I enjoyed having a refrigerator and having my dog here. Outside was clean. Hotel front desk area smelled when we left. They didn't offer much for breakfast. Television was difficult to operate. My comforter was burned. My air conditioner was very dirty.
Staff was good hence the star. Now for the room and premises. This place has obviously not been updated or cared for for a long time. Our room had holes, no toilet paper holder or toilet, the remote wouldn't change the channels as it was broken, and we had no blanket available!! I was told there would be some sort of breakfast and there was not, the pool and jacuzzi were closed, the washer smelled like mildew, and they had no available tokens. The interior of the building was shabby and the outside just as bad. I realize I didn't pay a whole bunch for my 2 night stay, but I least expected a freaking blanket!!
No blankets, no toilet paper holder or toilet paper. They charge you for the safe even if you don't use it. No breakfast available,, no pool available. Small rooms, landscape not maintained. But staff was nice, hence the 1 star
First impression, the lobby looked nice enough for a 3 star hotel. The staff was nice although quiet which makes the check in experience kind of odd. The rooms are nice they were clean although there was some kind of chili flakes on the bed. The cable kept going out on the TV and you can hear the other people in the other rooms. So like me if there's a particularly loud couple in the room next door you will not sleep and the hotel doesn't bother to ask them to be quiet.Overall probably won't stay here again but then again it is a 3 star hotel so you get what you pay for .
If you're somewhat of a light sleeper, don't stay here. I was told I was in the quietest part of the hotel but you can hear everything in the other rooms and in the halls. I was able to hear every word of my neighbors conversation at 3 am and their... Activities up until they fell asleep at 5 am when they began to snore. I managed to get a short window of sleep until house keeping began to vaccume next door and have loud conversations in the hall at 9am. The pillows were half the size of a normal pillow(like a decorative couch pillow) and had makeup stains. The fridge didn't work but was still loud. Ill give it 2 stars because the people at the front desk were nice.
The beds were hard. There were no blankets, just two sheets. The room was heated be a window unit that poured out heat and couldn’t be regulated so I had to get up throughout the night to turn it on and off. The shower was mediocre and the front desk night person never broke a smile or communicated any kind of hospitality. The only good thing was they had nice bath towels. There are so many other choices in this area. I’d stay away.

Nice place, but they kept changing the prices on the snacks in the lobby. Stayed about a week, and every desk clerk gave a different price for same items.
I see why it's called "the Sleep Inn"
Luxury of a 4 Stars Hotel in a compact room. Loved it! CLEAN ROOMS
Was not very clean. Had to ask for towels. No breakfast because of the virus. We ordered some food delivered and the front desk said they had no paper plates for us to eat on.
Stayed here 4 times and gave it 3 or 4 stars in the past. Most recent stay the A/C wasn't working and they gave us another room. The door lock on this room didn't work properly and clearly the security latch up top had been ripped off and it looked like someone has broken through the door. There were sewing needles on the ground and several dead roaches.
Comfortable rooms, good friendly service, clean. No coffee in lobby and you are required to wear masks. It was an inexpensive stay, nothing super special about the rooms but as I mentioned, it was a comfortable stay.

Good staff...good place to get your Sleep on....or inn...........yup
Excellent bargain and this updated inn is a perfect place to overnight or extended stay.
First arrived and found one bathroom available, and it was not well kept. Upon checking in and reaching my room I had found a fairly clean room, and smartly designed bathroom. My few concerns and disappointments were: broken desk chair that would raise up; no sofa chair to sit in; and no Continental breakfast as I left early. I didn’t sleep well. The area isn’t the safest as I had attempted to fill up nearby, and the gas pumps were all shutdown. It’s an uneasy feeling as vagrants were walking about the area. If I had known, I would have stayed elsewhere outside of Albuquerque.
P.S. if you’re looking to eat breakfast, don’t go to the Village Inn.

When I booked it said they offered hot breakfast. They don't offer any kind of breakfast, the beds where not good, you were able to hear all the noise around all amendment were not available. For the price it's not worth it. We had stayed at StayBridge breakfast was amazing they had someone serving and for the same price the rooms where bigger and better at Stay Bridge
Best place to be in new mexico
Not 1 complaint. Good service, nice staff, clean rooms. All good.
It’s a discount hotel, but everything was clean and the staff was nothing short of extremely accommodating and helpful. I didn’t plan on the breakfast being closed due to Covid, but they hooked me up with some instant oatmeal that I prepped in my room. If for whatever reason I’m back in Albuquerque, I’d stay again.
Be prepared to bring your own pillow. The pillows on the bed are basically couch cushions or about the size of them. Very small. Walls are very thin and can hear literally everything around you. Air conditioner is loud but works. It's a place to stay but was listed as a 3 star hotel in priceline... definitely not a 3 star hotel.
Eta: they had me in a handicap room... good thing I'm not actually handicap because I would have hurt myself getting out of the shower. There is literally no lip to the shower at all and the bathroom basically floods when you take a shower because there is no drain outside of the shower and the shower head points directly at the shower curtain so water gets literally everywhere.
Best hotel for 50.00 dollars a night I've ever stayed in. However there were many desires left unfulfilled. Such as, full size pillows or an ac with a digital thermostat. A little dirty in common areas, but clean room. Would possibly use again
