Collectively the staff did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable. Ann, the “breakfast lady” kept me in water hot enough to make a good cup of tea. When I questioned her about where to go to get groceries for my son who just moved to the area, she gave me great directions (& let me know about sales too!) Mgr AJ was also extremely helpful and a delight to speak with too. Everyone had a wonderful attitude towards customers in general.
Location is ideal-close to the airport, many restaurants, a grocery story, and a mall with major stores and a major theatre chain also. We will keep coming back to this site whenever in Albany.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. Our room was so clean, no musty smell. The bedding was clean, bathroom was clean too. Only thing that can improve is the breakfast selection otherwise everything was good! The receptionists were amazing, Michelle and Hadia, thank you for your warm hospitality. Amazing location, so many restaurants around!

I like washer and dryer in my floor. Breakfast is nice. Room is clean and AC quite and ice cold. Like the shampoo and shower jell. The house keeping folks are kind and helpful. Good coffee and tea 24/7. Location is excellent. Quiet and further away from highway for deep sleep. Enough parking room front and back.

I am compelled to share how impressed I am with the customer service I experienced at this Hampton Inn. I stayed two nights over Labor Day Weekend (Thursday night and Sunday night) and on both occasions - I was greeted by desk staff who were cordial, accommodating, and efficient. The team exceeded my expectations in every way, which really left an impression on me. A huge thank you to the staff at this Hampton Inn, for such kindness and professionalism! Rooms were clean, quiet, and plenty comfortable. Best value and experience if you’re overnighting in Albany.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had in recent stays. They filled the items quick. Breakfast area is little small, so it can feel crowded.

We stayed 2 nights prior to flight from Albany Airport and 1 upon return. Great shuttle to airport. Our flight was canceled and hotel shuttle picked us up and we were able to get our room back and tried again the second day. We kept our car at hotel for $5 per night for our 3 week vacation. Great beds and nice breakfast. Fantastic staff.

Update: Came back and stayed at this hotel again and the service was still the same, amazing. Shout out to the reception staff and supervisor who gave us late check out and AJ the shuttle driver who was very kind and dropped us off at the airport. Clean and comfortable as usual. Definitely my go to hotel whenever I am in Albany. Thank you

5 stars overall! I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The room was very clean, and spacious. A huge bonus was having a fridge and microwave. The hotel was easy to get to, it was also close to where I needed to be the next morning. The price was also extremely reasonable. I will 100% be going back when I'm in the Albany area again.

The young woman at the desk was fantastic. Helpful, she found me a car to get me to the Hampton in Kingston. I can't recall her name, but she wore a hijab, and was just pregnant. Lots of gratitude for both her and the staff. I highly recommend it and you will enjoy your stay.

I'm in a hotel 4 nights a week. This one is great. Clean, comfortable room and bed. I was in 108 last night and my only complaint would be that the heater gets too warm before shutting down and then too cold before turning back on. Also, the shampoo and body wash body wash dispensers are empty. P.S. already made reservation for next month..
