Convenient location and the hotel staff were a pleasure to deal with upon arrival. Room was thoroughly cleaned and the door was sealed shut. The hotel did not serve breakfast due to Covid restrictions but did offer breakfast bags (in fridge) as an alternative.

Wonderful stay. Even though Covid parodical is still in place we were supplied with fresh towels, shampoo , coffee pods etc. These were left at our door so no one entered the room. Room was clean, everything was beautiful. The only thing that we missed was breakfast.....

The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant food was quite good and the service excellent.
The location was close (but not too close) to the airport and easy to go places from.
Overall it was a great stay, I wish I had taken advantage of the pool though. 😉

Very welcoming and accommodating team, easy parking, great spacious room with coffee maker, fridge and microwave.
Bed was super comfortable and the gym had what I needed.

Great place to go if you need to park your car for 2 weeks. The only reason I deducted a star is because it's -40 and the shuttle driver drove up with a freezing cold van and turned it off while loading. I get that there are preferences for not idling a vehicle, but when it's -40 you can and should make a concession. The van was still cold by the time we reached the airport.

While we did not stay here - we did the park & ride in November and it went so smoothly we are booked to do it again through them in January! There was a lovely blonde lady at the desk (wish I got her name so I could give recognition! She was working Nov. 3rd at 7 AM if that helps) who was so nice, answered all my questions and got our taxi driver ready for us. Thank you so much Hilton for making our drive from Edmonton to fly out of Calgary airport super easy!

I love this hotel. You can leave your car for 15 days for free with the hotel. The bed is very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is located near the hotel, 15 mins by taxi. The hotel pays for your transfers to the airport using taxi or shuffles to and from the hotel all guest. There is also inside restaurant if you want to have a hot meals. The staff are very friendly both in hotel and restaurant.

After two flights (one from the UK and a domestic one from Vancouver), we collected our luggage and waited outside for the shuttle bus to take us to the hotel. The journey to the hotel was around 15 minutes.
We checked in with no issues. The room was a standard king room which was clean and a suitable option for an overnight stay. We ate in the Grille and Bar and the food was served quite quickly and was hot. A welcome beer was consumed after the long day travelling.
The shuttle took us back to the airport in the morning and the driver dropped us off outside the car hire companies to enable us to collect our hire car for our onward journey.

Pay to park our car there for our trip and the service was excellent, we lost our car keys there. They were able to fin it and keep it safe for us until we came back from our trip. We came back at 1am and they send us a cab to takes us to the hotel. Great service

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Good price for the stay. It's not far from attraction's in Calgary. Staff are excellent. Hotel restaurant has great breakfasts. Our children loved the pool and hot tub.

High quality hotel. Clean lobby, clean rooms. Check out at noon that's nice when traveling. Staff were absolutely great in all ways!
But as most hotels sheets slide off during night. I would suggest using thin duves with covers from Ikea (they don't slide off). It is not very nice to wake up with blanket covering one self and sheet on the floor.
All in all reasonably priced and a very good experience. A little disappointed not to meet Paris at the bar 😁

We stayed a night in early October 2022 and chose this location due to it's proximity to the airport. We weren't familiar with the traffic and didn't want to be stuck anywhere and miss our flight. We booked 1 king room through ExpediaForTD. I would book this hotel again if we visited again.

Location is pretty hard to beat, you're a few minutes away and essentially just beside the airport.

Room was spacious with all the usuals - mini fridge, coffee maker, desk, chairs, etc. However the thermostat/ HVAC was not working properly and the room became quite warm even as we turned the temperature down. We didn't bother calling the front desk to change rooms since we were close to other family members and we were tired and did not want to pack our stuff and move.

There was a pool, hot tub and gym, but we didn't have time to visit. They had a water bottle filling station right behind the lobby, across from the pool which was great since you didn't have to pay for their in room water bottles. There is a free shuttle that takes you to the airport if you require a ride.

We ate breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby and the portion was good for ~$15.
Service: 5/5
There was a $5 charge on my card afterwards for water bottles, but we never took any (water bottle filling station was right by the lobby...) Are corresponding with the hotel, they reversed the charge. Overall the experience was great even with the minor mix up.

I wasn’t originally booked to stay in Calgary (my flight was delayed so I had to stay overnight). The guest staff were all friendly, and service was prompt. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, the food at the restaurant was good. No complaints.

I lost my wallet during the visit to Jasper (all IDs and credit cards are inside) and couldn't catch my flight home (thankfully someone found it the next day). Luckily I was able to book this hotel at last minute (they offer free shuttle from and to the airport!) and received warm welcome and kindness from here - Angelica, Peter, Terri and all the staff members! They did everything they could to help and even offered me a complimentary dinner to cheer me up. I am deeply warmed and truly appreciate the kindness I received. I'll definitely choose the same hotel the next time I visit and will try my best to reciprocate the kindness to others.

