It was a decent hotel not my typical area. The front desk manager Antonio was very helpful. He has a great personality. It's very nice to have a local that knows their way around the area so that they could recommend places to out of town peope

Stayed here due to airline delay with a voucher. The staff was friendly and shuttle convenient and accommodating. The bed was actually comfortable. It did seems a bit out of the way from airport to be called an airport hotel.

The room was clean, but some of the furniture was in bad shape and the tv picture was bad. The lady at the front desk was nice but not honest as over the phone we were told they had only one room available and it only had one bed, however I found out they had multiple rooms still open as she offered to change our room because our tv picture was bad, but the new room was just as bad. I also heard her ask another guest how many beds they would like, so this is very strange to me. The gentleman that worked there as what I assumed was security was extremely nice and helpful.

Nice quick stay. Staff was polite. The restaurant stayed open after hours for the people who had to be rerouted due to weather.

Best thing about the hotel is Darrel. He has amazing customer service. Hotel had a large Roach crawling across the floor. The bathrooms are terrible and needs updated. Wasn't a comfortable feeling. I got no sleep and washed up out of the sink.

I'll tell you some thing that travel agents don't want u to know about. When reserving resorts use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ They have the best deals on rooms! Way better than using orbitz, tripadvisor, agoda. Take my word for it!!!

The hotel was pretty yucky. Our room had something smeared on the walls. The bathroom door had some sort of splatter all over it. The furniture in our room was broken and falling apart. Our TV didn't work. Grateful for the shuttle from the airport. Driver was interesting and very vocal about the gentlemens club across rhe street. One night stay with a flight layover is rhe only way I would stay here but never again.

Did not get my wake up call we asked for~

Morning manager was rude, had major attitude about it and couldn't accept the fact that the hotel made the mistake and we almost missed our flight with literally only minutes to spare. We had a three year old with us, so traveling fast wasn't easy.

We stayed in the Radison that night, when we came in, the desk clerk was fantastic, too bad some of his personality didn't rub off on the manager!

Wasn't all that I expected outside looks great but run down and old.They said no smoking but the room we had weed and cigar filling and someone sock and foot boot 🥾 was left in the room. Move to another room. It was dirty and nasty. Third room not clean at that point we had to make the best out of a bad situation. Staff was super nice and friendly. Just do better! Great location tho

It wasn't our plan to stay here but flight was delayed. We had a great night. The staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant was great. The cook was amazing and super friendly. That's so much for making a a bas situation great.

Robinson was our shuttle driver from the hotel to the air port he is a sweet man he helped with our luggage asked us what time we wanted to leave gave us a few minutes to finish what we were doing and he helped us get on the shuttle real quick..

The lady from last night was super pleasant, she was happy to service and send the shuttle yo the airport immediately

Then I went to have dinner at the restaurant and the staff eS also super pleasant

The lady from this morning wasn't so much, she gave me the impression that she was bothered by me asking questions about my morning shuttle. The room bath had a very old appearance and tbe ceilings were peeling off and had moisture marks.

Hopefully they don't have any mold.😳

I'm so upset with this hotel. First of all it's 3 hotels in one. The hotel is located in the hood. They was a roach in the microwave and the room had a horrible order. The only good thing is I was able to switch rooms, the price is good and it's located near Midtown hospital.

The staff aside from a select few are extremely nasty and very unpleasant. The management is horrid. The lack of professionalism is unreal. There are German roaches in the rooms and mold. The staff does not care, they must be use to it. None of the housekeeping speaks English so if you have a urine stained mattress cover or a blood stained mattress do not expect to get it cleaned or moved to another room. The staff gossips about the guests and will not allow locals to stay at the hotel. If you look homeless they will not allow you to check in. This has by far been my worst hotel experience ever. The rooms are beautifully renovated and clean and that is the only nice thing I can say.

Dungy place. The restaurant was the only plus.limited menu but better than nothing. Only stayed here because American cancelled the flight that night.its old. The iffice chair looked disgusting.Definitely not recommended. Outlets didn't even work.

Asked housekeeper for a box of tissue.

She said get one from the cart ..

Picked up a box and it had six big pregnant roaches on it..If that's on her cart..What do you think is in the rooms..

They need to step it up..folks don't make this stuff up...

