Rooms are ok, for the price. location is in the middle of nowhere but there's park & fly and an airport shuttle.



***The staff here were all AMAZING, especially the shuttle guys ! "Chris" literally saved our vacation by rescuing a suitcase we had accidentally left by our car when leaving the lot after a long trip. He kept it safe for us until we could get back down the next day to pick it up. Totally refused a tip, and was just the best!!

This guy deserves a bonus 🤩🤩

I like this place. I don't understand why people hate on it. Yes, it's a little bit of an older building and not as modern, but the price for a room is very low and the staff are very friendly. They don't bother you. They mind their own business. It's a fantastic place to stay for a couple nights. I enjoy myself every time I'm there.

It was a long stressful morning for us . I called at 12 pm to see about early check in due to my daughter get out if the hospital sooner then expected. The wonderful woman who took my call was amazing . She said we could come now and we like a bottom floor to make it easier for my daughter. When we arrived she greeted me with a warm smile. The other woman offered to get a wheelchair for my daughter to make it easier for her to get to our room . The room was very clean and warm . The beds are awesome witch I was I was hoping for . They let me know about breakfast in the morning . I must say I would recommend this hotel for an affordable clean place to stay . There are a lot of places to get food and coffee. All and all a win 🏆 Thank you to the 2 wonderful caring ladies working today 4/18/24 😀 As a manager I would be very proud of you and the customer experience you provided me and my daughter today !!

Pool open late, til midnight, and carpet soft too. TV limited channels. Bedding comfortable and room had frig.coffee, & microwave

Hotel was very nice lady at the front desk was very professional and very quick about getting me into my room she allowed me to have my service animals which was nice cuz most motels try to fight you the pool works good the hot tubs down that's the downside but other than that the beds are comfortable limited cable options but if you have a Roku or an Xbox or something it's not really too bad so if you're looking for a cheap place to stay it's not bad

I always commend a clean pet-friendly location. Just stayed to pass through, but 3rd floor room was fairly quiet. Free breakfast was not the best of the budget friendly hotels I’ve stayed in, but staff was helpful and attentive.

I love these guys. They take amazing care of their trucker customers, and they even have limited truck parking. And the rooms are clean and comfy! Please come stay here if you need to get out of the truck and you can't go home. Hands down best hotel experience for the customer service alone.

What a pleasant surprise ! This was my first time staying at a Super 8 and I couldn't have been happier with the amenities on offer, the kind staff at the front desk, and the quality of the room. Do what I did and don't listen to the haters. This is great value for money.

Had a very good time at this motel it was great it was great the service was good the continental breakfast was not bad at all if you need anything they're there to help you I would go back here again

Quick stop off the freeway. All we needed was a place to rest our heads and this place provided a cheap option.



If youre someone who has high expectations when it comes to hotels and have the finances to spend more, dont bother staying here just to leave a bad review.

It's a good go-to for pet friendly with an indoor pool. The room I was in had some cracks in the shower area, but everything else seems maintained and clean.



The pool is heated which is great for winter time, but it can get a little crowded on weekends when families are visiting or when there are tenants with kids.



Iron Skillet (an American food diner), McDonald's and Domino's are close by. With McDonald's and Domino's being more in walking distance to avoid the roundabouts. And there is a Starbucks on one side of Iron Skillet. The other side is a gas station so you can fuel up before heading out.



If you drive a Tesla there are EV spots by the gas station but it's for Tesla EVs.

Finally found a 2 star for less than $125 due to fires. Neat room too! 3 queen beds so me and my 2 boys had lots of space. Quiet clean and comfy. Even served breakfast during (gasp) Covid!!

the beds were OK. the hotel and rooms were clean. staff nice. older hotel. drains slow to drain hairdryer didn't work.

I loved the service of the airport shuttle and parking. The doors are odd to operate. You have to insert the key upside down and push the handle up. Otherwise the rooms were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was hard to find the correct number to call to be picked up by the airport shuttle and after being on hold for about 10 minutes I was able to Google And find the local number so I would be sure to save that before leaving your car.

Great establishment. Friendly staff. Relaxed approach. Simply quiet! Cozy space to vacate momentarily! Motel 8 offers quick access to the I - 90 E or W. Wyndham hotel!

The rooms and hotel are very clean, but they are very outdated. Felt like saying in a room from the 90s

Good location . Had no problem with noise. Breakfast is very mediocre. No non-dairy options. But the Waffles were tasty.

Great staff, hotel was clean. Pool is warm, and there was a decent free breakfast and free coffee all. Very understanding front desk folks, they accommodate when necessary.

I give this place 5 stars because it's exactly what it claims to be and didn't disappoint. It's not a fancy place and you won't get alot of amenities like some hotels, but you can feel safe and comfortable here and get a great night's sleep. That's all I was looking for.

My stay was the best. I've stayed at other places and have never been treated like I was part of the family. The best experience of my life, thank you Super 8 West Spokane.

