I can not understand the bad reviews at all, because it is 24/7 someone suburb.
There are also cameras installed which monitor the parking lot. We had to wait at most 15 minutes which is completely understandable because the vehicles are constantly in use as we have noticed.
The owners were very friendly and accommodating.
Since we had some problems with our vehicle that day and could not start immediately. And was helped immediately. We were allowed to wait in the container office for breakdown assistance and even got blankets and coffee offered.
You can not expect such help everywhere - really !!
The boss has rumtelefoniert for us, if someone can help us with the car and waited with us until the problem was solved.
She really took our time and saved us at 2am.
I can only recommend the service and will park here again for 💯%.
The driver helped me immediately when he saw that I was carrying a heavy suitcase.
