The Flint airport was clean and welcoming. There was food service and convenient restrooms, which were also clean. Its a small airport on two levels so most things are not hard to find. The rental cars are all together on the lower level, but there are only steps going down. For passengers carrying their luggage, the stairwell was narrow and bags were hard to manage. Rentals are outside near the terminal, but there is no shuttle and not enough support help to bring the cars up to the door.

Very easy arrival and departure. American airlines agents were patient with me (hadn't flown in many years). Gave me my tickets and boarding passes and pointed me in the direction to the correct gate. When I arrive there from Charlotte NC my bags were right there waiting for me and the Avis rental cars are just outside the terminal, just a minute walk. Can't get any easier.

A really nice airport. Clean everywhere and well-lit, easily navigated by those who have never been in before. Signs are big, well above the heads of the people walking around.
The shuttle from the economy lot was stopped in front of the car before we had the luggage out. The wait to return to the lot was only a couple of minutes.
If you have to fly (you have my sympathy) this is a good airport to use.
One strong suggestion: Lose the speed bumps, we have enough things beating up our suspensions without adding to the damage.

This is a great small airport with helpful staff. The location is convenient. They have a rental car desk. Everything is within easy walking distance at this airport. Allegiant Airlines flies out of here, and they have many nonstop destinations. This was a great choice for getting to Sarasota!

This is a great airport with easy access. Unfortunately Delta and other airlines seem to have dramatically cut back their flights. I would prefer to use this or MBS, but there needs to be more flight options.

This was our first time flying out of Flint. I was very impressed. The airport is clean and updated. We flew Allegiant and from the moment we entered, to boarding the plane we did not encounter one rude employee. This was over Spring Break so the lines were long. It would have been easy to get stressed but that was not the case. The tone was very pleasant. Everyone was smiling, helpful and kind. There were even Easter decorations around the Allegiant bag check area. We will definitely be returning here.

Terminal parking lot was full, and had multiple signs stating it, as to not waste anyone a time looking.
The shuttle lot was fast. The driver was very pleasant. No tip jar either, like the shuttle lots in DTW.

I recently traveled on Allegiant Airlines through Flint Bishop Airport to Savannah, GA non-stop. The airport is only a 40 minute drive from my home up I-75 and it was a very pleasant experience! I reserved my long term parking online at Parking.com and then just drove into the lot and walked into the terminal. The airport is modern, efficient, clean and has a great staff. My flights to and from Savannah were excellent and Allegiant is a well run low cost airline. This is the first time I have ever flown Allegiant and out of Flint Bishop Airport. As opposed to going to DTW and flying Delta, I saved a great deal of time, money and stress. My trip was completely without issues thanks to the great people at Flint Bishop Airport and Allegiant! I am going to use the same combination for my next trip South in September! Many thanks to all!

Great Airport smaller and clean always great Service and consistent on gate placement of planes easy to navigate through… TSA always friendly and thorough I was in a panic after losing my ID this has never happened to me and I didn’t notice it until right as I was checking in with security they were very helpful and accepted other multiple forms of identification with practicing proper safety protocols to ensure I was still who I said I was on point and always friendly and helpful! We fly OFTEN and FNT is a great airport!

Ah yes, the Bishop International Airport. Their post-security snack shop is stocked with everything you may need for your flight (e.g. pepto, goldfish, ear plugs, nasal spray, honey buns, funyuns, jelly beans, fruity tooties, you name it). Interesting fact about Bishop: although it has the word international in its title this airport actually only services flights to 13 cities all located within these United States. No doubt I'll be flying into/out of BIA again someday.

Fantastic airport. Small, clean and easy to get where you need to go. Everyone seems friendly. Very glad to have this option over DTW. Would love if they brought Delta back! Hopefully, my daughter who will be traveling for the first time on her own today will have a good experience. She’s full of nerves. Fingers crossed!

I dropped my sister off at this airport. The drive to the airport was an easy, very direct route. Signage is very good for getting to short/long term parking, the terminal and the exit.
The grounds are absolutely lovely! It doesn’t look like you’re pulling up to an airport!
And it’s very clean.

Great airport. Small but modern. Everybody is very friendly, even TSA. Imagine. Services are limited but you can always get a seat at the bar and the grill is good quality. Everything I need . Rental cars are a short walk. You can get from you plane to the drivers seat in your rental in 15 minutes.

Bishop Airport is an easy airport to fly in and out of because of its relatively small size. Parking is close, passenger pickup and drop off is easy, bag check and security is fast, there are several food venues and a gift shop available. Car rental is available on site without the need to take a shuttle.

The first employee when I checked in was super nice. She said I'd get my seat assignment at the gate. The girl at the gate wasn't very nice. She told me they'd call people by name. She called all the names and didn't call mine. When I went up the second time she said she'd get back to me. They finally stayed boarding and I got a text giving me my seat assignment. When i got to the door she said she gave me my ticket, which she hadn't. There was a ticket on the counter, it was mine.

Very nice airport. Well organized to move travelers smoothly to the gate. It seems the TSA have a good system to inspect and get you to your hate quickly. I did notice the restaurant at the top of the escalator is closed. Only a store is open before the security check. Overall nice place with some history of the original airport and some of the military stationed there that called it home.

Great little airport with very friendly services and very little crowds. We breezed quickly though check in and security. Not a lot off amenities, but has everything you need. We did have a delay getting our baggage due to them being unable too get the baggage due to a storm in the area.

I was picking up a traveler. It was easy to wait in the cell lot, and receive a call that they were ready. My only complaint would be the people parked by the doors who didn't appear to be actively unloading or loading travelers.

We arrived on a late night flight. There are shops to see, and their floors are so shiny! That is the first thing that I noticed. The bathrooms were spotless, the carpet was clean, and at 11:55 p.m., there was a guy cleaning. I prefer Flint airport over Detroit.
