to apologize and refund the charging service fee. I had enough battery left to make it to a fast charger, but it was a rough start to a 3 hour drive home.
I probably will book again. However, next time I will be verbally confirming with the front desk that the car is set for charging before dropping off the keys.

I have to give these guys a huge pat on the back. We have used P&F a lot over the years and they have always offered an outstanding service, but today they have gone above and beyond. We came down late last night as we had an early flight with VIRGIN 😡😡😡 and we booked the Mantra. They kindy dropped us at the Mantra last night. In the early hours of the next morning VIRGIN😡😡 CANCELLED our flight with the ONLY option a late flight to GOLD COAST that night via MELBOURNE arriving at 10pm!! As our seminar was for today, that clearly wasn’t an option. So we had to cancel all our plans, which left us with losing a lot of money due to cancelling hotels, hire cars, return flights last minute. Anyway I called P&F and they promptly sent a van to get us with the coolest chick driver who just put us in the best mood and made us laugh. Upon collection of my car, they, without me even asking offered to refund the unused days that I had paid for. They didn’t need to do this. There was a lady behind me in the same situation and they offered the same to her. They said this is happening on a DAILY basis. This is so terrible and so bad for P&F, they must be losing so much money having to refund so many, but wow what an awesome company to do that. 👏

If you can't get the app on your horrible foreign phone, here's return pickup info for Terminal 3 domestic: with the generic "shuttles" between 3 and 2, same side as arrivals, Bay 6 - they're not individually labelled, but the other side is 8-11 and not yours!

A user of Park & Fly since 2015. Since COVID, this is the first time using the service again. Nothing has changed, easy drive in, park, and hand over keys. Efficient book in, fast storage of luggage in van. And in under 10 minutes, one is on their way to the airport. Arrival, quick phone call for pickup. Allowing for heavy traffic flow, pickup was within 15 minutes. Hand over of car keys was quick. From front desk, to the drivers, all friendly with a smile. A pleasant experience making at least one part of traveling a hassle free experience.

Parked here for a night for under $60 because of their black Friday sale. It worked out well as for a couple it would've costed more if we caught the train.
The process was super convenient and the shuttle service was quick. Although the car park is close to the terminal, do not try walk! It's physically impossible.
Although it was 5am, our driver from Adelaide was super friendly and uplifting. Great customer service with a smile! However, customer service at reception in the morning could be improved a little. Attitude was a bit unfriendly.

It is the most convenient and professional parking company so close to Sydney airport. Gone are the days where you paid $30 per person (probably $60 per person - one way) for an airport shuttle which picked up and dropped off passengers all the way to and from the airport. Easy drop off and a simple call back to the office to get your pick up.

Very easy process from dropping the car off at their dedicated “drop-off” zones. Hand the keys over then jump straight into the shuttle for the terminal. Staff were helpful and friendly and the shuttle was extremely quick! Return journey was even quicker to obtain the car. I’d definitely consider using park & fly again. Note they also offer additional car washing options. Something I should added.

I have used Park & fly many many times over the years and I can honestly say I have never had any issues whatsoever. The staff are super friendly and your vehicle is in absolute safe hands with cctv cameras everywhere, I always choose under cover parking. I simply wouldn't trust anyone else accept for park & fly for looking after my vehicle. The shuttle buses are very quick and prompt, well done the the lady's and gents at park & fly for offering such a great product.

On the way to the airport we were notified our flight was cancelled. With much stress we managed to book another flight. I rang P&F that we would be arriving late and hope someone will be able to pick us up. We always use Mascot Park n Fly. It's just too easy, with quick drop off, then step into a shuttle to the airport. Never a fuss, coming or going and always nice to come back to a beautifully cleaned vehicle (at an extra cost but worth it). Rarely wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle back to the garage from Arrivals. We love it!
