I've edited my rating to 4 stars, realizing 3 was a bit harsh. The conditions I had I could have changed by calling the front desk and changing rooms. Mattress way to firm, pillows to thin and firm. Other issue was toilet bowl kept filling every 15-20 minutes, this could have been fixed by calling maintenance. I just closed door to bathroom and that worked. It is a nice hotel, the only legitimate complaint I have is no windows to the outside from rooms, its weird looking at offices across the lobby.
Stayed just one night for a Buccaneers game (hotel is about 11 minutes from the Raymond James Stadium). We enjoyed the stay. Rooms were a little small but certainly modern and clean. The hotel is definitely classy. It's also walking distance of the Westshore Plaza where they have plenty of shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. Overall, great experience.
This place was great. Nice and quiet. Next to local food, mall and airport. Has a great place to host a party, local cafe, bar and more. Clean and comfortable. As a mom of two I was able to sleep 10 hours as I got out of town for a staycation. I loved it!
Quite nice and good service in my experience. The room was clean and it was easy to accomplish business tasks. The front desk was accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. There’s free parking if you don’t use the valet which is very nice.
We use their long term parking through Global parking. Our car was safe in a covered parking. The staff was very nice and efficient. The shuttle service was great. We had to wait about 5minutes on our way back to be picked up and go back to the hotel. For travelers, I will highly recommend this place, actually less expensive than other parking places in Tampa
