Airport Park and Wash

No complaints. The service was very professional and there's always someone available to pick or drop you to/from the airport. No damages or anything to my car in the 3 days I left it there.

We've parked here a few times over the past year and had great service + shuttle service! We've even had an incident where our flight plans changed multiple times coming home (the disadvantages of small airports 😄) and they were super flexible. We love to park here each time we fly out of BTV.

I park here on all my trips and it’s always a breeze. Come back to a clean car that is well taken care of. Great staff and I’ve never had any issues.

Great service

We had an excellent experience with Airport Park and Wash! We stored our car for a week and found the daily rates to be very reasonable. Bonus points for the free shuttle to/from the airport, super friendly customer service, and the car wash! 100% will use this business in the future!

What a great experience! We made our reservations at the Airport Park and Wash. As soon as we arrived we were shuttled to the airport - less than a couple of minutes drive. Upon arriving back from our trip a quick phone call and the shuttle arrived to pick us up and deliver us to our car which was waiting for us all clean. We will definitely be using this service for all future long term parking.

Highly recommended! Needed a tire rotation done, and they got me in instantly. Staff was very friendly & helpful/efficient. Extremely satisfied with the service I received 👍👍

I always receive the best customer service and they are never late. It saves time with having the ability to leave your car at the airport and they will pick it up. Then, no matter the time, they will pick you and shuttle you to your detailed vehicle.

Drop off time 5mins. Immediate ride to airport. Driver was friendly. Called for a ride back from the airport, waited less then 5 mins. Same friendly driver to exchange stories with. Meet me at the door with keys. Less then a min. They are the most convenient park and go I've exerperienced in a long time and please tip your driver.

I have used this service a couple of times. It has been an awesome experience. Especially after hours. Pick up a key box, drop my car at his airport and away I go.

When I got back, they came and got me and had the snow cleared off my car and it was running and warm for me. Way to go!!!

We always enjoy having Marie pick us up with our late-night flights into Burlington. She is so pleasant even when flights are delayed and make for a later night for her. Thank you to the whole team.

My daughter and I have both used this service independently and have found the agents to be knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The airport drop off and pick up was swift and efficient. I would most definitely recommend using their services.

I have used park and wash about eight times. They are excellent. Drop your vehicle off and they bring you to the airport and when you come back to the airport they pick you up. Excellent friendly service. Highly recommend.

I fly out of BTV about ten times a year. I always use Airport Park & Wash for long term parking. Usually six to ten nights each trip. I love the convenience and friendliness of the service and the price is better than regular airport parking. It's a bonus I come back to a freshly washed car!

Very convenient, hassle-free and cheaper than the airport lot, including the free car wash. The delivery and pick-up is especially helpful during cold weather, as opposed to walking long distances dragging luggage through the airport lot.

Everyone was very helpful. I had to drop off my car before they opened so they told me to just park at the airport and they would pick up my car after they open. They provided me with a lock box for the key so it was really convenient. They picked me up just a few minutes after I landed.

Great option for BTV parking. Close to BTV and $3 / day less and convenient shuttle. Nice people. And they wash your car!

We’re so happy to have this option for parking when we travel. The owner, Chip, is pleasant and efficient. Our car is clean inside and out when we get back from our trip, and they pick us up at the airport with the shuttle. A very good operation.

I have used this service several times and never had an issue until now . I will admit it’s poorly organized but it works when im not in a rush and usually saves money . This time I returned home to deep scratches , dings and paint transfers down the side of my car. The lady who drove the shuttle was very concerned and took my information and said her manager would call me Monday . Well the manager called me and basically said “you can’t prove this happened while your car was here and someone may have come on the property and damaged it. If an employee did it, they are required to file an incident report , you can send me pictures but I’ll mostly likely get back go you telling you to contact your insurance ." without hearing my story she basically called me a liar and wasn’t willing to accept responsibility and didn’t sound the least bit concerned for me. She could have simply said “I’m so sorry to hear this happened I’ll look into it and hopefully we can get this sorted out.” WELL maybe an employee did it by accident and was afraid to report it to a boss who has no sympathy ? she compared this to leaving my car in the airport parking garage and being vandalized or damaged , EXCEPT it was in their businesses property , I gave them the keys to my vehicle and an employee moved my vehicle TWICE ! Once to wash it and once to pull it up to entrance the day of my return. They should accept more responsibility for my vehicle while its in their care . This is absolutely unacceptable . Very poor customer service , poor business management and poor care for my BRAND NEW VEHICLE! Also so much for the free car wash , it was FILTHY when I picked it up as seen in the pictures

Used them when flying to NYC recently. So nice coming home to a clean car. Would recommend!

The drop off was really quick and upon my return, Marie the lovely lady waited for my flight to land even if it was late.

The employees told her no more flights would come in but she knew it was not normal and still waited for me!



I really recommand their service and it is cheaper than the airport parking!
