This is the first time I have used VIP Parking. I have always used Segura Parking. Segura Parking are good, but I have to say...VIP Parking are far superior. VIP's service was excellent. My car came back to me cleaner than it went in. The guys who took my car and delivered it back were outstanding, very friendly and helpful, I can't praise them enough. It's safe to say I will always be using VIP Parking from now on.

We have used VIP parking for the last 4 years frequently. We have always had a great service, on time and the car always perfect on collection.
It is easy to book online and very cost effective. Makes travelling very quick and easy, we arrive at the airport, pull up right outside the terminal entrance, hand over the keys, then go into the airport. They take the car off site.
When we land we call them as we collect our bags and the car is waiting for us right outside the terminal, no walking or waiting.

Brilliant service we had a late arrival and slightly delayed tried to grab some water for the 2.5 hour drive home but everything was closed. Got into the cleaned car and in the drinks holder was a complimentary bottle of water 5* - great thought thank you. Would highly recommend VIP Alicante

Tried this service for the first time recently. We parked between the 10th and 31st of July. Everything worked perfectly. We dropped off our car at the airport. It was returned to us within 7 minutes of calling VIP to say we were back. The driver both on pick up and drop off was punctual, polite and helpful. If you want a better service, good luck to you, because it probably doesn't exist. Highly satisfied, thank you.

We have had no issues and even during COVID when we couldnt get out to Spain they took it for its itv and small repairs it needed done ( for a small fee of course). Incredible super Service!!! We can't praise them more !! My husband stood with a flat tire near the airport and they arranged everything, new tires , washed , and for very good prices! Not 5 ⭐ but 10 ⭐ for us 👏👍👍👍
