EDC Orlando Parking Guide

Last verified: November 8, 2026, between about 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. Eastern. We read the festival's parking, shuttle, FAQ and accessibility pages, the Camping World Stadium event guide, the City of Orlando's parking-rates page, LYNX's detour notice, the Florida Statutes and the ParkWhiz listing for tonight, all listed under Sources. Closures, lot status and shuttle hours can change during the day.

Short answer. Today, Sunday, November 8, is the last day of the festival at Tinker Field, next to Camping World Stadium. Hours are 1 p.m. to midnight, and entry closes an hour before the end, per the official FAQ. The festival's own parking is not a realistic option: its parking page calls general parking "Extremely Limited" and shows Premier Parking as sold out, and the stadium's event guide says "Parking is sold out."

The festival's advice is to park in a downtown Orlando garage and ride the free LYNX Grapefruit Line extension, which drops off on Orange Blossom Trail between Central Boulevard and Church Street. No parking receipt is needed. Whatever you do, plan your ride home before midnight: cars left in the festival lots after 2 a.m. are towed, and a Special Event Zone with doubled traffic fines runs until 8 a.m. Monday.

What the festival sells, and what it does not

  • General parking: the parking page says it is "Extremely Limited" and gives no price or sales link. Its accessibility page still carries an older line, "General Parking will cost $40," so treat any general-lot price as unconfirmed today (EDC accessibility page).
  • Premier Parking: Lot 1, northeast corner of W Church Street and Rio Grande Avenue, entrance off W Central Boulevard. The parking page marks it "SOLD OUT."
  • Accessible parking: a limited number of spots, first come, first served. You need a valid state-issued placard, permit or license plate, and the person it was issued to must be in the vehicle.
  • Official shuttles: sold only through the festival's ticketing partner, Front Gate Tickets, from hotels near Universal, International Drive and Lake Buena Vista. The shuttle page lists 1-day passes at $52.88 (Tier 1) and $57.88 (Tier 2) and says passes "will most likely be sold out" by the event, so we could not confirm any are left for tonight. Buses run from noon to 8 p.m., and returns start at 9 p.m. and end 60 minutes after the music stops. The drop-off is about a 15-minute walk from the main entrance (EDC shuttles page).

The festival states that "Insomniac does not manage the parking garages and will not be responsible for lost or damaged vehicles. Please park at your own risk." It prohibits tailgating, sleeping in your vehicle, buying or selling tickets, drinking alcohol and illegal drug use in the lots and the areas around the venue.

Downtown garages and the free LYNX shuttle

The festival lists six paid downtown garages, first come, first served, all near Grapefruit Line stops (EDC parking page):

  • Library Garage, 112 E Central Blvd
  • 55 West Garage, 60 W Pine Street
  • Central Garage, 53 W Central Blvd
  • ThreatLocker Garage, 400 W South Street
  • City Commons Garage, 460 Boone Ave
  • 200 S Orange Ave Garage, 25 W South Street

The City of Orlando says event rates at its garages and lots "can range from $10 to $20 depending on the event proximity," and that the ThreatLocker Garage and Grove Park Lot "range from $20 to $30 depending on the event." Those ranges cover city-run facilities only, not privately owned lots, and the city does not name tonight's rate for any one garage (City of Orlando parking rates). Read the posted rate at the entrance before you pull in.

Where to board. The festival says LYNX shuttles "will drop off on Orange Blossom Trail between Central Blvd and Church Street, just steps from the EDC festival grounds." A City of Orlando traffic official told Spectrum News 13 that the free shuttle for attendees picks up at Hughey Avenue and Central Boulevard (Spectrum News 13, November 6).

The unknown that matters tonight: the last shuttle. We did not find a published end time for the festival extension. LYNX's regular April 2026 LYMMO schedule shows the last Grapefruit Line trip at 8:00 p.m. on Sundays (LYMMO schedule PDF). The festival extension may run later. Ask the driver or check LYNX before you leave your car, and have a rideshare or a walk back as your plan B.

Private lots near the grounds

Lot owners do not publish a common price, and the festival does not manage them. As a worked example, ParkWhiz lists lots for tonight's session (entry from 12:00 p.m., "exit before" Monday at 1:00 a.m.) between 0.5 and 1.5 miles from Tinker Field. When we read it around 8:30 a.m., the listed prices ran from $22 (a lot at 2237 W. Jackson St.) to $145 (a lot at 30 North Nashville Avenue). Most listings priced between $28 and $59, and several Nashville Avenue lots listed from $95 to $145. Those are ParkWhiz's prices for the lot operators it carries, not prices the lots publish themselves, and they will move through the day (ParkWhiz, EDC Orlando Sunday).

We could not find a published price for lots near Rock Lake Drive or Randall Street, so we do not quote one. If a lot has no sign with the operator's name, a price and a phone number, treat it as a risk. The festival bars tailgating and sleeping in vehicles in the lots around the venue.

On-street parking: the city's rate page says on-street parking is free on Sundays and from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., but streets near the stadium are closed and temporary no-parking signs go up on closed streets. Read every sign (City of Orlando).

