This hotel was so accommodating!

We had 2 nights here - and wasn't going to arrive until 4am on day one.

No big deal - they had a room ready to go for us!

The over night clerk, I believe his name was Christopher - was really awesome and gave us all the deets on good places to eat!

We even checked one out, The Shop - and it did not disappoint!

Thank you so much for having us - it was a great location that seemed safe, AND they sold popsicles in the store downstairs! :)

Everything was great— the room and common areas were simple and clean. It came with a decent breakfast spread and the pool and hot tub were a great addition for the 2-star hotel. My ONLY complaint is that there was very little shower pressure. Otherwise an easy and great stay.

I stay here every time I’m on a business trip. Staff is friendly, rooms are extra clean, and my car hasn’t been broken into (which is an issue many ABQ hotels have). The property has plenty of cameras. Breakfast is AMAZING, I recommend the biscuits and gravy. Hot tub, swimming pool, and a gym. Overall excellent experience for and excellent price. If you book on this side of the city, this is the hotel you should book. Also there is plenty of restaurants you can visit in the area.

Just want to say it's all about CUSTOMER SERVICE. From the check in to having our fridge go out having it replaced and still not working. Well only so much you can do an let the employees do their job. As a guest I'm well pleased with Ms. Steph overall Great Customer Service she made sure our situation was taking care of. Not only her the other two Front Desk employees an also Housekeeping.

Our stay has been great..

Comfortable rooms, good friendly service, clean. No coffee in lobby and you are required to wear masks. It was an inexpensive stay, nothing super special about the rooms but as I mentioned, it was a comfortable stay.

I did not actually stay at this hotel but let me tell you the manager of this place is a saint. I got stuck in their parking lot in a snow storm, went in to ask for help and this man proceeds to bundle up and DRIVE my car back to the hotel I was staying at. Despite us almost crashing and dying while he yelled at someone on the phone we made it safely. Someone please get Pedro the manager/chauffeur a raise because I am truly impressed.

Pretty nice hotel, bummer is that you can't smoke in any of their rooms! But that's becoming more common nowadays, other than that they have lots of ice and they pretty much leave you alone unless you want their help. Oh yeah only other bummer, they have no bathtub, at least not in our room😭!!!

Literally just walked into hotel room and so far everything is good.. small remodeled rooms also they have free airport shuttle, just the bathroom is still outdated but other than that…. I would recommend this place, also restaurants in walking distance.. Waffle House, chili’s, fudruckers and more( I hate when people say you get what u pay for when u spend money on nasty disgusting hotel rooms, well every dollar I earn is valuable and this was well spent so far) with taxes under $100 for one night

I stayed at this Sleep in from 04/08-04/11 and I could not be more pleased with the service I was provided. Chris was working the night shift and was attentive, kind, and resourceful with recommendations. Give that guy a bonus! He is finishing up his pre-law degree at UNM! Just want to make sure he is recognized for his hospitality and professionalism. Scratch that…give him a double bonus! Thanks again Chris! You are the man!

My stay Nov. 8th - 9th

Liked: The bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, furniture was worn and dated but clean.

Disliked · The staff was sleep on the sofa when I arrived to check in... scared me to death. He was so confused when I arrived and I was confused if he worked there or not. Just have a door chime installed for arriving guest, problem solved.

Sleep In Airport is clean, conveniently located motel near (but not too near the airport, i.e. jets do not disturb your sleep). There is ample parking and plenty of handicap spaces. Access for handicapped is excellent. There are nearby restaurants that offer good food. The motel is pet friendly with reasonable pet fees. The rooms are spacious and clean.

I have literally lived here for two weeks as my company put me up here for that time. I had to bring my dog/bodyguard Oso as well

I have had nothing less than a fantastic experience here. Anything I requested was accommodated.

The pet deposit is very low. The breakfast every morning is the same thing the 3 star hotels nearby serve. Lots of choice for breakfast

The housekeeping staff does an absolutely amazing job. Cleanliness is 5 stars.

Thr place may not have brand new high end TV’s and a few other things, but it was never an issue.

Housekeeping, in particular Brenda, are very professional and helpful , they seriously need a raise and are the main reason why I’ll definitely be staying here should I find myself in Albuquerque again. Plus it will be super easy on my wallet.

Hello, my name is Daniel and before I even walked into the hotel I spoke to Steph on the phone for my reservations and she was very helpful. Once I walked in and met her in person, she was so outgoing and so nice. She took care of me and my girlfriend on our birthdays. Thanks to her. We had a good time in Albuquerque. She told us about different places to go eat and visit while in town.. We appreciate her awesome customer service and we will surely be back to the sleep inn because of our good experience with Steph

Aging hotel and while not pristine we had an overall decent stay and I would return to stay again. Check in desk and staff were courteous and efficient. Breakfast was well presented, rooms had everything you need except conditioner. Noise is an issue for sure as you can hear doors slamming and people talking in the next room. Ear plugs are recommended for a better rest.

It’s a discount hotel, but everything was clean and the staff was nothing short of extremely accommodating and helpful. I didn’t plan on the breakfast being closed due to Covid, but they hooked me up with some instant oatmeal that I prepped in my room. If for whatever reason I’m back in Albuquerque, I’d stay again.

I travel extensively for work and stay here almost weekly. I am always greeted warmly. I usually check in after 5:00 pm, at the time Stephanie is working the front desk. She quickly checks me in every time. Very helpful if needed and easy to talk to.

