Falstaff Cruise Parking

Great location with all indoor parking. The drivers were helpful in loading and unloading luggage. Communicated well where we needed to be picked up after the cruise. Stall #24 just right outside the entrance/exit.

Such a nice staff. Covered parking is great with the quickly changing weather. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle to or from the ship. The gentleman who drives the bus loads and unloads your luggage for you!

I just got off the jubilee cruise ship in Galveston Texas. I was on vacation from Saturday to Saturday (2-22-25 through 3-1-25) my husband and I decided to drive ourselves and leave our car, so I used patriot parking. Going to the ship and returning to my car was so easy. Both drivers had exceptional customer service. Thank you, patriot parking for making everything so easy and not having to worry about my car. Great customer service and great experience.

It’s easy to book on line. I have used their garage twice now. Most recent was February 2025. We arrived to park snd was driven to the port within 10 minutes. The return pickup was waiting when we got off the ship. We were returned to the garage in about 15 to 20 minutes. The driver was courteous getting us to and from the ship. He loaded our luggage and no issues at all. Mike was our driver leaving and returning. The only reason I gave four stars was the garage roof leaked. I had a white gritty substance on the edge of the roof and down the back door.

Patriot makes cruising easy, eliminating the stress of getting to and from the ship. We had peace of mind leaving our vehicle with them. And our shuttle driver Robert is the best! He took great care of us and our luggage and answered any questions we had about the area and cruising.

Our experience with Falstaff parking was very good! Ronnie really came through for me. When I realized that I had accidently brought my pocket knife on the bus with me, he held on to it for the week for me and then returned it to me when we returned from the cruise. Thanks for going above and beyond, Ronnie!

When we returned from our cruise and approached our car it appeared that the window had been broken and covered up with a plastic sheet. Upon a closer look, we realized that we had actually left the window open and the staff took the time to cover up the window with the plastic, securing it with tape so that the rain (which happened) didn't soak the interior of our vehicle. I'd say this was going above and beyond. Great customer service. Super happy customer.

We have parked with Patriot several times now and will continue in the future. Today our bus driver was amazing and made sure we were warm and comfortable. Shared interesting facts about Galveston and got us safely from the pier to the garage.

easy peasy, pulled in and was directed to a covered, no door ding spot with wide parking spaces! the crew showed us to our waiting spot, alerted us when our van was readying to leave, loaded our luggage and we were off. Upon return the van showed within about 15 minutes of arrival from cruise departure and the return process was just as smooth. will def stay here again when we cruise out of Galveston again. Second time to use them because our first experience was awesome! Park here for your cruises on RC.

Besides the fact that its EXPENSIVE, it is a better price and had more availability than the other options for cruise parking. We paid for covered parking and they had enough shuttles so we did not have to wait longer than the time it took to get everyone and their luggage on the shuttles.

Returning from cruise there was a shuttle waiting right there for us :) we also were off the ship early so I’m not sure if that makes a difference but overall great parking and our car is the same as we left it!

Loved the easy in and out of Patriot Parking. Mike was a great driver on the way there. On the way off the ship there was no line for the shuttle. We just walked right up to it and got on. The bus was air conditioned and the parking garage was nice. It even had a bathroom.

Covered parking and was available at the last minute! $80 for a 7 day cruise. Worth EVERY PENNY.

Mike was our driver and he was wonderful! Love this parking company. Parking is indoors and your vehicles are secure. Easy in and easy out. Very convenient and fast. Very clean shuttle buses We have used them in the past and will continue to use them. You won't be disappointed. Ask for Mike!

The facility is an old brewery. All spaces are covered. The staff has always been nice to us. They have brand new vans which shuttle you back and forth to the ship terminals. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but that's to be expected. It's located a few blocks from the terminals which makes it easy to get to without tons of traffic. Better to approach them from broadway rather than Harborside Drive Will definitely us them for future cruise parking.

Service is amazing! Mike took us and explained where to look for them. When we came back our terminal was changed so I called patriot and they told us they will meet us there. Teresa and her team are amazing.

