the drivers were very safe, friendly and helpful. i will use this service again. they come to the airport on demand, not on a schedule. my only suggestion is that Hampton Inn post some signage so you can tell that's where the parkingaccess is. it's self-park and i guess it's park-anywhere as there's no indication at all what to do if you're not staying there. i was happy that my car wasn't towed away. it all worked out. oh, if you're at the airport and try to call the front desk to request a ride back, you may be on hold several minutes, after six tries to get through. but they're very pleasant. and when you do get them to answer, the van is there very quickly.