Very nice hotel! Very clean, inside and out. Staff was courteous, and took great care of my needs, from taking care of my suitcase while I waited until check in, to taking me to the airport with their free shuttle. The rooms were modern and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There is a pool on-site, and breakfast was great, a wide selection of food (waffle station, hot entrees, etc). They also provide a type of room service, although I chose not to order it. I will definitely return to the Sleep Inn airport if I am in the Albuquerque area again. Thanks for the great service!

I decided to give this place a shot because it was affordable and had all the amenities I wanted, especially quick shuttle service. Man am I glad I did. This is truly one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Liz at the front desk was great. She helped me get situated and then answered a few questions I had. She even checked in on me later on to make sure everything was well. It was like high-end service at a reasonably priced hotel and I will definitely be coming back here again in the future. It's great how they have everything, from a pool and exercise room to a full breakfast. The great staff was just the cherry on top

The reason for 4 stars is I stayed there twice at the beginning and end of my trip. Both rooms had nice comfy. Just one room had cracked floors and soft areas in the floor. Plus they forgot to turn the AC on and it took the poor unit quite some time to start cooling off the room.

I would stay there again though. I think their breakfast is good and their staff that works the breakfast is amazing! They keep everything clean, stocked, and help out anyone with the waffle maker. 😆

A last minute booking during a drive back on a road trip.

The room was small, and the water pressure wasn't great but the beds sure were comfy.

The breakfast was pretty average, about what you would expect for a small hotel.

Only stayed one night, so I can't really day much more than the night clerk was kind and the room was clean.

Oh, and the TV "had Netflix" but it wouldn't connect, so that was a disappointing moment, but it wasn't advertised in the booking, just a hopeful discovery (or so we thought).

Pedro the front desk manager was incredibly helpful. We're are living in a day and age, in which the art of customer service is lost. Pedro took all of our cares and consideration into account and took the extra step to make sure our needs were met. I hope his boss sees this and provides that man a much needed raise.

Let’s remember, folks, you don’t get the Four Seasons at this price point, so haters attacking from that vein need to pony up for something ritzier.

I enjoyed this place: stayed two nights in early August 2021 in a clean, modern room. Tip-top attentiveness at the front desk, and it’s sufficiently near the Isotopes stadium that I walked to/from the ball game.

In short, a value gem in the Duke City.

Excellent value for the price. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff, free breakfast, nice exercise facilities and pool to boot. Could have spent $100/night more next door but doubt I would have had a better night

I am very familiar with Choice Hotels and particularly the Sleep Inn. I am also familiar with the hotels in the vicinity of the Albuquerque Airport area. This review will address Sleep Inn in general and in this area.

First, it is my experience the hotels and motels in this area are always run-down looking. I don't know why but it has been that way for the 20+ years I have been coming through, regardless of how expensive or inexpensive the room is. If you are near the airport, expect it to look a little rough around the edges.

This Sleep Inn is no different. It is a little rough around the edges but not any more so than the others around.

I had a king bed. It was hard to tell if the room is a wee bit smaller than other Sleep Inn king beds or if the bed is actually smaller. Since it is just me, I have plenty of room to stretch out and I didn't use a tape measure to find out for sure - it did look smaller but it slept just fine.

the shower water pressure and heat were great. I was on the 3rd floor about 1/3 of way from outer door. I really liked being on the top floor as it is quieter, no footsteps above. the hotel has at least 2 sets of stairs, one leading up from the lobby to the 2nd floor, and another at the outer edge of the wing. the outer ones were not carpeted which i think is a good thing as it is much easier to keep clean. some people let their dogs pee or poo anywhere so having it be concrete helps with cleanliness. the outer door has a button that needs to be pushed WHILE THEN PRESSING THE BAR ON THE DOOR SIMULTANEOUSLY. I put this in caps because several guests, myself included, could not exit those doors because we would push the white button, hear the click, then try to push the door. Because I am detail-oriented (apparent from this review, right), I finally figured out how to exit. I would hope the hotel puts up more clear instructions in case of emergency.

the bedding was clean, the bath amenities were soap, shampoo, and lotion - no hair conditioner. I didn't need any so I didn't ask for any.

The breakfast was acceptable. It had the typical cereal and waffles. I am celiac so do not eat these. I saw what looked like biscuits and gravy as well. It had coffee, teas, and juice, the usual steambath eggs but no sausage, and yogurt. The plates, bowls, napkins, and plasticware were of medium quality. They do the job but do not feel very good in the hand.

the area around the hotel is okay. i have a service dog and we walk around quite a bit. We found some grass around the block near a government building. I have the habit of picking up after my dog but you will want to watch your step in some places.

This Sleep Inn is a good place to stay. Rating it against other Sleep Inn, it is not as good as the Provo one and better than the Lubbock one. As for economy lodging, it is very good.

The room is clean, quiet, and neat; no issues whatsoever. And a good breakfast selection. Some areas show a little wear but even places that cost 2-3 times as much do too. I consider this good value and plan on using Sleep Inn again.

Nice place, but they kept changing the prices on the snacks in the lobby. Stayed about a week, and every desk clerk gave a different price for same items.

Best staff! Very welcoming, hot breakfast, beautiful rooms. The only thing I didn't care for were the full beds not queens and no tub for the little but that would definitely not keep me from coming here again and again! As a choice member some of the choice hotels have been horrendous but Sleep inn has definitely been by far the best! ☺️☺️☺️