Best place to leave your car when you going on a cruise. Nice price for 5 days of parking no problem with our car when we return. The shuttle bus made it easy to get to the ship terminal.

If you are going on a cruise this is a great place to park. Your car is inside and there are attendants there to keep an eye on things. There is a shuttle that takes you right to the port terminal and they load and unload your bags on the shuttle. Bucky was our driver and he is a legend! Super nice, funny and makes sure you know what to so and where to be. Our driver back to the garage, a young guy who helps out on weekends, was also so nice and friendly. We never worried about our vehicle once. Oh! Bonus, they don't park you squished up together. They actually give you room to open your doors and get out of the vehicle. No door dings here!

1st time using them but we'll definitely use them again the drivers were professional and offered us great service it was very easy to get to and from the ship and we didn't have to wait to be picked up they were waiting on us on arrival and for our departure thanks for the great customer service

This is a new cruise parking with dine-in and cruise out features. It is located at the old Falstaff brewery. The new parking and restaurant will be opened soon. The old building is being renovated at this time. Great addition to Galveston.

We just used this facility and I was so impressed with the helpfulness of a couple on the staff. We returned from our cruise to find the battery dead in my vehicle. (I will insert a recommendation that you should consider backing in to your parking space in the off chance you have the same problem I did.) The security attendant informed me that the cars on either side of me had just been parked for the next week long cruise. We were dumbfounded on what to do, but another lot attendant, sorry to say I didn't catch his name, pulled his car up and pulled the battery out and carried it over and jumped my car. I was just so thankful at how helpful these 2 men were. While we do have AAA it was nice to not have to wait on them to show up. The shuttle to and from the port was clean and quick We didn't have to wait any time at all for our drop off and pick up. The price is right in line with other facilities in the area, and the fact the parking is covered in case of storms made me feel more safe. Overall, it was these two helpful men who went above and beyond for us that pushed this rating into the excellent range. We would definitely park here again.

We had a very positive experience with Falstaff. The place doesn't look like much from the outside but inside it was clean plenty of room to park( parking spaces were wide) we had two trucks and twelve people the shuttle staff were very friendly and helpful. They loaded and unloaded our luggage. When we got off the ship on Sunday they were there waiting in there designated area. Overall great experience will definitely use again.

Patriot Cruise Parking is the ONLY place we will ever park!! Mike has been our driver the last 2 cruises we have done and he’s absolutely the best!!!! They are all so nice and courteous and even send notifications about your parking. Don’t waist your time with other parking places just park with Patriot!!!!

The parking area is easily accessible. The shuttles are very clean. Wait times are very reasonable. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Our driver , Mark was very friendly. Parking is in an actual garage . Your vehicle is protected from the elements. Prices are very reasonable. Great value

Mike was a wonderful host and driver! Very professional and exceptional customer service. We had the privilege of experiencing Patriot when we left for a cruise Feb.8, 2025 to Feb 13th, 2025. The online photos look kinda shady , however, the place held our vehicle for a week safe and secure! I would definitely recommend PATRIOT CRUISE PARKING!

My family has used this parking every time we cruise out of Galveston. I think a total of 6 times over 4 years. Every time was awesome. They were friendly and kind. Pretty cheap for a week long parking. They do have some construction around their building, fixing the roads; even with that it was good. We got to our boat on time and when we get back from our boat the longest we waited was about 15 mins. Book with them!

Had a great experience with Falstaff Parking. We were a little late in getting to Galveston. They were contacting to make sure we were on our way. Post cruise the shuttle bus was easy. We didn't realize that we had left a carry-on bag on the shuttle. We contacted them and they promptly had it shipped to home at a very reasonable cost ( a third of what I was expecting to pay). Will use them consistently going forward.

We needed a place to park for a cruise, several discount locations were already sold out but Falstaff had parking available. The cars are not packed in so when I picked up the car it was exactly as I left it, no dings. It is also nice that it is covered parking. If you at the new Royal port, I recommend using the shuttle service.

