Clean and comfy. No probs. Would have liked a heavier comforter or blanket on the bed.
The room is very nice, the girl at the front desk was outstanding. BUT the restaurant was awful. The barmaid/ waitress was terrible. We had to get our own menus, took her forever to wait on us. THEN as the chef was dinging his bell that the food was done, she was too busy talking on her phone to get it. Almost got it myself.
The food was absolutely terrible and way too overpriced. $3 for one egg? $2 for coffee that was self service for free? The room was absolutely disgusting. The bedding was brown and dirty. The floor and walls were also stained as well as structural damage around the hotel. For being free for one night it wasn't worth it. However, the staff was polite especially the shuttle staff.
Rooms are fine. Waited almost 2 hours for food and then it was inedible. Like- probably the most awful soup (that’s right two hours for soup) I have ever tasted. Manager was no help and recommended ordering outside of the hotel. As a manager myself it was appalling and embarrassing. Do NOT come here. I don’t care if it’s free courtesy of an airline mishap. It truly was THAT BAD.
This place is very dated. Was put up here because we missed our flight. No curtain on the shower. Bathroom not very clean. Customer service was good but that's about it.
This was not the best choice of a hotel in my point of view. Their website said they offered a free hot breakfast but when we arrived, we found out that they do not offer breakfast at all. The sheets on the beds in our room had stains on them. This hotel is in the middle of two other hotels and both of the others seemed like nicer places. Someone in the hotel was playing very loud music until about 3 am and nobody asked them to turn it down. We were disappointed in our stay here for different reasons.
We were sent here by the airport due to missed flight. The website States free hot breakfast. They do not provide this amenity anymore. The desk staff and the shuttle driver was very nice. There is a gentleman's club across the street. Lots of traffic going through the parking lot. I would not recommend this place unless you are just looking for a quick place to sleep.
Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Room has a desk with rolling chair, flat screen tv, and mini fridge. Bathroom is small but adequate. The hotel is connected to the Ramada Plaza on one side, and the Radisson on the other. You can move between the hotels without going outside. The inside courtyard is beautifully decorated for Christmas and the is a view of it from the room. Very happy with my stay, and will stay here again when in town for work.
Front desk employees were nice and helpful. Property itself is okay for an older location. However! The reviews don't tell you about the strip club across the parking lot that stays open until 2 a.m. you can hear the music in your room, hear people talking in the parking lot, and the cars flying in and out of the lot all times of the night. The first room I checked into the pillows smelled like the previous guests cologne----I assume the room linen was not changed. The toiled began flushing on its own and I was moved to another room. When I went into the new room, I noticed an old washcloth!!!!!! hanging on the shower rod. Sickening. Housekeeping is not held to a high standard at this location. Will not be back at this location. While I did receive my points back, the issue is the cleanliness of the hotel and the first impression.
They have roaches 🤮 she gave me another room but I'm nervous I'm going to see another roach. The people are nice tho. The guy gave two two days free for my inconveniences.
The room itself wasn't bad, but the hotel is weird to access, you have to drive behind/through a few side streets which is confusing. Also is sitting right across the street from a strip joint. The restaurant on site was nothing exciting. Had their soda lines mixed so pepsi tasted bad, tried to get a coke from the vending machine and it wouldn't take money. Got one from another floor and it was warm. You couldn't hear your neighbors but you could smell what they were smoking in the halls and the elevator. As long as you stay in your room and you're only there to sleep, you will be happy with the hotel.
Great nights stay! Efficient and friendly staff, as well as clean and maintained rooms. There were some spots on the door from what looked like coffee but at that point I was just looking for something haha. Would definitely stay again! No continental breakfast though but, that wasn't a deal breaker.
The front desk agent who checked is in, Helenia, memory foggy on name, was amazing and the high light of our stay. She was friendly and attentive despite our nearly midnight check in.
Unfortunately, the restaurant failed that evening, the "kitchen lost our check"... twice. For a simple order of 12 wings and 3 chicken fingers we waited 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, we received wings with no fingers in sight.
We cancelled the order for fingers as we were nearly finished with the 12 wings.
Our room ac was noisy and there was mold in the shower.
This review would be one star were it not for Helenia.

If you want a hotel that has a quality exercise room this is NOT the place. When you walk by the gym looks nice. The weight machine was 50% inop, both stair steppers did not work. I don't like treadmills and that was the only thing left. I doubt if it worked. Mattress was all ripped up on sides, but still comfortable. Van driver was helpful and prompt.
We were stuck here a couple nights ago, as the airline cancelled our flight. I chose this place because it was affordable, and the airline didn't give me a hotel voucher.
We were greeted by a very friendly shuttle driver, who made sure he did everything he could to get us all in the van, safely. Once at the hotel, we were met with a very nice guy at the desk. Headed up to our room to find it very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. We slept well as there wasn't very much outside noise. Got a nice shower in the morning and headed out for check out. Kelly at the desk was a phenomenal woman. She was so nice to us and let us stash our bags behind the counter so we could walk over to IHOP for breakfast. I can't say enough about how great she was. Our shuttle driver back to the airport, I think his name was Robinson. (I hope I'm not getting that wrong, I'm just horrible at remembering names.) He was also great. He got us to the airport in a very timely and safe manner, and was so respectful and kind to my fiance and I.
After 2 days of hell dealing with delayed and cancelled flights, I am so happy I chose this hotel. The staff really made a huge difference in our day, which made dealing with the BS at the airport a lot easier.
I just want to say thank you for helping us get through our travels a little easier. Y'all really were great.

This was so bad. How do I start...we got in very late. We booked an emergency hotel stay here due to my flight being delayed and disrupting my travel plans. We went to bed very quickly due to our early start. When my wife and I awoke, we noticed a few things were off. I found a plastic bag over the smoke detector in the room(a common tactic of in room smokers who want to avoid getting in trouble for lighting up in the room). The room had a funny(damp) smell. The sink seemed to be stopped up. The sheets had some dark sharpie marker splotches on them. We believe this was done by the staff to hide other stains(maybe blood). Regardless, we had imperfect sheets on our bed. The toilet had visible feel scratches on the seat. And I found a used personal product left behind by the previous guest. When we went down to the front desk to let them know about this situation, they seemed horrified enough, but they claimed they could not do anything for us other than discount our next stay because we booked though a 3rd party and they had already been paid. They claimed that we couldn't even be given a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. I have never been so horrified in my life. This is a hotel experience that people only hear about and then laugh off because it doesn't happen like that. Stay literally anywhere else.
This place needs to work on the details of hotel service and accommodations. We stayed here due to a miss connect in Charlotte a day ago. There were really great reviews, however, when we checked in around 10:45/11pm, there was not greeting from the Check-In staff. The room was alright until I had to clean hair from the shower and sink (SO GROSS!!) The shower curtain needed to be BURNED, it gave off the worst smell ever. I just wanted to be done with this place and go home(sometimes that's the downside of booking hotels at the last minute....it's a game of chance) The ONLY positive to our stay was the Shuttle driver Mr. Robinson, he was so pleasant, warm and engaging. He made me forget about all the negatives (for a moment.) He was mentioned a lot on several reviews I read prior. Other than meeting him(Mr. Robinson) this was but far my WORST Clarion experience. I don't think I would want to stay here again, but Mr. Robinson you keep SHINING Sir.
