I absolutely love this hotel. The grounds are gorgeous, and they allow dogs which is amazing. I have stayed here a number of times, and have had 4+ star experience every time. However, my last stay was a little disappointing. I did not get connecting rooms the way I have in the past(we are a family of five). In order to get rooms close to each other we had to wait until 7 o’clock to get into our room. We did not get a discount for this. I found a pill on the floor by my bed( after waiting until 7 o’clock for it to be clean, I would expect it to be better vacuumed than that). I did not report this to management, because I figured it might have been a fluke.

In the morning I snuck out of my room trying not to wake my toddler. My husband was sleeping. I did not grab my shoes. I was just trying to grab a cup of coffee for us both. I was scolded by a very uppity hostess for being barefoot. Fine, I get it, they are trying to set a standard. However... that seems to be a one-way standard in some regard. The condition of their indoor pool was unacceptable! There were puddles all over the place, and slippery tiles that made it a very dangerous place to be. After I fell AND my daughter fell, we decided to forgo the indoor pool experience. I did notify the concierge via the text system they have. I never received any phone call or concern from management. That was disappointing. When I spoke about this upon check out, the young man that I spoke with couldn’t have cared less.

Even with all those problems, it is a really beautiful hotel. A bit dingy in places indoors, but absolutely gorgeous outside. I would definitely stay here again. Though hopefully management will remember to be a little bit more courteous of the guests and less uppity( if they want them to return).

The hotel is quite nice, room and shower were great, the conference had me in several different spaces with the main ballroom as an excellent space for the speakers before/after we ate meals, the larger room upstairs worked well for all the posters/stations. The hallway was lined with booths along with cookies and coffee in the middle with plenty of space to check out the sponsors of the event. Break-off sessions was in the smaller conference rooms. The ballroom was made a little smaller during the evening dance to make the space feel more filled which was a nice touch.

I stayed for a week and for the most part enjoyed my stay. The room felt old, especially when the door wouldn't shut all the way. It latched fine but I could hear everyone in the hall that much "better" because of it and had two nights where I was woke up by people talking as loud as can be in the hall. The food and drinks there were great. The staff were all kind and accommodating. I didn't ask for a new room because it was absolutely packed and moving rooms doesn't guarantee that you won't encounter rude people.

Loved my stay here. Location was beautiful, remote. The lobby was massive and welcoming. The room was clean, needs extremely comfortable, well appointed overall. It felt like a resort vacation destination tucked away in a quaint little town.

One of the few hotels in the area with an outdoor pool. Great for a summer stay.

We were very impressed by the quality of service at the front desk. I would give very high accolades to front desk agent Mo and front desk manager Andra. They really are the epitome of customer friendly.

All the staff we encountered were friendly and caring.

Loved the pool and hot tub.

I frequent during Chapter leader trainings and just started to go for a getaway. Amazing greenery nestled in a serene area of New York for an easy commute. The rooms are oversized, fresh, and it is the FIRST hotel that has an array of channels which allows you to ACTUALLY stay in your room if you wish. The bathroom has a dual-head and is well lighted and spacious, also.

The food is amazing. Their selections of fish and meat are fresh and well-cooked. The fitness area is well-appointed and the indoor pool’s pictures don’t give it justice, as there is a floor to ceiling “serene screen” that sets you in another world. Visit and get away from the city. A staple in short vacation and relaxation in New York.

No place to park when we arrived and a 15 minute wait in a long line in the parking lot just to get a room key. Couldn't get in our room after our 7 hour drive, so we left for dinner. Were finally able to find a parking spot at 10pm.

Bed was comfortable. Concerned about the mold in the closet. Apparently, the front desk wasn't. Entrance doors were hard to open - very heavy. Most concerning is that the bathtubs are extremely slippery.

Fitness room was great and open 24 hours, as was the pool in the lobby of the hotel.

There was no access to regular coffee, except in the dining room or the mini machine offering one small cup in the room.

Grounds are beautiful with "staging" areas for photos.