Staying at the Ramada Plaza is like playing Russian Roulette. There's no breakfast, shuttle or pool access due to COVID-19 (allegedly). There's security there at night because the freaks come out at night. The lobby is hot but the check-in staff and lobby decor are nice. Your kids can get high in the elevator or in the hall. When they get the munchies you may have to go to the store but don't buy anything that requires refrigeration or heating. Your room may or may not have a refrigerator and microwave. While your at the store don't forget to purchase a towel. Your room may or may NOT have ONE in there. The paint is peeling in the bathrooms and it's moldy in some rooms. If you decide to stay MAY the odds be in your favor...

Overall my experience was very nice. All of the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and extremely helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again. My only criticism has to do with the condition of the hotel shuttles. They seem to be pretty old and need replacing.

This is where the airlines dump you for flight delays. Front desk clerk was the least welcoming and helpful person to interact with. Room was okay. Wouldn't be my first choice to stay in the area.

Ramada does not live up to their name anymore. It has a lot of potential but this hotel is in need of room renovations. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway which I personally don't mind but I am sure not all costumers appreciate as some of the people came out of their rooms complaining. The hotel just looks old as a whole. Maybe in the 80s it was top notch. But now not a chance. Employees were very friendly which is why I gave it a 2 star.

We stayed here during a family vacation in Charlotte. It was a comfortable stay with a very memorable lobby area. There were plants everywhere and everything was decorated so nicely. The staff were helpful and the hotel room was clean.

This place is definitely run down. They also dont heat the inside of the building. The restaurant waitress was wearing a jacket inside when I ordered breakfast. The staff are also a bit hood, but the old lady who took care of me was nice. The inside of the room we stayed in was very clean though, aside from some of the furnishing being a bit beat up. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was the highest point of the stay. It's cheap, so you get what you pay for.

Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Thanks Sabrina and Shauna. Our bathroom had hair in the bathtub. We only had 1 bath towel. Will not stay here again. The front desk staff were the only redeeming quality.

Old building that's been remodeled several times on the cheap. Good staff though. No free breakfast. Small restaurant with bar. Place to eat next door is worth walking to for very good jamaican cuisine. Hotel is clean with very old fashioning in each room.

I must say this hotel has the nicest staff eventi hotel we have visited recently. The rooms are clean and fairly modern. The coffee in the lobby was delicious much better than the coffee maker in our room. One suggestion is that they should have had some chairs other than the office chair for the desk. We would definitely come back here in a heartbeat.

Got setup in the Ramada by airlines after missing connecting flight. Shuttle driver was extremely friendly and polite. Woman at front desk and gentleman at hotel restaurant was same. Terrific customer service. Bed was very comfortable. But, room was just okay. Kind of had a musty smell and was no trashcan. I had no doubt they would have addressed this if we had the energy to bring it to their attention, but after long day of travel we just wanted sleep.

Older hotel in need of repairs and maintenance. Not bad but shows a lot of wear. Nice that it had a late night food option and the wait staff at the bistro was very friendly and accommodating.

I was not happy with my one-night stay here. The AC did not stay cool. The cable would not work properly despite the front desk coming up to fix it. The carpet had several dirty spots on it. The ceiling had unsightly water stains. The tub did not drain properly. The bedskirts were ripped. The bath towels were rough and worn. This hotel looks like it was quite beautiful...20 years ago. Now, it is in desperate need of remodeling and perhaps new management.

If you want a hotel that has a quality exercise room this is NOT the place. When you walk by the gym looks nice. The weight machine was 50% inop, both stair steppers did not work. I don't like treadmills and that was the only thing left. I doubt if it worked.

You get what you pay for. Flight was canceled had to find a hotel with the shuttle to the airport this hotel is on the lower price end and still had rooms available. Shuttle driver was very pleasant and welcoming front desk staff was not bad. The hotel however seems old and the halls and common area were hot and muggy and smelt of mildew. The room was a good size and the A/C worked. The TV worked but most Channels were fuzzy. Food at the restaurant was inexpensive and okay mainly bar food with a few big meals. The bar staff was great friendly and attendant. If I had a longer stay I personally would not choose this hotel but for the shot 10 hour stay I had it served its purpose. The area outside and around the hotel did not looks the best or the safest if I were driving I would not stay here as leave my car in the parking lot.

Spent 5 days here and I must say the staff here is outstanding. 10 out of 10 hands down. No troubles during my stay and the pool was very clean. Housekeeping didn't bother me if my do not disturb sign was on the door. Overall a great experience!

The place is great and clean. Perfect staff to help your every needs, don't hesitate at all to ask what you need. A safe environment inside and outside of the hotel. The only thing I hate was that I couldn't stay longer.