Customer service is KING to me, so this review gets an extra star for that. The young woman working the desk at 2am was very nice, accommodating and gracious. I commend her to management, and I hope they treat her well.



Access is a bit confusing at first, as it requires backtracking through several traffic circles onto a dead-end road to get to it. There's lots of current development in progress, though, so hopefully that will improve in the near future.



Lots of parking, so it was easy to park with my boat trailer. Reasonably secure looking, and there is camera surveillance on the parking lot.



Price is reasonable. Maybe a bit on the high side of reasonable, but not as bad as some much worse places I have stayed.



The rooms are as one might expect for a lower budget motel... some damage to doors and wear on the furniture and facilities... definitely showing its age. That said, the doors are not flapping in the breeze... they are at least fastened in the corners to prevent snagging feet and clothing.

Locks and safety catches are in good repair.

Modern-ish key-card latches.

Most everything was clean.... but the carpet... EEEEEEWWWWW.... it's STICKY!!!! Someone spilled a soft drink or coffee, and the cleaning crew didn't deal with it.



That's really my only complaint... REALLY dirty carpet.



My biggest LIKE, aside from the nice young woman up front... IT SMELLS CLEAN!!!!! No SMOKING!!! DEFINITELY a plus in my book.



All in all.... I'd stay here again.

Conveniently located off the free way. Rooms are decent, small to go breakfast available in the mornings. Includes muffins, cereal and make your own waffle station. Decent prices as well

Chris went above and beyond during my stay here!! So helpful and accommodating. They also offer a free shuttle service to the airport which saved me a lot of money on Uber!

It was a nice stay.Good price.A little run down.Could use some updates.They definetly need more parking.And the breakfast could use some help. But the employees were nice.Will stay there again.

Yes the rooms are dated. Repairs done are obvious. But it was clean. The room prices are low and you get what you pay for. We got a deluxe room which does have a mini fridge and microwave. I saw a review on how the pillows were square and hard. When we arrived I saw the pillows and laughed! You have to unfold the pillow case and fluff them and viola! Full pillows! But for the price, the rooms are fair enough.

While the hotel is a ways out, we had transportation. Room was smaller but clean and comfortable enough. The staff were very nice and efficient.

It was a Nice place. I wish they had a microwave and fridge in the room. And their free breakfast was disappointing. And they have a pool but the hot tub wasn't set up.

For last-minute room this is a great place right off of I 90

The breakfast is great, the staff is great, if you’re looking for a simple and very economical stay this is it.

Although the hot tub wasn’t working, when we went through, the pool was a nice amenity.

I had to come to the hotel very early because I got a ride to Spokane.. The girl at the desk was so accommodating and gave me my room early. The rooms are clean and have a fridge and microwave... Perfect for travelers and super close to the airport

Hotel was a little run down. This was one of the least expensive hotels we could find. They have breakfast. Room was fairly clean. Easy on and off the freeway and a short drive to the casino. Would stay again.

Convenient location to Cheney at a decent price and you don't have to hear the trains all day and night there!! Very nice staff. I haven't tried the indoor pool and hot tub yet, but I will next time I'm back in town in a couple weeks!! The fresh waffles are the highlight for breakfast, otherwise just 2 kinds of cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, juice and coffee. Only complaint is that there are only a few smart tvs scattered around in random rooms so you can only watch Netflix and Amazon prime video if you are lucky enough to book one of those random rooms. The front desk told me that they don't know which rooms they're in exactly so it's hard to book one. First stay no fridge in the room, but a smart TV. Second stay no smart TV, but there was a fridge.

The front desk man was the best thing of all. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL !!!!! RICK WENT ABOVE & BEYOND HIS DUTIES. RICK , is an asset to any company. He is unfortunately a dying breed. His attitude, dedication , & LOVE for people makes him stand tall. Thanks Rick

Great stay for cheap. You get what you pay for. The rooms are a little run down, but the bed was clean, the carpet smelled new and the bathroom was clean. I would stay again.

We loved our 3 day with the kids. Pool, breakfast, and place to wash clothes. In a area to watch the planes fly above. Quiet time 10 pm and quiet rooms. Right in a good area away from city but not to far to drive.

Fantastic Hot swimming pool - Best Ever!! If i lived in this city, I would come stay at this hotel occasionally just for the Pool. It's THAT GREAT!! (The Hot tub is closed,but being able to have a full stroke swim in a hot swimming pool, MORE THAN MAKES UP FOR IT!! ) If the pool was open in the Am i definitely would've been in there several times a day.

Decent prices, clean rooms, excellent diverse breakfast with full gamut of breakfast choices.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking lot is large with extra spaces if you need a place to leave your car when your flying out. Very reasonable prices for that too.

Just love a king bed !! Actually the room I got as well !! Breakfast could be a slight bit bigger pickings. Love the fact there's a pool I'm coming back just to swim !

The bed was lousy, but the people were very friendly and professional. Everything was as it should be and the shuttle was VERY convenient. If not for the too soft and lumpy bed, 5 Stars.
