As a home of the NHL Detroit Red Wings and NBA Detroit Pistons teams, LCA is a top location for exciting events and championships in Midtown Detroit. Whether you plan on watching ice hockey or basketball, finding a cheap Little Caesars Arena parking space on a season game day can be stressful. Our team created this guide to help you book a low-cost place for your vehicle that offers both convenience and safety. Learn about the arena’s garage parking, private off-site areas, and public transportation to compare the options and make a reservation on the spot.
Directions to Little Caesars Arena
Located at 2645 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201, the venue is less than a mile away from the city center. Click here to get directions or consider using public transit. A QLINE station (Sproat Street/Adelaide Street) is adjacent to LCA, which gives you quick and easy access to the arena. Alternatively, use the FAST bus service to avoid the parking hassle; Gratiot, Woodward, and Michigan routes stop near the venue and run every 15 to 30 minutes.
Little Caesars Arena Parking
Countless car parking spots are available near the arena, and our map will provide you with the locations of each structure. Olympia Development provides 32 parking facilities within a 10-minute walk of LCA, and all accept credit cards only. While approaching the arena, the signs will direct you to the visitor parking lots, which open four hours before the scheduled event.
As you can see on the map, the Little Caesars Arena parking garage is the closest and most convenient option. The LCA Garage requires reservations, and you can book parking on Vivid Seats in a few clicks. Rates vary according to the event; parking for major games is $45, while the fee is $17 during smaller events. Other garage parking structures with similar rates are UWM Garage at 128 W. Fisher Service Dr. and Temple West Garage at 123 W. Temple St.
Slightly more affordable options include parking lots north on Cass Avenue (2756, 2721, and 2501) and Fisher Lot, which charge $35 during big events. These also allow reservations, which we highly recommend.
Accessible Parking Availability
ADA parking spaces are obtainable on a first-come, first-served basis in all Olympia-owned parking areas. A visitor has to own a disabled parking permit, license plate, or placard to use them. Standard parking rates apply.
Note: Olympia Development does not provide any RV parking area for oversized vehicles.
Discounted Parking Near the Venue
Since on-site garages can be pricey and on-street parking is not allowed, off-site structures are your best bet. These are located farther away from LCA, but the walk is worth the cost since you can save over $25. Find the best nearby options in the following list.
Parking Location | Rate | Walking Distance |
2961 Second Lot | $8 | 11 minutes |
2130 Cass Ave. Lot | $8 | 11 minutes |
2301 Cass Ave. Lot | $11 | 10 minutes |
168 W. Columbia St. Lot | $11 | 9 minutes |
