Riga International Airport serves Latvia's capital city, and it’s only 6 miles away from Riga city center. It’s the largest airport in the Baltic countries and serves as a hub for several airlines. RIX provides several on-site parking facilities suitable for short and long stays alike. See below for the relevant parking information and a few tips that will help you choose and book the most suitable Riga Airport parking space.

  • Short-Term Parking is available in the P1 car park, which is located right across from the airport terminal building. It’s ideal for short trips, as well as drivers who are driving to RIX just to pick up arriving passengers or see them off. The first 10 minutes are free. After that, you pay €2 for up to half an hour and then €1.50 per every additional 30 minutes. The maximum daily parking rate is €29.
  • Long-Term Parking is perfect for extended stays and holidays. This Riga Airport parking service is available in car parks P2, P3, and P4. Each long-stay parking structure is close to the terminal, and the walk takes 5-7 minutes. Also, RIX provides a free shuttle service between the parking lots and the airport. If going away for 5 days, your daily rate will be €4.50. From Day 6 to Day 10, the daily cost is €4, and then the price is €3.50 per day.

The short-stay parking area also offers free electric vehicle charging stations. You can pay for parking via cash or major credit cards, as well as through a Mobilly phone app. All Riga Airport parking structures are open 24/7 and provide accessible parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.
