this is the lowest level of service i ever seen, when i arrived to the parking lot at early morning nobody was outside so i wait for about 5 minutes until someone show up, the attendant told me that there is no place for my car and i have to leave my car keys which i refused ,so he start to move another cars to give me a place for my car which takes another 15 minutes. when i return to the airport i have to call a phone number and wait until they pick me up where the driver was not so friendly and selective for the customers who want to talk to them, when arrived to the parking lot i have to wait again about 10 minutes so they move a car parking behind my car so i can go out which is not safe because i have to backup in very narrow space between parked cars without any guidance from the attendant. next time i will leave my car in holidays in long term parking lot which is cheaper and very organized parking lot with a very nice friendly staff I will never ever recommend this parking lot for any friend, Family member or coworker

Paid on line to have my car washed while I was gone. It was not. The gentleman said oh you have to tell us when you drop it off- well I did and showed them my receipt. I even asked if they would put air in my tires when I dropped it off and the gentleman said yes. Today when I call to get my refund- because they couldn't do it last night- I was told the same thing- well it is NOT my fault that you did not wash my car! I ordered and paid on line, I showed my receipt when I dropped off my car and talked about the car wash- what is it they expect me to do to ensure that they do their job? If they don't have a system in place to ensure that on-line orders are followed, then they shouldn't be taking orders on-line! That and why do I need to try and track down the manager to receive my refund? I was told to call him today, today when I called, I was told to call him tomorrow??? It's should be the other way around.
I've used the company many times. I always book online, and I've never had a problem. They seem to know we're all in a hurry and they do a great of getting all the luggage in the van and getting us to the airport quickly. Pickup has been just as easy. They are a great group of guys: courteous and quick. They are cheaper than onsite parking and way more convenient than the maze that is the BHM parking deck.
If you park your car at the Birmingham Airport and hike your luggage up and down the stairs or in the elevator instead of using Alabama Airport parking, I don't understand why. You pay more to park at the airport. At Alabama Parking the staff is super friendly, your car has 24 hour surveillance, and they drop you off and pick you up right at the front door of the airport. After I land, I give them a call and then they usually pick me up within 3 to 4 minutes. When I get back to their lot, my car is waiting with either the AC running in the summer or the heat running in the winter. They also offer car wash services and other items for your car while you are away. Did I mention how friendly the staff is? :-) They really are that nice. If you have never tried their service, just try it once and I am pretty sure you will never park your own car at the airport again.
