Due to COVID-19, shuttle has been temporarily discontinued. Customers may still park here but will need to arrange/pay for their own transportation to/from airport.

Shuttle runs on demand from 6 AM - 10 PM  Monday-Friday.  NO SHUTTLE AFTER 10 PM M-F.
Saturday & Sunday: Shuttle runs on demand from 
7 AM - 5 PM to the airport. NO SHUTTLE AFTER 5PM ON WEEKENDS.
Pick ups are on demand within shuttle hours listed above.  

Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.

Overall we had a good experience, but i won't give the 5 stars for 2 reasons: First, when checked in the room was "clean" but the trash can was full and there was coffee on the floor next to the trash can, and second issue was that i spoke to who i believe was a manager or supervisor in charge (a gentleman) I asked if there was any filters for the coffee maker, he offered to bring me some to our room, but never did! I think that is lack of courtesy, at least a call to the room if they didn't have any available...it was not a big deal! I will rate this hotel with a 7 out of 10...

I booked a late night room using the IHG website. I was able to call the hotel front desk and let them know I would be arriving late, just to give them a heads up that I would arrive after midnight. I was greeted by the greatest, friendliest employee, Amanda, she greeted me by my name and was able to check me in promptly and efficiently. She informed me they are doing renovations and that didn’t bother me at all. I just wanted to experience the Candlewood Suites stay. It was excellent. The room was extremely clean and everything we could need was there for us. The beds are extremely comfortable, the dove soap adds the softest texture to your skin. I feel so bad I fell asleep with the television on because I drifted away in comfort. Thank you all so much for having me as a guest at your location. I believe Talena was the front desk agent this morning who let me know that if I need anything she would assist me. The house keepers are great and friendly and respectful, I really appreciate that as well. This property must have great management and an extraordinary team overall. The renovations are going to be even better in the future.

Would have been 5 stars but the body wash was empty. We arrived too late at night to have it filled and just used shampoo for soap. Friendly staff. Clean room and safe area.

I really really enjoyed my stay. Staff doesn't bother you. The halls smelled of smoke but I still give it a good rating. Clean and quiet place.

This hotel is beautiful. You have a full size refrigerator, little stove, in the room also. The room is a decent size. It was cleaned.

I enjoyed my stay very much! My husband was working out of town & this is the hotel they put him up in. It was so nice having a 2 burner stove so I could cook for him & a dishwasher. The staff was very pleasant & accommodating. Free washers & dryers also very convenient. Not to mention it's so close to so many stores & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was lovely! Clean rooms, beautiful area, superb staff. Due to COVID, the hotel is operating at half staff, but you would not have been able to tell by the cleanliness and hospitality. Rachelle was especially lovely because we came in late from a long drive and she ensured we and our pets were extremely comfortable. We will be back for our next stay in Savannah!

We were welcomed by the sweetest staff, they explained where everything was. The room was not only perfectly clean, but filled with all the amenities. Pots, bowls, silverware, toaster, detergent, hand soap, body wash etc. laundry was free as well. We were running late checking out from the hotel and the staff politely extended our stay till 12 pm. Would absolutely recommend it to everyone.

My stay at Candlewood Suites was most relaxing. The housing staff was very professional and kind. I found the rooms to be well kept and well stocked. The front desk staff were equally kind and professional. All in all, my stay at Candlewood was invigorating.

The place is clean, the staff are friendly and available at the front desk, I especially love the full size refrigerator in my room giving me the ability to refreeze my ice packs for travel.

I booked this hotel in advance before my return trip from visiting my family in the mid-Atlantic region. I book exclusively IHG Properties when I travel, so it just so happened this Candlewood Suites was in the area I was stopping in; as well as at a great price point.



Although I have spent many nights at IHG Properties, this was the first time I have been at a Candlewood Suites. Reading the reviews I didn't have high hopes but, considering it was about $100 for a night out the door; there was no way I was going to pay $60 more to stay at the Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express that were close by.



When I arrived at 7 pm to check-in I was greeted by an empty front desk with a “be right back”, or something to that extent sign. The phone was ringing, and I just stood there for around 15 minutes; helping another guest connect to the Wi-Fi along the way. When the clerk finally arrived, he was friendly and was willing to move my room to my preferred, top floor. Based on previous reviews I was skeptical but, the room was very much recently renovated. Everything was in working order and the room was clean other than a few hairs that weren't mine that popped. However, that will happen at 90% of places you stay no matter what the flag or specific brand you stay in.



I had no issues with noise and slept soundly through the night in a new and comfortable bed, which was very firm; which I like personally. I was tired from the night before and didn't need to be at my next destination until later the next day. The front desk called me in the morning to see if I was leaving that day or staying over. It seemed somewhat odd that they would call and ask since I only booked one night but, either way it wasn't a burden.



Overall, I was very happy with my stay. I would not let previous negative reviews keep you away as it is clear that the hotel has recently undergone major renovations. To address the elevator comment made my other former guests, I did hear a very small amount of noise only when going up before it would stop. Other than that it seems thah they have rectified the issue.

Upon arrival the first person we came in contact with was Selena Hills the front desk clerk she was awesome she went above and beyond to make sure that we were very satisfied and that we got everything we needed... even throughout the evening we needed extra things and she made sure that we got them... the room was very clean the bed was super soft... I would recommend this motel to anyone and everyone the front desk staff Ms Selena made sure that we were comfortable.... so with front desk help being that awesome I would refer this hotel to anyone

Fair price. Dislikes were the bed was very uncomfortable and the pool was closed. Which is understandable but still sucks. I paid in advance through orbitz and definitely overpaid.

Really nice place . Full size refrigerator ,2 burner stove , large microwave . It's just off Airway road . Just across I-95 a great choice of restaurants 3 steakhouse , maybe 15 others. A Walmart , Sams Club , and a whole bunch of other stores with in 2 miles .

I had stayed here 3-4 years ago and had a great service experience yet decor felt it needed to be refreshed. Upon reading recent mixed reviews, I was confused on what to expect. After reading further on the IHG website that the hotel is undergoing renovations and reviews there, I felt more confident to book a vacation stay for 2 nights here.



I can say WOW! The staff is hard working and very friendly. You can see that the hotel has reinvested with an updated decor and items. My two renovated rooms were clean and modern.



I definitely recommend this place regardless of the travel purpose! Must try and will be back.
