Stayed here once in December '22 and once in May '23. Rooms are generally fantastic, spacious, and comfortable. The upper floor suites have weird sliding barn doors for the bathroom and bedroom, which is kind of uncomfortable, but the normal rooms have normal doors as is to be expected.
Amenities here were great - everything from the fitness room to the pool area is clean and inviting. Friendly and helpful staff as well.
Only two downsides were the occasional spot that needed cleaning (nothing in high traffic areas but I noticed a few neglected spots/ corners both in the rooms and around the hotel) and, on my second stay, the elevator! There are two elevators but only one was working on my recent stay. This resulted in a long line when entering and long waits in general. "Just take the stairs, you lazy good for nothing..." I hear you say. Well that's fine, except the stairs begin on the second floor. While there is a secure one-way exit from the stairwell at ground level, the only entrance is on the second floor. So everyone had to wait, it was a tedious and trying process. Hopefully they'll have this fixed by the time you stay.

The room was great. Nothing omitted. No housekeeping however so we had to ask for more coffee etc. Refrigerator and microwave were handy. The pool area was nicely kept. If you are in the area and prefer quiet to casino this is the place.

Clean rooms and a good variety of grab-and-go breakfast. We stayed in July. The exercise room was clean as well. The only downside is they held extra money (about $100 more than reservation) on my card temporarily and adjusted the amount a couple of days after the depature. I asked about it to the front desk and they said they'd adjust the fee later which they did, but I'm wondering why they did this.

Clean & quiet. Much better than the Nugget, no rooms available upon our arrival. it is too loud. I suppose that is what you get with a Hotel & Casino. I'm here to work & earn money not gamble it away. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Lol

This hotel was very nice. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed but managed to get guests checked in, in a timely manner. The girl who checked me in wasn’t rude but wasn’t saying thank you or you’re welcome for some reason. The elevator took forever but I assume it’s due to the “2 person” rule due to COVID. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here! Such a spacious room. There were some computer issues when checking us in but Maddie was so nice and offered to give us drinks while we waited for the computers to work. Great breakfast! Awesome pool, although I didn't have time to actually swim in it, I had a great view of it from my room. I will definitely stay here when I'm in reno again

This was a great little find. This Best Western has recently been renovated and has been updated and brought to good standards. The property look nice and clean and well maintained and taken care of. Our room was excellent I have no complaints very clean comfortable bed large TV. Excellent front office staff. My only complaint was if you walk outside of the property weed is in the air.

First, let me explain how I came across this hotel that's not far from the airport. I have been traveling a lot in the last year! I would rather drive the 90 miles to the airport instead of relying on someone to take me. I have parked normally at the Reno airport. But that's a bit rough on the wallet! Very expensive! I looked online, trusting Google to find other alternatives.Google never let's you down! Google found a site called "onestopparking." they put me in touch with the BestWestern Plus Sparks that allows you to use their parking lot to park your car at an incredible and affordable price! Here is the best thing about parking here all the spots are directly in front of the lobby which added more saftey and peace of mind there is a shuttle to the airport free with friendly awesome drivers, great front desk customer service reps! I highly recommend parking here!

They were amazing they were so accommodating. Made everything go so smoothly. Had Advil ,Band-Aids ,everything we needed they were above and beyond great customer service. They made the trip go so smoothly was so nice gave us a key to the pool after we had to check out let us hang out at the pool all day. Even with the strange restrictions of today that breakfast was amazing. Had so many options…. I’m just so appreciative of how all the staff went out of their way for us.

The hotel and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel has a lot of amenities. They don't have a typical hot breakfast but they do have a grab-and-go breakfast. Which has lots of good choices for everyone. The front desk people are extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to check me in early and let me stay past the check out time. It was extremely helpful due to my early flight in a d a late flight out. They also provide shuttle service to and from the airport. If you have a car then there a lot of places to eat within a 3-mile radius. And if you don't have a car then the hotel provide shuttle service to any restaurant within a three-mile radius. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Looks super clean and modern. Amenities are limited but most places are because of the pandemic. The restroom did have an odd smell for our three night stay and the front desk was okay. But overall, I loved how close places were. I think we lucked out on how nice this hotel was.

Excellent customer service! We needed to check in a little early, and they accommodated us no problem. We also needed a temporary place to store our luggage prior to departure, and they were quick to assist. Their complimentary shuttle service was also such a welcome perk. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Great clean room. Our AC was out when we got to our room and immediately they got us a new room no questions asked. We saw some questionable people getting ready to damage a fence. Before we could call down, they had workers out their confronting them. Awesome breakfast and pool!

Great staff and great rooms. We brought 2 bikes and Manager offered to keep them in her office when not being used, which was an unexpected surprise.
Close to everything and price was the best in town for really nice, comfy beds/pillows. Definitely staying here for the next volleyball tournament.

There is a limited amount of truck parking, but there is plenty for normal pickups and cars. They do have a shuttle program if you make arrangements. Rooms are spacious, clean, and up to date. Service is friendly. Coin laundry on second floor is adequate and functional. Location is good, just off I-80, and there are several places to eat and shop in close distance. Rates are on par. Lobby is clean and well kept. Breakfast is available and also on par. The restaurant/bar was closed due to staffing issues, so can't comment of it. The conference room is spacious and seemed pretty busy during my 3 week stay. Internet is free and fairly fast (good enough to stream decent video quality). Vending available on every floor, although the 1st floor is the only one with snacks.

