These guys were great. So easy and seamless. Easy to find, at drop off and pick up. My car was waiting with the air con at perfect temp ready for me to drive straight out on return. Very happy, will be back and will recommend 😌

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! These guys are great. I've used them for weeks and weeks now because I work near the domestic airport and there's no off street parking anywhere near my office. So I see them daily. The owner and his staff are wonderful. Reliable, professional, with excellent rates and value for money.

Amazing people and amazing service. Had my car parked and was taken to the airport 5 minutes after arrival as well as great affordable prices. When getting picked up from the airport, they were ready waiting for me knowing that traffic was bad and offered to give me coffee or water before my drive back to Newcastle since it was almost midnight even though they were already closed for the night. Couldn’t recommend them enough, would happily take my car there again in the future.

Good service on the way in , bought car back in good time. BUT, we were a little confused with pick up, and the driver just got out of the car and walked off , leaving us to pack the car with all the luggage and a child with us. Might not be part of the service but we were not impressed with being left with 6 big bags and a child to get into the car .. in a no stopping zone with hazards on !! Poor form in my opinion.

I travel regularly and have been using these guys for over 9 years now for both personal/family & business trips. They're fantastic! Drop-off & pick-up service always as punctual as possible... & the car wash detailing is top notch.

Always best to book before you park, my flight was canceled very early in the morning and I emailed them to let them know I was taking a later flight they validate my parking for all day, my anxiety was no more and I could park my car and not worry. Thanks mascot airport.😊

What a great service. Did not expect drop off to and from airport. Paid $144 for 3 days parking plus a clean, which is amazing value. The guys there were super friendly and helpful. Uber or can would have cost me about the same. The clean was really good also and so would recommend this service to anyone.

I was nervous about navigating the airport and parking so booked the Meet and Greet option - it was absolutely worth it. The woman I dealt with was so lovely, and the service was impeccable. Will definitely use them again and this time make sure I add a car wash because they're such good value.

Valet boss helped find and send off my passport i had left in my car at their valet, he was very helpful in retrieving it and passing off to a courier i requested to pick up, offered to pay him for helping me out and he refused payment, very much appreciated and professional service. Would recommend!

These guys were FANTASTIC - first time user this last weekend (end Nov 20) and I am definitely using them again and have told all my friends about them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will be using again.



Great service from:

- arranging the parking online

- the cheap/reasonable price

- easy and quick drop off at the airport in a clean and cool bus

- great quality of the car wash I had while gone for cheap price

- speedy efficient pick up from a convenient place on return to Syd airport

- and BEST of all...the thing that really got me...on a hot day before I got back they had turned on my car ready to go, and run the a/c so I got into a cooled down car and could just drive away in a perfectly clean car.



They get a MILLION bonus points for that on a 42 degree day in Sydney. Super grateful and they get the little details - recommend to anyone.



I am slightly miffed that I have been living in Sydney for 10 years and a (normally) frequent traveller and only just discovered them by a random Google search because the Long Term Parking at the airport is closed. Oh well, hoping you all find them now also because they're a great business with lovely staff and have been doing it super tough.

Mascot Valet Airport Parking is located on O’Riordan Street, Mascot, right near the airport. They are a parking facility located externally of the airport itself, so you aren’t subject to airport rates. They are a private business and the people you deal with are the people that own it.