Rideshare, taxis and Waymo

Lyft is the festival's official rideshare partner. Official pickup points are the Kia Center, Washington St and Dollins Ave, Tampa Ave and Gore St, and Gore St and Orange Blossom Trail. Drop-offs are at the Kia Center and the Camping World Stadium main entrance (EDC parking page). The city official quoted by Spectrum News 13 said pickups and drop-offs "will include Waymo this year" and told riders to follow officers' directions.

Match your app's assigned pickup to one of the official points before you start walking, and check the fare before you accept the ride.

Road closures and the Special Event Zone

  • Street closures: closures around Camping World Stadium began at 8 a.m. daily and run through Sunday. City officials said traffic should return to normal by Monday morning (Spectrum News 13). ClickOrlando listed Long Street from Rio Grande Avenue to Tampa Avenue, Tampa Avenue from Orange Center Boulevard to Central Boulevard, Norton Avenue, and Church Street from Dollins Avenue to Tampa Avenue as blocked, with SR 408 and W Washington Street open (ClickOrlando, November 7). The City of Orlando posts a road-closure map and list at orlando.gov.
  • Special Event Zone: the Orange County Sheriff's Office designated one from 6 p.m. Thursday, November 5, until 8 a.m. Monday, November 9, covering Colonial Drive from Tampa Avenue to Hiawassee Road, John Young Parkway from State Road 408 to WD Judge Road, and Old Winter Garden Road from John Young Parkway to Ferguson Drive (as reported by WFTV from the Sheriff's Office). We could not load a Sheriff's Office notice itself.
  • What the zone means: Florida law requires the signs to read "Special Event Zone, All Fines Doubled. Vehicles Subject to Impoundment for Traffic Infractions and Violations." A noncriminal traffic infraction in the zone carries a fine "double the amount provided in chapter 318," and an officer may impound the vehicle for up to 72 hours (Florida Statutes 316.1891). If you are not going to the festival, expect slow traffic on those corridors and obey every sign.
  • Buses: LYNX is detouring Link 20 until midnight November 11, Link 21 until midnight November 9, and Link 107 from 10 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. each night, November 6 to 8 (LYNX service alert).

Getting home tonight

  • Music ends around midnight. Event hours are 1 p.m. to midnight. Walking out together with tens of thousands of people takes time before you reach a shuttle or rideshare point.
  • Towing: "Vehicles must vacate the parking lot each day at the close of the festival. Any vehicles left in the lots past 2am will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense." The festival lists Johnson's Wrecker Services at (407) 293-2540 for retrieval. That wording covers the festival's lots; for a private downtown lot, ask the operator for its closing time.
  • Fly-in guests: the festival says Orlando International Airport is 13 miles from the venue. If you are leaving a car at the airport tonight, see Orlando airport parking on ParkingAccess.

Tickets and avoiding scams

The festival says: "The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from Front Gate. DO NOT purchase from scalpers. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate ticket, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided" (EDC FAQ). Face value for a Sunday GA pass was $149.22 with fees. Front Gate's ticket page, as it came back in search this morning, showed Sunday GA as sold out.

Resale ticket prices are not parking prices and are set by sellers. The price tracker SeatData, which watches secondary-market listings, showed a lowest Sunday listing of $248 when it last updated at 9:32 a.m. UTC (4:32 a.m. Eastern) on November 8 (SeatData). We could not read live listings on TicketSales, so we do not quote a figure from it.

We found no festival, police or city warning about payment-app scams in the festival lots. The documented local warning is about parking payments: in June 2025, Orlando police said about 200 fake QR-code stickers had been removed from downtown meters, and that the real ParkMobile code is printed on a green background (ClickOrlando). The safe habit is simple: pay only a posted operator, at a posted price, through the posted app or machine.

After the festival and next year

As of this morning, neither the EDC Orlando site nor Insomniac's festival calendar lists dates for an EDC Orlando in 2027. Insomniac's calendar does list EDC Las Vegas on May 14 to 16 and May 21 to 23, 2027. Closures near the stadium may outlast the festival: the City of Orlando says the Camping World Stadium construction closures on Church Street run into 2027, and its road-closure page lists them through August 31, 2027 (City of Orlando road closures). Check that page before any later event at the stadium.

Frequently asked questions

Can I still buy festival parking today?

The festival lists Premier Parking as sold out and calls general parking "Extremely Limited," with no price or sales link on its parking page. The stadium's guide says parking is sold out. Plan on a downtown garage or a private lot.

Is the LYNX shuttle really free?

Yes. The festival calls it complimentary, with "No parking receipt or confirmation needed." The garages are not free, and the festival does not run them.

What time will I be towed?

The festival says vehicles left in its lots past 2 a.m. will be towed at the owner's expense.

What does the Special Event Zone change for me?

Inside the zone, fines for traffic infractions are doubled and an officer can impound a vehicle for up to 72 hours. The zone runs until 8 a.m. Monday on Colonial Drive, John Young Parkway and Old Winter Garden Road within the limits above.

Can I leave and come back in?

No. The festival does not allow ins and outs, so do not plan to return to your car mid-evening.

Where do I get dropped off by Uber, Lyft or Waymo?

The festival lists the Kia Center and the Camping World Stadium main entrance for drop-offs. A city official said Waymo is included in pickups and drop-offs this year.