One of the greatest best westerns I've been to. Well kept, amazing service. The rooms have great TV's with actual good channels like The Office, Southpark, etc. Beds there are more comfortable than mine at home. A clean, well kept modern shower with good water pressure. Large bathroom counter. They have free breakfast in the morning that is good. An easy access location, but not the prettiest location. Great hotel, definitely recommend.

Beware the shower. They got a glass door that opens in a way that one cannot reach the shower handle to turn it on wile outside the shower. Make sure you turn the shower head away before turning on the water or you get a cold blast. And they don't put stir sticks in the coffee accessories packet. I've stayed here twice a month apart and the same deal with the stir sticks. Other than these two things, it's a nice place. The lady at the front desk was awesome and there's a decent Mexican restaurant nextdoor.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and the staff was great! We were offered bottle water and oranges when we arrived. Were also traveling with a large dog and they had dog treats available also.
We got up to the room and everything along the way was nice and clean. Elevators, hallways and the room was immaculate.
The pillows and bed were super comfortable and enough linens were provided. All in all 5 stars a great place to stay.

Great location within a mile of many restaurants with a Denny's right next door. Wierd shower stall with a fixed door on the controls side, making it hard to adjust water temperature without getting drenched with unsuitable temperature water. Housekeeping is great, but it can be spotty. Breakfast is always on time or early. Limited choices, tho. Clean, quiet modern.

Our stay was wonderful! Our stay was going to California and returning! Staying again in May. Close to everything needed and as Seniors can be a little picky. Was sorry that the hot tub was down for season hopefully in May.

Parking:
All bobtail trucks have to park behind the hotel along the back row. Also need a parking pass which would be given to you free of charge at check-in.
Breakfast:
They serve a hot and cold continental breakfast as well.

Fantastic hotel! I stayed here twice and will definitely come back again. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The checkin process is always quick. Spacious parking lot and very clean rooms. The continental breakfast has quite a few options and the taste was good.

Booked a room after reading review in the AAA Tour Book and it was better than the review. 5 Stars for the money for a nice and clean room and facility, large newer led tv, and fixtures had usb ports. Casino across the street is clean and modern - the cafe is reasonable. Classic hamburger was good and really filling . The chicken parmesan was better than Olive Garden... Pet friendly.

Upon check-in the staff asked if I would mind staying on the second floor, which is the pet floor. I’ve been here for two nights they have yet to give me a pet of my own. I see other people with pets and when I asked them if the Hotel gave them pet they said they brought the part with them. Really, is it too much to ask a hotel to supply you with a pet during your stay?

Was turned off by the Best Western name, but everything worked out great at this location. The entire place is tastefully updated, clean and new. Breakfast was good. The gym had some cardio machines, free weights, and yoga mats. The room was perfectly clean and updated. Furniture was comfortable. Front staff was pleasant from check-in at 9pm and morning time during breakfast.
The room rate was very reasonable considering Bidenomics inflation, and the pet fee was reasonable as well. Definitely would stay again.

This place always has the friendliess receptionist . This place is updated and beautiful inside super clean nice glass showers. The breakfast is more of like a on the go breakfast . The rooms.are large and spacious. Exercise room vending machine by elevator free water and fruit at the front for guests . There are ice machines and soda machines on every floor from floors 2-9 and wifi . There plenty of accessible restaurants Around and doordash delivery available to this area.

When you first hear that you're gonna be staying at a Best Western, you usually think standard motel. But when we got here, it totally changed our mind! This spot has been totally upgraded!
From the front to the fitness center to the rooms to the pool, you are treated to a first class experience. One of the better deals in the Reno-Sparks area, I can see that because there's lots of kids' baseball teams staying here. I think we'll be staying here more often in the future.

The nicest BW we've stayed at. We didn't get a chance to eat the free breakfast but the whole lounge area was really nice. The staff were nice as well. Perfect location for our rib fest weekend.
The only issue I had was the people in the room next to us had their TV LOUD all night. They need to have volume control on their TVs or better insulation.

Friendly, courteous staff. Rooms and facility were clean and spacious. The layout of our room allowed the bright light from the hall (that you always get at hotels) shine into the bath area. This made our sleep time especially nice.
Located close to the freeway with easy on/off access. We had booked a king bed and at the last minute had an extra guest with us. They were very accommodating. When they couldn't locate a roll-away bed, they were willing to change the reservation, at no additional cost. Would definitely stay here again.

Looked into Wyndham and Best Western and BW had the better reviews. This one did not disappoint. Close to places to eat and has a spot for truckers to park as they stay. It is pet friendly and I think we did stay in a pet friendly room as it had a door sign to put out. The room didn't have an odor.
We were surprised to find out that there was a little balcony after the window and that they serve breakfast. All the hotels we checked didn't state it on the website. They had the basics: cereal, oatmeal, coffee, juice, breads, yogurt and hot items (omelets and sausages). The pancake machine was not working.
Very quiet and comfy stay. Restroom was modern and nice. The showers has a step to get into. You have to step into the shower all the way to turn on the water.

This hotel was perfect. From the comfort of the bed to the cleanliness of the room, everything was done right. Hotel is clean and has every service you need. Elevators are fast and decor is modern and up to date. Parking is easy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. The only slightly negative thing is the location is a little industrial, but the good news is that just two blocks north of the hotel is a very nice shopping / dining district that you will enjoy.
