We wouldn’t stay again. Our tv wasn’t working, the carpets were filthy. Our pillows were the 2.00 square throw pillows you can buy in bulk on Amazon. Our bathroom door was a slider and wouldn’t shut all the way. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors and every time they opened or closed their door our entire room rattled. It was very startling when we were trying to go to sleep. The only decent part of our stay was breakfast. We loved our waffles but all of the fruit was going bad and was soft.
These rooms are very nice... I genuinely appreciate the manager this morning he was patient with me... Thank u to all the ppl at sleep inn by the airport u all are so amazing
“Hot breakfast” must’ve meant coffee and instant oatmeal. The room was adequate, comfortable bed and somewhat awkward / small bathroom area, but my biggest issue was the advertised hot breakfast not existing.
Let’s remember, folks, you don’t get the Four Seasons at this price point, so haters attacking from that vein need to pony up for something ritzier.
I enjoyed this place: stayed two nights in early August 2021 in a clean, modern room. Tip-top attentiveness at the front desk, and it’s sufficiently near the Isotopes stadium that I walked to/from the ball game.
In short, a value gem in the Duke City.
I do not recommend this hotel. Half the outlets in the room didn't work, the bathroom floor was super sticky & it felt gross. The toilet was not flushing right so I called the front desk. The man said he'd "bring" us a plunger. I had to plunge the toilet myself!!
Pedro the front desk manager was incredibly helpful. We're are living in a day and age, in which the art of customer service is lost. Pedro took all of our cares and consideration into account and took the extra step to make sure our needs were met. I hope his boss sees this and provides that man a much needed raise.
Would not stay again. Advertised indoor pool and jacuzzi & we get there and the pool is closed. The staff didn’t mention it to us. Shower was cold water. No hot water. Air conditioning in the room was muggy. I would not recommend.
Would not stay here again. Advertising as newly renovated for one painted wall in the rooms. Carpet was absolutely disgusting, our shoes were sticking to various areas, stains everywhere, left black stains on your skin if you touched it. Room was not clean to our standards. Mirrors were dirty, unknown stuff on walls. Had the room been refundable we would have left.
Quite possibly, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
The rooms are small and hot. It was cooler outside.
The air conditioner is more of a fan than anything.
The pillows are the size of those little square pillows you have on the end of your couch.
There is no insulation between rooms and the doors are heavy with no mechanism to slow or quiet the door upon shutting so all you hear is doors shutting all night from up and down the hall. It literally just sounded like slamming doors all night.
We ended up sleeping in the car…
Pretty nice hotel, bummer is that you can't smoke in any of their rooms! But that's becoming more common nowadays, other than that they have lots of ice and they pretty much leave you alone unless you want their help. Oh yeah only other bummer, they have no bathtub, at least not in our room😭!!!
Disgusting!! Save your money and go somewhere else! The floors are disgusting and our room smelt awful! There was an awful stench coming from one of the beds so we took the sheet off and found dried blood all over the mattress. There was also some black gooey substance under the sink. If I could rate a 0 star I would this is the worst hotel I’ve been to. They also advertised they had breakfast and a swimming pool open but it was closed and I booked my rooms through booking and went to pay at the location and they raised the prices on me when bookings say no hidden prices!
Actually a pretty nice n quiet place. my wife and daughter enjoy the cable tv and free wifi. they have room service but we never ordered any. the only downside was having no mini fridge in the room so have a cooler handy just in case.
Clean Room and parking spot is great we also have great view in the 3rd floor we able to see the hot air balloon. So far good. But becuase of covid they don't serve breakfast date today June 5 2021.
A little rough around some edges but hay, it's a nice place to sleep for a few days.
I enjoyed having a refrigerator and having my dog here. Outside was clean. Hotel front desk area smelled when we left. They didn't offer much for breakfast. Television was difficult to operate. My comforter was burned. My air conditioner was very dirty.
Staff was good hence the star. Now for the room and premises. This place has obviously not been updated or cared for for a long time. Our room had holes, no toilet paper holder or toilet, the remote wouldn't change the channels as it was broken, and we had no blanket available!! I was told there would be some sort of breakfast and there was not, the pool and jacuzzi were closed, the washer smelled like mildew, and they had no available tokens. The interior of the building was shabby and the outside just as bad. I realize I didn't pay a whole bunch for my 2 night stay, but I least expected a freaking blanket!!
No blankets, no toilet paper holder or toilet paper. They charge you for the safe even if you don't use it. No breakfast available,, no pool available. Small rooms, landscape not maintained. But staff was nice, hence the 1 star
First impression, the lobby looked nice enough for a 3 star hotel. The staff was nice although quiet which makes the check in experience kind of odd. The rooms are nice they were clean although there was some kind of chili flakes on the bed. The cable kept going out on the TV and you can hear the other people in the other rooms. So like me if there's a particularly loud couple in the room next door you will not sleep and the hotel doesn't bother to ask them to be quiet.Overall probably won't stay here again but then again it is a 3 star hotel so you get what you pay for .
If you're somewhat of a light sleeper, don't stay here. I was told I was in the quietest part of the hotel but you can hear everything in the other rooms and in the halls. I was able to hear every word of my neighbors conversation at 3 am and their... Activities up until they fell asleep at 5 am when they began to snore. I managed to get a short window of sleep until house keeping began to vaccume next door and have loud conversations in the hall at 9am. The pillows were half the size of a normal pillow(like a decorative couch pillow) and had makeup stains. The fridge didn't work but was still loud. Ill give it 2 stars because the people at the front desk were nice.
The beds were hard. There were no blankets, just two sheets. The room was heated be a window unit that poured out heat and couldn’t be regulated so I had to get up throughout the night to turn it on and off. The shower was mediocre and the front desk night person never broke a smile or communicated any kind of hospitality. The only good thing was they had nice bath towels. There are so many other choices in this area. I’d stay away.

