Anyone who gave this place a bad review must have been tripping. This place is awesome!! The room was clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and respectful. One of the best places for the $$. I’ll be back and I recommend the stay. Thank You Ramada by Wyndham!
This hotel was very nasty. The room was very dirty and was full of dirt in the corner and stains on the carpet. The queen beds are smaller in size than shown in the picture. I had ordered a room with non-smoking room. But the problem with that was the room smelled like drugs and cigarettes. The 1st floor smells a lot of cigars and people were smoking in the elevator and in the hallways. I highly don't recommend this to others.
Outdated rooms, like a 90's time warp. Heater/AC did not work & the fire alarm kept going off as I was trying to sleep. No housekeeping. Shady looking people staying there. I was overcharged and Ramada Worldwide has not yet made that right. Wasn't worth the $77 per night that I paid. It was good in an emergency, that's all.
Tabitha was amazing the entire time. I highly recommend Ramada Inn to anyone in Dallas. Tabitha is their best employee she is truly a sweetheart and very helpful she also knows what she is doing!
Five star smile at front desk, bed was comfortable, but the rest of the place is well worn. Lots of peeling paint and caulk, leaking sink faucet, noisy fridge and wall unit, lots of outdoor light all night, lots of dust in the corners and grilles, etc. Breakfast bar and fruit cup for breakfast... okay value but I will be looking elsewhere next time.
After the last couple days of sleeping in my car on the side of the road, a bed and a shower will be enjoyed. And free breakfast in the morning 😀
Hello, where can I start well we were stuck in Dallas due to the snow storm and so you booked using booking.com. The hotel is old and outdated. Check your towels and bed, very old furniture as well, but they will take your ID and make sure you have a major credit card. My husband and I were in bed sleeping when out of nowhere we hearing loud alarms over and over again, no fire and when we called the front desk all they would say is,” we are working on it?” Okay great meanwhile just about to fall asleep again and bam the alarm this went on for I would say a good 1hr non stop. Luckily we were able to fall back to sleep , use this place if you don’t want to sleep outside in the cold but it’s not the ritz Carlton for sure!
If i could give this place 0 stars, I would but t makes your put at least one. DO NOT and I repeat.. DO NOT park your car at this hotel. We have had the absolute worst experience with this place. We arrived to be shuttled to the airport and the driver “had something to do.” They made it right by ordering us 2 ubers. Only problem was that only 3 people can fit and there’s 4 of us. So they ordered us another one. We thankfully went through security and check in & didn’t miss our flight. When it was time to be picked up the guy that drives the shuttle was the absolute rudest person I have ever come in contact with. Spend the money and park at the dang airport!!!!
The handicapped rooms are on the 3rd floor. When you try to get a wake up call it doesn't go through or they are just hanging up on you. When you call the front desk either it isn't going through or they are hanging up on you. The room was clean. When you open the door the bathroom door is right where you run into it. If your in a wheelchair this is a major problem. The only electrical plug is by the door. Hard to use your electronics and let them charge or get to alarm on phone.
Booked hotel on Priceline when arriving around 1:30 a.m driving over 4 1/2 hours So tired just wanted to check in knowing check out would be at 11 I just wanted to shower and sleep. Rude desk clerk for one she refused to take my card I used to book the room because it did not have a chip. Also offered another card that had a chip but because it wasn’t under the name of the person name of the booking she refused. When asking to just book a room right now we are both tired and she said no she can’t give me a room. How can you not book me a room if I had a reservation and a room is clearly available poor customer service when we walked in you can tell we clearly interrupted what ever she was doing. Thankfully we got a room down the street at Motel 6 where Adrian was extremely friendly and extended our check out till 2 p.m instead of 11 a.m.
