Only gave 1star as you can't give 0. By the third room and walking all around the huge lot several times we finally excepted our fate in room 238. No towels, only 2 ragged pillows for a king size bed, toilet running all night and sink clogged with hair. Actually felt bad for the guy up front getting my husband's anger but will never ever stay here again and will definitely tell anyone else considering a stay look else where. There are too many hotels in the area to settle for this POS. Will be requesting FULL refund in the morning!!
The first room looked like it had dirt still present from 1997, and the air conditioner was in three pieces on the floor, it obviously didn't work. While I was waiting to get my key reflashed for the new room I noticed a roach running around the lobby. The second room has curtains that will not block the entire window and won't stay together, zero toilet paper, an ominous odor as if I shouldn't even ask myself what it is, and LITERALLY the worst "beds" I've ever seen. The room has two beds, one collapsed in on its self in a V shape, the other is like sleeping on a beanbag chair filled with styrofoam. I've never had such a horrible hotel before.
Room is not bad
But no towels light in n the restroom is out
And only thing front desk can do is say come pick up towels and light bulb from the office.
Mind u the room u got is forever away from the office but really I need to replace the bulb.
Am I getting paid to do there job lol
The young man named Chris at the front desk is the one and only good thing here. First I was given room 101, no TV, right in the middle of a drug deal in the parking lot.101 had a microwave and fridge.
Then I was given room 201. It Had a TV and fridge but no microwave.
This hotel should NOT carry the Wyndham name. The Wyndham
name was the reason i took a room here for the night. Chis made it tolerable. He went out of his way to assist me. I will not be back but Chris should receive kudos for the job he did.
Horrible is all I can say! I will never stay here again! Had to reset our room keys every day! Run down house keepers for room service, fight for towels. Ants ate my leftovers and I had it fully covered. They were even in my luggage. Over it! Dont ever say here. Spend your money elsewhere .
The staff was first rate. Efficient, helpful and friendly, they rate 5 star. The hotel needs work. Our room needed a clean and a facelift, including finishing nails protruding from the broken trim on the headboard to the dirty corners and dead gecko on the floor. The coffee maker was broken and the element had a thick coating of spilled coffee. On the upside they were relatively inexpensive
This motel is very old and run down. Not a very pleasant feeling at all. The guest service team is adequate at most.
The rooms are awful and the beds are even worse. They crack and make all kinds of noises keeping others up in the room.
No towels in our first room. Tried to call down to guess services and the phone was broken. Got to the new room and at least we had 1 towels this time...
The front desk told us that it was a security risk for them to leave the building and that we'd have to come get more towels ourselves if we wanted some.
Bottom line is, If you're looking for a section 8 motel and you're okay with below average then this is the place for you.
I will not be staying here again. I urge you not as well. I'd take my business to another hotel/motel somewhere else.
The first room was nasty not cleaned lots of mold no towels, wash cloths and smelled nasty. Was put in second room and the same. I made due because every where I called was book. After the first night no room service. Had to buy cleaning supplies and air freshener. Would not refund money could not speak to manager all of this after checking in for 15 min MN Would not recommend anyone staying here.You also pay 100.00 extra for paying with cash..
The place was terrible they get my hundred dollars cash deposit they kept my room rent and my $25 early check-in fee when there was no hot water in the room at all the room smelled like pot and when I asked them to change our rooms because you had no hot water I checked out for different rooms the first one she sent me to was occupied so that was fun opening that door and the next one was dirty the next one was a twin room with two beds instead of one king size and the fourth one was right next door in the same building that had no hot water when they could make me happy they asked me to leave all I wanted was a smoking room with a king-size bed and they couldn't accommodate. So they kept over $225 way to go Travelodge never again I didn't even want to give them one star but I had to give him something
