How does the shuttle work?

The hotel runs a complimentary shuttle between its lot and your airport terminal. Most run every 15-30 minutes, 24/7 at major airports. The same shuttle picks you up on return — call the front desk when you land, they'll dispatch the next van.

What if my flight is delayed or I come back late?

No problem. Your car stays in the hotel's lot and the shuttle keeps running. Most hotels include up to 14 days of parking with your reservation, so a delay of a day or two doesn't change anything. Can I cancel?
