I love that it's a small and quaint airport. Everyone is always cordial and getting on a flight is always nice and easy. They run efficiently and smoothly and I love Savannah and I like when I get to leave for a moment, but I like when I get to come back as well. It has good access to the highways and all necessary services.
The security check to access the gates is centralized and can get very busy with long lines. Even though it is quite small airport some additional time is required.

I've always liked SAV! It's a small, relaxed, friendly airport with a beautiful fountain outside. But this last experience changed my like to love when I returned to find my battery dead. The Info desk called the airport police and within 30 minutes I was on my way after Officer C. Wright (super nice gentleman!) jumped my battery. This amazing service saved me lots of money and stress. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Horrible spacing at gates. Had absolutely no space at gate nine, and had to move to an unoccupied gate that’s far away from gate nine. 😐
Besides the gate experience, the airport is awesome! Very clean and modern, which is themed like a London train station! 🚉
I had a great food experience at a burger restaurant that I will definitely go to next time I visit this airport. 🍔

Nice little airport. Clean, and easy to navigate. Very easy to find ground transportation, as well. The staff was even friendly, which is rare. Like diamonds. Or platinum. You choose.

Clean, bright, airy, open, updated airport. Despite the fairly small size of this airport, it never felt congested. Getting through security was very quick (less than 10 minutes) on a Saturday afternoon. There are 15 gates all located in one concourse. It took me less than 5 minutes to walk from TSA to the last gate. Returning the rental car was very simple and stress free due to the simplicity and good signage of this airport.
My only con to this airport is the lack of food choices. It has a Burger King, PGA restaurant, and the famous Leopold's Ice cream as of September 2021.
I would not hesitate to use this airport again due to its convenience!

Great little airport to fly out of. Fast and efficient through security and all gates are close by. Parking, rental cars, and Uber options are all also close and easy to access. Several nice spots to sit and dine. An unexpected bonus was a rather attractive parking ramp statue/fountain and outdoor seating.

The airport is welcoming, beautiful and full of great places to eat. They were decorated beautifully for the Christmas season. The Enterprise car rental place inside airport was so very accommodating and assisted us a problem we had. I would recommend flying into this airport to all going to Savannah. Keep up the good work.

Nice airport. A lot smaller than Atlanta airport but that makes security really quick. Only one terminal so no rush for me. I did have to walk a distance from the long term parking lot but it was worth saving a few dollars if it's not raining.

The airport is small, but lovely. We had an evening flight (10pm), so the airport was very quiet. Most places were closed or closed shortly after our arrival at the airport. However, my husband was able to get a Starbucks coffee and a pretzel before the places closed up.
Our booking was confusing as we booked and paid for United, yet we were redirected to Silver Airways for our ticketing. Finding Silver was not straightforward as we did not see signage, thankfully we were directed to the right place by an airport worker.
The desk for Silver Airways was at the far left of the departure counters and you properly had to walk to the end to see the signage and counter.
That said, the counter attendants were lovely, but they could not explain why we weren't flying United as that was our booking.
Alas, despite a (1) hour delay, our overall experience at the airport was a breeze- no lines, no waits, just a smooth passage.
Btw: I'm obsessed with the beautiful propeller planes operated by Silver...I was sold on the aesthetics.

I absolutely loved KATORA, Mr. Al and I also met KIARA and VIRRONE , Very friendly. When I arrived, I had a great conversation with KATORA. She actually it was a plethora of information. I did almost everything that she had suggested.

Super nice airport, very clean and they get you through the check area very fast. Sometimes a bit too fast, but hey, that’s airports for you. There are only 10 gates, it’s a super small airport which I like. They also have a nice selection of food there you can have while you wait for your flight such as burger king, Starbucks, and others. The people there are also nice.

What a way to start our trip. This is an absolutely beautiful airport, looking somewhat like a hotel, with landscaped courtyards and a magnificent fountain. Inside is lovely as well. Definitely did not feel like an airport and set the stage for a relaxing trip.

First time I have ever flown out of the new terminal and gate facilities, as I have lived in the Charlotte region for some years. I thought the facilities were very good and the check-in process went smoothly. Flight departure was on-time. No complaints!

I am not sure why I expected a larger airport. It is not as large as I thought it was. It was actually nicely arranged and a comfortable size. Not a place you would get worried about getting lost in. The outside is very nice and pretty. Nothing like the major airports in large cities. The inside is very nice. Nice and clean. Easy to walk around and get to the gates. Security were nice as well. I can honestly say I had no complaints about being in this airport. They have charging station near the gate seats and not just at one central location as well. The area your family and friends can wait in for you to arrive is so pretty. It is set up like an old time street area. I would travel here again.

Great airport. Very good design and always clean. The parking lot is on the second floor (the one above the car rentals) is a little confusing to get out of at night. Signs are way too small. I ended up just remembering where I came from to get out.

Clean, modern hotel. Very friendly staff and courteous front desk. A short work from downtown activity. There is a ferry that will take you there it's a mile walk through the old historic town. If you don't want the noise from downtown, an excellent place to stay.

The most beautifulest airport in Savannah, every time I fly out of Savannah, I only fly out of this airport because it is the best. How many airports do you know where you can make a salad out of the flower beds next to the fountain, oh and a fountain! How many airports actually have a fountain? So don't fly out of any other airport other than Savannah!

This airport is so convenient, easy security. Close parking and rental cars and no problem getting to baggage claim. Plus, you're in Savannah so the drive is easy.
Update: May 2022, they've moved the rental cars (temporary, I am assured) but if you have a heavy bag it's a bit of a hike now... otherwise still the same top notch airport

We never have an issue here parking is always easy TSA is always quick and the staff is always friendly no matter which gate we are flying out of. I highly recommend paying a little bit extra for the valet parking service. Phillis has been exceptional at making sure that our car is ready to go upon arriving home and is always quick to keep things updated when our flight is delayed or canceled. For friendly and professional demeanor is always a welcome after hours of flying to get home.

Overall Nice airport, but I really want to shout out the Burger King here. It is the best airport fast food spot I have been to - extremely high level. Fresh, hot breakfast food to but a band aid on a brutal Grove induced hangover. The staff was kind, and very accommodating. This BK gets 5 stars from our whole bachelor party group.

It is a nice small airport with the typical shops and food. There is also a nice little stand for local goods, wine, and spirits! The bottle filler station filter needed replacing and for some reason the gift shops sold stuffed sloths that said Savannah on it (why sloths?? Not a stuffed sea turtle to be found anywhere sadly).

Great local airport, easy parking in parking garage, also have a cell phone lot for pickups. Inside in nice seating, rocking chairs, glass top tables and chairs, and long bench seating. Good selection of food and drinks while waiting for arrivals, Starbucks, beer garden, leopards ice cream.

They have Starbucks coffee, a PGA grill and Leopold’s ice cream.

A moderately small airport… which I love. It has everything you’d need in a large airport, but boiled down to a comfortable size. TSA check was not very long at all on this Sunday that I passed through. The open area towards the front offers last minute gift ideas and eateries. There are also food options once you pass tsa. The center area has recharge stations for your mobile devices.

I spend a lot of time in airports and this one is very nice. Lots of food choices, often live music, TSA lines are quick, baggage is fast, no shuttles to rental cars bc they are on site! The parking is reasonable and the people are friendly. It’s modern and comfortable!

I arrived at the airport around 4:30 am. The drop-off was quick and easy. There was only one person at the American Airlines desk. Checkin was fast and easy. The TSA pre-check made security a breeze. At this time in the morning the airport was not crowded. The staff from Checkin to security were friendly and professional. This is a good start to my trip.
