Comfort Suites Austin Airport

The staff was excellent! The service they give is the best. Rooms are very clean. Everyone from the manager Erik, the driver Erica that picks you up to and from airport and front desk persons are the best. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone to stay here.

Very nice and clean!! The employees were very nice and helpful!! Very good location. My mom needed to be at the airport by 430, we left the hotel @425a and was literally there @430am and back at the hotel by 440a!!! I was impressed by it!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, the breakfast was good. Close proximity to everywhere you need to be in the downtown area without the hassles of staying downtown. We had an issue with the HVAC in our room but the front desk staff and maintenance addressed the issue immediately and made all the repairs while we were at dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

When we first checked in the guy at the front desk wasn't very inviting but he wasn't rude or anything. The bed was comfortable though and everything was clean. However, there were people talking and yelling in the hall through out the night and I could not sleep because you could hear everything. The door to the bathroom wouldn't shut unless you slammed it. Other than that it was fine because we only were there to sleep. The second night I got a good nights sleep because I was so exhausted from not sleeping the night before a bomb wouldn't of woke me up.

Third floor currently being renovated. Aside from dust on the floors you'd barely be able to tell. I'm sure it's noisier during the day. Excellent customer service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Google map instructions are wrong, as is Waze app. Just keep your eyes open and you'll find the parking lot with plenty of space. Denny's is close by for convenience.

Ive been needing a place to stay for the last two weeks due to my apartment lease ending and having to do new applications a little earlier than planned. This place has worked with me on EVERYTHING that i asked for without any issue whatsoever. Had my service dog as I have seizures, not a problem for them, waived the deposit or fee for a dog and I was very appreciative for not having to deal with rude people I'd been running into it seemed with most other hotels due to my animal. I NEED HER, LITERALLY, and this place gets it! My advice find Eric at the front desk, very friendly guy, went above and beyond any hotel place I've ever experienced making everything so simple and laid back for our check in process! Exactly what I was looking for so I could handle my lease applications and this will def be my go to if I ever need a hotel again!!! Five stars to this hotel and Eric, thanks you guys!!!

I recently just moved to the Austin area and had a stay at comfort suites while getting moved. Dante helped us getting checked in quickly, we are not from here and he mad us feel welcomed and invited. Thank you, we will be back!
