First time we have used this service and we were very impressed. Seamless drop off and collection of our car (we were very close to midnight on our return). Very friendly personnel. We have recommended this company to friends and will use again each time we fly out of Barcelona. Initially unsure where the meeting area was but the airport has changed since we were there last and it was easy meeting up in front of the Miro mural at the terminal.

There are already two times that I have booked the service and excellent, punctuality and very friendly people the phenomenal price, I hand over the keys, I get on the plane and they have really earned my trust. When I return I call them while on the plane and when I leave with my equipment I wait for about 10 minutes and they are there with my car in perfect condition. I always pay by card and I have never had a problem. I recommend them with eyes closed.

Reliable service but regulation is very restricted as they charged us an extra euro of $14 for the flight delay of 2.5 hours. I felt super helpless. RYNAIR airline did not take any responsibility for this matter. It’s not our fault as now I know RYNAIR Airline is always delayed, such as terrible airlines.
Somehow, Oscar and Park & Greet Team, understood the situation and made an exception for us to solve this out which creates a win-win situation. No matter the process of communication it took many days and hours for both of us to clarify the things, eventually I felt they are genuinely to provide a service to us.

Prefereixo aparcar a la T1, però si les plaçes estan completes es una bona opció. Hi ha que anar-hi amb temps, han tardat 40min des de la trucada per emportar-se el cotxe i per tornar-lo també. En ambdós casos amb dues trucades de recordatori. Havíem contractat el servei de neteja però no ho han fet. El personal amable.
