I have used this company a few times over the years (previous owners were great) and just recently it has compounded why I will not ever use them again. Booked online, money taken. Arrived at the time stated to find office closed and no answer on either phone. We were left stranded at 9pm at night for a plane to catch, they clearly state they close at 10pm. We had to order an Uber in the end. Received no explanation from them when I emailed them, just them saying they well collect us from the airport when we fly back in. Pay the extra $20 and go next door to Bay Airport Parking.
