We flew for 3 weeks from Lisbon Airport.

Everything with Redpark was perfect.

Their representative met us in the parking at the airport, easy recognized with the red shirt and logo.

When we came back, we called them and they were at the airport within 10 minutes with the car.



They were always responsive via email or phone.



I recommend and will use their service again for sure.

For a TOP service, a TOP review!!!



I started this review with this topic, since the service and after sales service was TOP MARKS.



On 31 October my son used the parking service at Lisbon airport and everything went smoothly. He left his car there as he was returning to Portugal via Lisbon airport.



When he caught the bus to the Algarve, he realised halfway there that he hadn't taken his wallet with his documents. These were essential for the plane that would take him to Madrid later that day.



I contacted customer service and explained the situation to João Alves, who told me that he would pass the matter on to the back office and get back to me.



I wasn´t very hopeful, but after an hour and a half the back office contacted me (Ariana) and told me that they had found the wallet and that they thought the best alternative was to use Rede Expressos to send it to Faro.



So the employee, João Alves, went to Sete Rios to send the wallet. When he arrived at the bus station, the buses were no longer accepting parcels.



He identified three girls who offered to take the wallet to Faro.



The bus arrived in Faro late and my son was given his wallet, which he immediately took to the airport to catch the plane to Madrid. At security and realising the urgency of getting through, they forced my son to open his suitcase .



With this small delay, when he arrived at the boarding gate it was already closed, so he couldn't fly to Madrid to spend the weekend and see his sister who had undergone knee surgery.



Despite not being able to spend the weekend with us, I would like to thank João and Adriana for their willingness to help and for the extraordinary service they gave us, and I would like to emphasise that if it had been up to them, this story would have ended happily!



Finally, I'd just like to say that this type of service and the human factor of João and Ariana are what make all the difference in this type of service.
