The former CenturyLink Field has two official car parking structures placed next to the building:
- Lumen Field Event Center Garage
- Lumen Field North Lot
They offer plenty of outdoor and covered parking spots with easy access to Lumen Field, as well as electric vehicle charging stations. Both event parking facilities are pre-sold on a season basis, which means that you cannot reserve parking for a single game. If you search for a spot on a single-game basis, the closest parking garages are Union Station Parking Garage and Mariners Garage. Wondering how much is Seahawks parking? Lumen Field parking rates vary based on the game day and location, but the average cost in the garages around the venue is $40. The Union Station garage at 820 4th Ave. S is the most convenient choice, while the T-Mobile Park Parking Garage is several minutes away. Accessible Parking
Although both Lumen Field parking areas are available for season parking pass holders only, the North Lot does provide a limited number of ADA parking spaces. The spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we suggest using the Union Station garage. It’s right across the street, and you can use the elevator to get to the North Lot and avoid stairways. Wherever you park, note that a disabled parking permit or placard will be required.
