For a Wyndham hotel near an airport this was very disappointing. The room was dirty, the bed was not done and the sheets had stains on them. There was no fridge or microwave and side doors to the building wouldn’t close (safety issue). Breakfast was a joke. The only good thing was the size of the parking lot, I can accommodate trucks and RVs.
Just love a king bed !! Actually the room I got as well !! Breakfast could be a slight bit bigger pickings. Love the fact there's a pool I'm coming back just to swim !
Had a very good time at this motel it was great it was great the service was good the continental breakfast was not bad at all if you need anything they're there to help you I would go back here again
June - Acceptable accommodations. A little dated, but relatively clean.
August 11 - Checked in for the night. Left my car parked there for 3 weeks. Came back September 1 at 10PM. They say they have no reservation for me. Desk clerk tells me the confirmation number I have is not theirs. BUT, my confirmation numbers for the first night and the parking were correct and I was in their system for that. Kept telling me he had no room for me. Ended up leaving and driving the 4 hours home after a long day. Will not be a customer there again!!!

Quick stop off the freeway. All we needed was a place to rest our heads and this place provided a cheap option.
If youre someone who has high expectations when it comes to hotels and have the finances to spend more, dont bother staying here just to leave a bad review.
Finally found a 2 star for less than $125 due to fires. Neat room too! 3 queen beds so me and my 2 boys had lots of space. Quiet clean and comfy. Even served breakfast during (gasp) Covid!!
I paid $100 for a single night that included but was not limited to visably dirty stained bedding that staff did not change and only offered me a replacement top blanket, the electricity was out on half of the room, floors have clearly not been mopped or vacuumed in a week, and "breakfast" that consisted of stale cereal, dry muffins, and toast. Juice machine either didn't work or didn't have juice (right at the opening of "breakfast"). For $100 for one single night, could have at least gotten a clean bed. Spend $20 extra and just stay somewhere else.
the beds were OK. the hotel and rooms were clean. staff nice. older hotel. drains slow to drain hairdryer didn't work.
Stayed here for one night en route to Montana. For the price (over $100 on a Tuesday), our stay was disappointing. Beds were uncomfortably soft with visible stains on the sheets. The television received very poor signal. No complaints of any pet odor, but the room (supposedly a non-smoking room) smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We kept the AC on during the night, which filtered in additional cigarette smoke from the folks smoking right outside our window. Two stars for friendly service and the fact that we could have our dog with us.
It’s fine for what it is. A clean place to stay. 2 or 2/12 stars for the room. The pool was cool so a star for that but the “free breakfast” is cold cereal and toast. I will stay somewhere else next time I need a hotel near the airport.
Conveniently located. But rooms are nothing like advertised. Beds are very hard. The curtain rod in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall off the wall, wall was crumbling around it’s screws. Hairs in the towels. Staff was kind of rude and the breakfast provided was just bread and cereal. Not a recommended stay.
What a pleasant surprise ! This was my first time staying at a Super 8 and I couldn't have been happier with the amenities on offer, the kind staff at the front desk, and the quality of the room. Do what I did and don't listen to the haters. This is great value for money.
Nice people. Good prices. Friendly staff and airport transportation available. Great continental breakfast!
Great establishment. Friendly staff. Relaxed approach. Simply quiet! Cozy space to vacate momentarily! Motel 8 offers quick access to the I - 90 E or W. Wyndham hotel!

