When I arrived to deposit my car, I had my confirmation email and financial breakdown as to what I needed to pay to complete the transaction... and... none of my information was in the system... and the person told me that I'd have to call ''customer service'' hmmm and I needed to be shuttled to the airport and I was to call them. Finally she decided they would take me and she would begin to put me in the system and fake a signature... very unhelpful and un professional. the return was simple, they gave me the keys and I was off.