Nice place, but they kept changing the prices on the snacks in the lobby. Stayed about a week, and every desk clerk gave a different price for same items.
I see why it's called "the Sleep Inn"
Luxury of a 4 Stars Hotel in a compact room. Loved it! CLEAN ROOMS
Was not very clean. Had to ask for towels. No breakfast because of the virus. We ordered some food delivered and the front desk said they had no paper plates for us to eat on.
Stayed here 4 times and gave it 3 or 4 stars in the past. Most recent stay the A/C wasn't working and they gave us another room. The door lock on this room didn't work properly and clearly the security latch up top had been ripped off and it looked like someone has broken through the door. There were sewing needles on the ground and several dead roaches.
Comfortable rooms, good friendly service, clean. No coffee in lobby and you are required to wear masks. It was an inexpensive stay, nothing super special about the rooms but as I mentioned, it was a comfortable stay.

Good staff...good place to get your Sleep on....or inn...........yup
Excellent bargain and this updated inn is a perfect place to overnight or extended stay.
First arrived and found one bathroom available, and it was not well kept. Upon checking in and reaching my room I had found a fairly clean room, and smartly designed bathroom. My few concerns and disappointments were: broken desk chair that would raise up; no sofa chair to sit in; and no Continental breakfast as I left early. I didn’t sleep well. The area isn’t the safest as I had attempted to fill up nearby, and the gas pumps were all shutdown. It’s an uneasy feeling as vagrants were walking about the area. If I had known, I would have stayed elsewhere outside of Albuquerque.
P.S. if you’re looking to eat breakfast, don’t go to the Village Inn.

When I booked it said they offered hot breakfast. They don't offer any kind of breakfast, the beds where not good, you were able to hear all the noise around all amendment were not available. For the price it's not worth it. We had stayed at StayBridge breakfast was amazing they had someone serving and for the same price the rooms where bigger and better at Stay Bridge
Best place to be in new mexico
Not 1 complaint. Good service, nice staff, clean rooms. All good.
It’s a discount hotel, but everything was clean and the staff was nothing short of extremely accommodating and helpful. I didn’t plan on the breakfast being closed due to Covid, but they hooked me up with some instant oatmeal that I prepped in my room. If for whatever reason I’m back in Albuquerque, I’d stay again.
Be prepared to bring your own pillow. The pillows on the bed are basically couch cushions or about the size of them. Very small. Walls are very thin and can hear literally everything around you. Air conditioner is loud but works. It's a place to stay but was listed as a 3 star hotel in priceline... definitely not a 3 star hotel.
Eta: they had me in a handicap room... good thing I'm not actually handicap because I would have hurt myself getting out of the shower. There is literally no lip to the shower at all and the bathroom basically floods when you take a shower because there is no drain outside of the shower and the shower head points directly at the shower curtain so water gets literally everywhere.
Best hotel for 50.00 dollars a night I've ever stayed in. However there were many desires left unfulfilled. Such as, full size pillows or an ac with a digital thermostat. A little dirty in common areas, but clean room. Would possibly use again