Patriot Parking is the best facility I have used when sailing from Galveston! Their pricing is super competitive, their location is convenient to the pier, their team is professional, and their customer service is outstanding. I recommend Patriot Parking and will continue to use them for future cruises.

Great indoor parking! The luggage handler, Mr. 5ive was WORKING HIS BUTT OFF in 100 degree heat trying his hardest to get us loaded as fast as possible. Incredibly hard working employee!

These people were amazing! Firstly, it was a great price and we only had to wait a couple minutes for a shuttle. I forgot my keys on the cruise ship and they were so accommodating and helpful. They helped me get back to the port and then waited and helped me get a locksmith when the cruiseline couldn't find my keys. If I go through Galveston again I will always use these people.

This is a great place to park while going on your cruise. We were gone for 7 days. It's completely covered and an enclosed building. Inexpensive. Total WITH shuttle was $104 including taxes and very much worth the feeling of safety, being enclosed and not exposed to elements. Parking for 7 days was ONLY $75! The shuttle service was only $15. Both ways included. No matter how many people go to the ship or how much luggage. The driver was so nice and helpful.

Beware only of the front guy that you see as you go thru the entrance. He's a rude grouchy man by the name of Carlos. Thank goodness everything else outweighed the poor experience with him. I will definitely be using them every cruise I go on out of Galveston.

Reasonably cheap indoor parking. We didn't have to wait at all for the shuttle to the cruise terminal. Easy enough to book online.given the cost difference I would definitely recommend taking a look at this compared to other sites.

Being a few block from the port means less traffic. Roomy parking inside. Fully inside not just under a cover, provided more protection and a cooler car getting in. Good service at a good price. If i had to have a down side is that they pick you up from the front not from your car but that was an easy few yards to walk. Great deal

I loved that this was an indoor parking facility. Had to wait a little bit for the shuttle to take us to the ship but they were ready and waiting when we arrived back in Galveston. It was a quick departure. Driver was nice and friendly!!

The experience withe the shuttle was great no problems,car was safe,and the driver Robert was very friendly, nice and curious! Makes so much easier to get on and off the ship and your shuttle is patiently waiting. Definitely will park there again.

If you're reading this and use their service PLEASE TIP THE WORKERS. We saw people grab their luggage and not even acknowledge the shuttle worker.

Thank you Falstaff for keeping my car safe while we were on our cruise! The staff is really good and polite. Shuttle service is good and timings are reasonable. One tip for future cruisers: Please arrive 30-45 minutes earlier than your boarding time at cruise. This gives you time to Park as well as ride the shuttle. Thank you Falstaff for your services!

We have used the Falstaff Parking garage several times when departing from Galveston for a cruise. While the facility is little more than a repurposed warehouse, the crew that runs it is extremely cordial and efficient. It takes only a short time to load at the garage, and you're on your way straight the cruise terminal. At each terminal, you are dropped off near the luggage check in location, and the driver always reminds you which parking location the bus will be at upon return. You may have a short wait upon returning because they operate only a small number of buses, but there is no delay once the bus arrives. We enjoy the service and will continue to use it.

Easy check-in for parking. Friendly staff. Our shuttle driver Richard was very friendly & conversational and got us to the port quickly. He knew a lot about the area and also shared some suggestions with us for future cruising! We traveled in from Kansas so appreciated the friendly welcome!

Patriot Parking made getting to and from the cruise terminal seamless. Our car was protected and safe while we were gone and it was easy to find and catch the shuttle back as soon as we exited the terminal. All the employees, from the first interaction to the last were professional and friendly. Driver Chicho is particularly friendly and has a great sense of humor!

Going and return trips to the Galveston RC cruise terminal were outstanding. Fast, efficient and on time. Driver Jack and his assistant coming back were courteous and helpful. Definitely will use Patriot again!

Great place to park! First time going on a cruise and Patriot made it seamless. Mike drove us to the ship and picked us up when we returned. Mike was outstanding. No problems with my vehicle when we returned. I am rating it 5 stars!!!!
