Wonderful hotel. Excellent front staff. Quiet rooms despite being so close to a highway. Good breakfast options. Shuttle to airport was convenient.
Really nice and helpful people were working when we checked in and out. We parked our car there for ten days while in South Korea and when we returned, by hotel shuttle, our car was waiting there for us and the three hour drive home. The customer service was outstanding, the rooms clean and good size. Will stay there again when we fly out of O'Hare next time.
The location is 15 mins from O'Hare airport which was perfect for a one night stay. The friendly staff were great and the room was nicely decorated and very clean. The shuttle service was on time and the driver was also helpful and courteous. I haven't tried the complimentary breakfast yet but I'm looking forward to it. I would definitely return and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. I'm extremely satisfied with my decision to stay here.
Not a bad stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close by to some restaurants and of course O'Hare. I was here for Cubs games and not far away from Howard Station to catch the Red Line to Wrigley Field. WIFI was very good. TV was very good. My only negative and it is just me was the Hot Breakfast. My Southern Breakfast taste was probably the deal there with the eggs and meats. But they do have a wonderful selection for a hotel. Plenty of different things to select from. I would stay there again.
I could not find a hotel with better customer service. I asked the front desk for assistance on countless occasions. They were very supportive on many instances. Also, the beds were very comfortable and clean. The shuttle was on time and they frequently took us to the airport in order to catch the train. Unfortunately, we experienced a bad incident on the last day. We asked the front desk to place a package at the desk for our friend to pick it up. My wife did not properly label the package and give adequate instructions. Therefore, we should accept part of the blame. The manager put our package in the manager's office where many different employees come in and out to sign their time cards. Unfortunately, five brand new cosmetics that were in their original box were stolen. The cameras are not working at this point in time. Therefore, we could not catch the thief. Until the hotel identifies and catches the thief, I would not leave valuables at the front desk. Also, I would not recommend leaving valuables in your room just in case the thief was part of the cleaning crew. Hopefully, the hotel will be responsible and find a way of protecting their assets.We booked this hotel on our return and will be keeping valuable assets in person because we do not trust one of their staff members. If Best Western could solve this problem, this hotel is an amazing place to stay.
