Short answer. Two events share the complex today. The Eagles host the Giants at Lincoln Financial Field at 1:00 p.m. ET (Eagles schedule). Olivia Rodrigo plays Xfinity Mobile Arena with doors at 6:00 p.m. and the show at 7:00 p.m. (arena event page).
The key time is 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. NBC10 and CBS Philadelphia both report that police will close roads to clear traffic after the game and that no vehicles may enter the complex in that window, prepaid passes included. If you drive to the concert, be parked before 3:30 p.m. or arrive after 5:30 p.m. Or take the Broad Street Line to NRG Station.

Game alert: the 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. closure
NBC10 Philadelphia says the arena's social media post warned of closures from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday and reports that "No vehicles will be allowed to enter the Sports Complex during the closure window," including vehicles with prepaid parking passes. CBS Philadelphia reports: "Between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., police will close roads to clear traffic from the sports complex. No one will be allowed to enter the sports complex during that time." (NBC10, CBS Philadelphia.)
What we could not confirm: the arena's original post is an image on X and Instagram that we could not read, and neither the arena's event page nor its parking page mentions the closure. The Philadelphia Police Department has not published a notice that we found. Treat the window as reported, and check the arena's X account before you leave.
Which lots serve which venue
The Eagles' stadium site lists the complex lots for Lincoln Financial Field. Public lots: A/B/G/H, C/D, D/E, FDR Lot, F/G/H, M/N (South), M/N (North), P, Q, R/W/X, T/S and U/V. Reserved lots: D/E, J, K (North), K (East), L (South) and L (North) (Lincoln Financial Field parking). The page lists "Eagles Game Rate: $50 – regular vehicle $200 – oversized vehicle" and "Concert Rate: $40 – regular vehicle $200 – oversized vehicle." It does not say whether you need a pass in advance or who sells one, so we are not stating that.
Xfinity Mobile Arena does not list its event lots or rates on its parking page. Its event page links two parking buttons, "PARKING - NOV. 7" and "PARKING - NOV. 8", that go to SpotHero, and the parking page says reservations on SpotHero are "up to 50% off drive-up" (arena parking). Payment on site is by "Parking pass validation or credit card payment", and cash is no longer accepted. The arena's Lot A is a weekday service only, so it does not apply today.
For full lot-by-lot rates and walking times, use our guides to Lincoln Financial Field parking and Xfinity Mobile Arena parking (the building was formerly the Wells Fargo Center). Both are about one venue. This page covers how the two events interact today.
SEPTA: the plan most people should use
- Route: take the Broad Street Line (now called the B) south to NRG Station at Pattison Avenue. The arena says to ride "southbound to NRG Station (Pattison Avenue)" (arena directions). Bus routes 4 and 45 also serve the stadiums (SEPTA).
- Concert express: SEPTA says, "Sunday, November 8: Express trains depart Fern Rock Transit Center at 5:40 pm and 5:50 pm." Regular local B trains run as well (SEPTA).
- Eagles express: "Express trains depart Fern Rock Transit Center every 10 minutes from 10 am until noon" (SEPTA).
- Going home from the game: the Eagles' site says Broad Street Line trains "are scheduled to depart from Pattison Avenue shortly after our games end" and that buses replace trains if a game runs past midnight (Lincoln Financial Field).
Pickup and drop-off
For the arena, "Guests may drop passengers off at any building entrance before proceeding to their parking space" (arena parking). Lyft pickup during arena events is in "Lot D at the southeast corner of the building" (arena directions). Neither page says how this works during a police closure. For the stadium, the Eagles' parking page does not publish a rideshare rule that we could find. After the game, it says "The Philadelphia Police will continue to direct traffic patterns for fans leaving the Sports Complex", so expect detours.
Pick your plan
- Going to the game only: use the 10 a.m. to noon SEPTA express, or park a lot you can leave after the game. The 3:30 p.m. closure is aimed at clearing cars, so expect a slow exit.
- Going to the concert, driving: be inside the complex before 3:30 p.m., which means sharing lots with game traffic, or arrive after 5:30 p.m. For a 7:00 p.m. show with 6:00 p.m. doors, that leaves a 30-minute gap to the doors. NBC10 advises prepaying "where available" to speed entry outside the window.
- Going to the concert, transit: catch the 5:40 or 5:50 p.m. express from Fern Rock, or any B train from Center City.
- Going to both: leave the car away from the complex. Neither the game nor the closure window is friendly to a car that stays.