Overall, a nice place to stay. Beautiful grounds and a good housekeeping staff.

I was there for a Mason lodge event. It was a nice party. The only issue was there were over 200 guests in the event space without air conditioning! Everyone was sweating and fanning themselves. I did not partake in any alcohol and it was still too hot. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton.

Always fantastic! It's been a beautiful hotel since the day it opened up. It's expansive. It has great food. It has a nice pool. It has outdoor tennis courts and indoor tennis courts. Everybody in WestChester knows about over its close to the airport. It's very convenient Off 287 and Westchester Ave. I had a great meal there last night visiting friends that were in town. The rooms are cozy and quiet. The only negative is that if your room is far away from the door it's gonna be a long walk. There is plenty of parking as well. It is Hilton. It has to be good.

I love everything about this hotel and the service is excellent. The only thing I wish they had was a microwave and maybe a bigger refrigerator. Other than that my stay there was amazing.

The nickname of this hotel is "The Waldorf in the Woods", which is very accurate. It is a sprawling space nestled in the woods of Rye N.Y. it has a really turn of the century, gold coast vibe. Great architecture and furniture makes this grand hotel perfect for unique weddings, meetings or just a quick get away weekend. If you make it to this hotel, make good use of the complementary map to find your way around!

It was hard to find the location in a trafficked area. I will say it was the best lunch I have had at meeting at a hotel, great options, well prepared. Pleasant staff were available but not intrusive.

Good hotel. Could use some touch ups here and there. But overall a good stay. It is what you expect for the price point ($100ish/night)

Overall a nice hotel. We attended a large conference at the hotel and encountered a registration problem. The staff was able to effectively fix the problem. There is a nice bar lounge in the lobby. The lobby has a very nice fire place and restaurant. The food is good with fast service but a bit pricey. The room was clean and spacious. They have a game room, indoor and outdoor pool. There is a nice hot tub in the pool room. An overall enjoyable trip.

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel and grounds were gorgeous. We ate 3 meals in house and all were delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our only complaint was that the night that we stayed, there were an adundance of out of control kids running around making a lot of noise and this was at midnight. The hotel should maintain an atmosphere that is comfortable for all of the guests.

It's a pretty good hotel especially for the price, but has barely any sound isolation. On our visit we had to move twice. The first room was filled with weed smoke and second was under a room that had people jumping and shouting. Third room was better, all we could hear is kids shouting but kids are predictable and go to bed by 9pm so that worked.

I've heard they are working on sound proofing the hotel, all the staff I've encountered was amazing and very helpful.

The area is great too.

Very nice for a conference hotel. The buffets at the conference were delicious and the staff was knowledgeable about the food. This is very important to me because I have food allergies. The chairs were comfortable too. The room was clean and I slept well. My only complaint is the bathroom. It was clean but the shower rod looked like it was coming out and the bottom of the door was not cut properly and looked beat up. A little maintenance could turn this hotel into something fabulous.

Good hotel as you can expect from hilton. The facility is sprawling though and going to you room can become a journey. Checking in can be slow. Leaving your car at valet is preferable unless you're ready to hike a mile through the parking. Not bad overall but small details of the experience could be improved.

It's my first time here; staying one night for a work conference. My room is surprisingly large and clean (as expected). Staff has been courteous and the food is simple but incredibly flavored and delicious. It's a bit cold today but the little I experienced outside was quite beautiful.

One of the best getaways you can go to. Staff is nice dog friendly hotel. The patio rooms are best I think. Opens up to backyard green area. Outside pool and inside pool is great fun time. Food room service are good, just wish they have more selections

Thus hotel is one of my favorites. The grounds are so lovely to include a walking trail. Getting outside is great after a long stressful day or you can choose a dip in the indoor pool. The outdoor pool is only open for a short seasonal time. The rooms are large and the beds are comfy. I even like their pillows

Great hotel with nice sized rooms. Indoor and outdoor pool. Reception staff very kind and helpful. Beautiful patio. Restaurant menus need an upgrade to be gastronomic.