Friendly staff. No cold water in sink, smelled clean but there was fish crackers on our floor when we entered. The hotel was ok. My complaint is that they use plug in air fresheners that gave me a sinus headache my whole stay. I complained to the front desk about the elevator..it smelled of heavy perfume and my head, nose and throat hurt the whole stay. One of the front desk people took a mop with Lysol and mopped the floor which seemed to take the perfume smell away. Beds were clean and somewhat comfortable.
Yes the rooms are dated. Repairs done are obvious. But it was clean. The room prices are low and you get what you pay for. We got a deluxe room which does have a mini fridge and microwave. I saw a review on how the pillows were square and hard. When we arrived I saw the pillows and laughed! You have to unfold the pillow case and fluff them and viola! Full pillows! But for the price, the rooms are fair enough.
The rooms aren't to shabby and the beds were ok. Scheduled to use the pool and the hot tub was down and there was other people in the pool during our allotted time it was fine because my kids swam with them they didn't provide any pool towels and stood behind the desk with a stack that they gave to the next person going in to swim. Recieved a phone call from the room below me at 8:30 pm informing me that we sound like a bunch of elephants. When we were sitting on the bed and in the chairs. So ultimately the stay wasn't bad but i have stayed at much friendlier hotels
It was a nice stay.Good price.A little run down.Could use some updates. They definetly need more parking. And the breakfast could use some help. But the employees were nice. Will stay there again.
It was a Nice place. I wish they had a microwave and fridge in the room. And their free breakfast was disappointing. And they have a pool but the hot tub wasn't set up.
Front desk person was unprofessional. He was bothered when we asked him to help us with the vending machine problem. He also hung up on the hotels.com representative quite a few times when she was calling to fix a problem that we had encountered. The room was okay it was a little musty . Overall this stay could have been better. This is why I rate this hotel with one star.
Loved our room 317. But our last was miserable! We stayed 4 nights. All we smelled was pot. My granddaughter and I was felt uneasy. Thought the hotel was non smoking. The housekeeping was the best. Front desk was just as great! Being a non smoker it was miserable.
My stay was the best. I've stayed at other places and have never been treated like I was part of the family. The best experience of my life, thank you Super 8 West Spokane.
Here we are, I'm resigned, I'm tired, seriously we are this far in and the lobby staff can't wear masks. I love traveling, I love talking to the staff, I love enjoying different parts of the country. This is just stupid, you're actually making things worse for yourselves.
Great stay for cheap. You get what you pay for. The rooms are a little run down, but the bed was clean, the carpet smelled new and the bathroom was clean. I would stay again.
The front desk man was the best thing of all. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL !!!!! RICK WENT ABOVE & BEYOND HIS DUTIES. RICK , is an asset to any company. He is unfortunately a dying breed. His attitude, dedication , & LOVE for people makes him stand tall. Thanks Rick

I like this place. I don't understand why people hate on it. Yes, it's a little bit of an older building and not as modern, but the price for a room is very low and the staff are very friendly. They don't bother you. They mind their own business. It's a fantastic place to stay for a couple nights. I enjoy myself every time I'm there.
Very clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. We have stayed here a few times and we have not one complaint. We'll differently stay here again!
Like others have said.. Terrible hotel. Filthy. Smelly. Sketchy parking lot. Had to book another hotel at 10pm. The Sleep Inn nearby was new, accommodating and excellent. Do yourself a big favor and go there. Wyndham Corporate did nothing to keep me as a customer.
I'd love to take away the one star. This is by far the most disgusting hotel that I have ever seen. There were food, crumbs and hair accessories on the floor. The bed was broken and the excuse was that they have no maintenance man due to covid-19. The sink did not drain and the tub faucet was also leaking. The floors were stained with black spots. The chair had stains all over the arms.. Appalling. We went to another hotel. I certainly hope that they wiped the surfaces down between rooms at the very minimum.
OK but more of an industrial feel. Front desk clerk recommended 2nd floor room as 1st floor is the pet floor. (Thanks!!) Plenty of room for semi parking and they used it all so be prepared for trucks departing throughout the night and early morning. Not our typical Super 8 stay.
Children are allowed to run all over the hotel unchecked. You can here guests using the bathroom. A late night shower in another room was so loud it woke me up. The only bright spot in this nightmare was the shower.
Management is rude and uncaring.
Avoid this place like the plague.
We won't be back, and we will be telling everyone that will listen to stay away.
There is no elevator. Don't believe the front desk person if they tell you there are only a few stairs up to the second floor....unless your definition of a few is over 15 :-\ It was hard on my handicapped husband. The room was a decent size. Breakfast was mostly carbs, but ok. Staff was friendly. Location is a few minutes from the airport.