Made a last minute reservation and the lady answering the phone was very nice and accommodating as we had a pet with us. She tried her best to put us in a room close to the side door for quick in/out for our dog.
We had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant and food and service was great! Especially our server Hemant, he was so kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great meal.
Our room was clean and lots of parking available ☺️

I arrived at the hotel about 8 P.m.. My checking was great the young lady who checked me was pleasant. and Cordial. Her name Angella.Everything was fine untill I was confronted by Roemarie who told me my Card was decline. I didn't even made the booking, She didn't even ask for my name
I was staying with some else..She along with another one Sydney were rude yelling and screaming at us. She even told us we could leave if we didn't like it there.Other that my stay was excellent and I would stay there again if I am in Calgary.I slept very well, I had clean towels etc.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was lovely and clean.
Due to time we did not use other facilities but the business center and pool were available.
We would return and not hesitate to recommend this location to travelers.

Great value and thought it would be possibly noisy being close to the airport but we heard absolutely nothing and rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was not that great, though staff do their best. The warmers were either not on or not high enough so the food was very cold. They were apologetic. I would come back here and give them another chance as everything else was great

I went here with my family. The overall experience was really great. I had concerns about cleanliness but special thanks to the cleaning lady "Nazim" (I think that's her name). I saw the way she cleaned. It was thorough and also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The front desk staff were super nice and came over to talk to my 7 month old baby. Definitely visiting again.

Stay was awesome had a few cliches hot tub jets wouldn't engage and bed was like sleeping on the floor. At check out we were informed that the bed was adjustable. I recommend that they advised people that stay in there hotel.

I called just about every hotel that has an airport shuttle and this was this was the best price to pay for parking without having to stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, shuttle was great and what I did see of the hotel (lobby and bathrooms) were well kept. I definitely plan to park there for future trips and would be happy to stay there when needed.

The hotel has all facilities which passengers require including laundry, gym, pool, restaurant and mini bar. The foods of the restaurant were great. The staff are very kind and helpful during our stay. We left behind valuables and the reliable housekeeping left our item at the front desk.

For a 3 🌟 hotel it is 5 star. I was in there to get a few hours sleep and take a shower, everything was clean and new. Room was big enough for 2 person. The main reason that I am giving them this feedback is that I needed Airport transportation which claims in the website that would be included. Due to Covid19 the shuttle service was off but the hotel offered to pay the taxi bill with no drama,no question, simple. I love the attitudes and both receptionists (night/morning) were sharp, accurate and straight forward which I wanted so.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had in a very long time. Starting off with the staff, they are so incerdibly friendly, attentive, accommodating and knowledgeable. The location is ok, it seemed further away than I expected, but still only a few kilometers from the airport, and they have a shuttle running hourly. The room is as good as you're going to get anywhere else, clean, well stocked with towels, and other amenities, and most importantly very comfortable. Restaurant is also fantastic!

Booking through Expedia for a discount rate meant we did not receive all amenities like complimentary breakfast or housekeeping service, however this did not alter our opinion of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and were very detailed in explaining everything to us.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel a lot , they've got a nice Gym with Precor treadmills (one of the top brand) . very convenient location (only15 min drive to chinook center and 10 minutes to airport).
Staff at the front desk (Wynn, Jade , Felix )are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are very clean and quiet with comfortable beds and pillows.
Price is very reasonable

Amazing customer service from everyone at the hotel. Dealt with Felix prior to arrival who was very accommodation for all of our special requests traveling with a baby and having difficulty with the online booking. The waitress, cook and front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful as well throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean despite not being a new hotel. The only suggestion would be to increase the temperatures in the pool a bit because it was chilly! We'll definitely be back.

Affordable and reasonably convenient location for an airport hotel. Very friendly staff during my stay. Do check your map when planning your travel. This hotel is a little farther from the airport than it appears on the map. Plan on 12-15 minutes door to door. Also, limited food/restaurants nearby. Plan accordingly if you have particular needs or tastebuds.

We paid to park our vehicle in the hilton parking lot and took the shuttle to and from the airport and our shuttle driver back was named Barry and he was awesome! Super welcoming and chatty, and he gave us cookies and treats since we came back on Thanksgiving day. Our vehicle was safe for the week it stayed there and was parked under lights. What a wonderful service and great people! Will definitely be using again!

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and appreciated the great service by front desk staff and in the restaurant. Prices in the restaurant were reasonable and we also liked the snack pantry and that was open 24/7. We got a lot of use out of the lobby seating areas and there are many spaces to hang out, a fireplace with seating and a long table to play games or eat at. Also, thank you to the hotel for keeping the heat on high in the lobby and corridors during the winter - we appreciated the cozy feel.
Our room was clean and we liked the environmental sustainability choices the hotel made by reducing packaging on the soap and hair products. And for anyone who likes sleeping in a cooler room, the thermostat dials in rooms can be switched to heating or cooling which was the reason we chose this hotel since other hotels only have heat in the winter.
Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed over Christmas.

However I visited around 09:54. I was terribly tired after banff trip. But they were welcomed me and gave me a hot 3eggs omelette. Fresh and delicious.
Coffee also great, but it had some sugar in it(I prefer black). Everything was great and they made my trip!
