The only hotel near the Halifax International Airport that has a "stay and park" package that is reasonably priced. They had a shuttle to take us over to the airport and when we returned 10 days later they had a shuttle come to get us to retrieve our vehicle. This was well worth the money especially for an early morning flight. The room was comfortable and had all the creature comforts we needed.

They have the nicest check in staff I have ever encountered. It is always super busy when I have arrived but the staff handles it so well and make you feel like a valued guest. Some rooms are better than others but when you are only here for a night before an early flight the comfortable bed is all I need. My daughter says it is fantabulous. Pool is nice a warm and a great way to spend some time if you arrive early enough. And the shuttle service is perfect. The cost of the hotel is often the same price or slightly more than doing park n fly. So much better than driving in the middle of the night to catch an early flight.

Unreal !!! I left my car there for Cheap parking. 8.00 a day . They shuttle you to the airport . FREE. Upon my return we had a major snow storm . Car was stuck . The Shuttle driver went to the hostel and got a shovel . Then pushes me out . He was so pleasant. A1 service. I recommend this parking for anyone ....

An older(built in 1978) but beautiful hotel surrounded by wonderful staff in a great location, just a short shuttle drive to the airport. The shuttle driver was nice enough to assist us with our massive amount of luggage.
We booked a double queen room, very clean and well maintained, the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on.
Free parking and free wifi, overall very satisfied with this unique hotel.

Reviews here are mixed but everyone has a different experience.
Was quiet even being on the same level near the lobby. Room 222. Looking past the dents and scuff marks on a wall, the room was clean. I could see a few marks around the seal on the tub but it wasn't barely noticable. It is strange having a separation between toilet and tub and sink but no real complaints because I stayed in hotels like this before.
Bed was big and comfy obviously because I was in the king room.
I see some reviews of people saying the plug sockets don't work. They probably talking about the one the lamp nearest the window (double rooms not sure), but if the light switch is off then lamp won't turn on nor will the plug work. But when you turn the light switch to on, the plug will work but manually turn off the lamp if you want to use the plug without light. The light switch was located next to the one that controls the sink area light.
I also see reviews about bugs in the rooms. I have noticed there is traps behind the dresser when I took a seat on the chair in the corner so that might be helping with the bug issue.
But I had no problems. I used points and wasn't disappointed.
The hotel is undergoing renovations but too soon to tell what the hotel will be like when all set and done.
Shuttle to the airport was convenient. Runs on the 15 and 45 minute to the hour mark. Arrive about 10 minutes in the lobby before so you don't miss it because it will leave exactly on the dot.
The restaurant is also convenient.

My Partner and I recently (January 11, 2023) stayed at the quality inn. Check in was a breeze and to our surprise we got free parking for up to 2 weeks with a one night stay! This was amazing as we were worried about airport parking. The room was extremely clean, we had asked for a queen size bed but only got a double. The bar was fairly priced, and the staff working the bar was extremely friendly. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport, every 15 minutes. Then when you come back from your trip you can call the shuttle to come pick you up and they will deliver you directly to your vehicle. I highly recommend staying here if you are flying and trying the blueberry mojitio. Will be back next time we fly.

Although an older hotel, the room was well appointed and very clean. There was a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a nice range of supplies. The hotel is very near the airport with a free shuttle service. The self-serve breakfast offered coffee, tea, juice and a surprisingly good selection of breakfast items. Hotels today are often stretched with both resources and sufficient staffing, so I appreciated the responsive customer service and how helpful the staff I interacted with were. I needed to keep some ice packs in a freezer over night and they didn’t hesitate to assist with this. It is a large hotel with long corridors and a few steps along the way, so if you have a lot of luggage, you may want to make sure your room is in the first section closer to the elevator. A very fair price for the room, and overall, a good stay.

They allowed us to book a room the night we returned from Brazil, and were able to leave the car in their parking lot for the intervening 3 weeks. We used their shuttle service and grabbed some breakfast the day we left, and again used the shuttle on the night we returned back and had an excellent got breakfast the fallowing day. They even let us have our dog in the room. Long story short incredible value. We got all this for less than what we would have paid just for parking anywhere else. I can't recommend this place enough. Bed was great, room, lobby, and restaurant were great. They have a outdoor pool, and a gym. Only minor thing I could suggest is that the the hallway carpet is a bit worn and dated, but that is very easily overlook considering the tremendous value this inn provides. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Excellent staff. When we arrived the power was out, staff were calm and collected and got everyone checked in effectively and efficiently. The power was back on within 30 minutes. Food in the restaurant was great, they had a take out option and called your room when the food was ready so you could be comfy and stay away from others during a pandemic. The business center is such a great idea to have. I was able to print off a credit card authorization form for someone that was stranded in Montreal airport due to weather and the kind front desk agents faxed it for me. I believe their names were Laura and the manager Aaron. Very wonderful staff, at the desk and in the restaurant. Rooms were very clean, queit and comfy. The lady at the front desk in the morning also let us have a late check out! Great place.

I've only ever seen the sign the side of the building when driving on the highway and thought it was a good deal to stay and leave your vehicle. When covid restrictions finally let up to be able to travel we booked our tickets to visit my sister in the USA. Flight left super early so decided to stay at a hotel, I googled and found them along with pictures. It's an amazing looking hotel and prices are low. Staff were so polite and helpful and since we left before the continental breakfast they had "to go" bags for us. I would definitely stay here again. Everyone was so polite ,hotel and rooms were so clean .

As far as airport hotels go, it was pretty decent. It was dated and there is no hot tub. But that old -hotel smell- (you know the one) wasn't very present thankfully in the rooms. The free breakfast was a definite disappointment- but I guess you can't complain too much when it's free. Your options were very limited, egg, sausage, falafel and toast or cereal.
The room was great though; we had a large suite and did not hear anyone else the entire time we were there. Beds were comfy and large enough for everyone to have their own space.

Our room was big. Bathroom was a weird set up: toilet and bathtub in one room, while the sink and mirror was in the closet. Not idea when you brush your teeth when your clothes are.
Hotel restaurant opens until 1am, basic food - burgers, fish and chips, soups and salad. Everything was fresh, but okay
Breakfast (buffet style) in the morning - sausage, eggs, bacon, the usual stuff.
Check in and out we’re friendly, no problems at all. The day we left, we asked for a extra 30 minutes late check out. They accommodated with no extra charge or issue.

The restaurant/bar was well decorated for November with a heavy christmas theme; lovely decor in the lobby area. The rooms themselves were acceptable with dissapointing showers.
Although i didn't use them, the indoor and outdoor pool were nice, but basic; the gym was small (smaller than a hotel room) and very basic.
All in all, fair for a night.

Great location if you are traveling out of the Halifax Airport. With one night's stay, you can park your car for up to two weeks. There is a shuttle that runs back and forth between the hotel and the airport. It was very convenient and easy to catch the scheduled shuttle to the airport. When returning, the shuttle is on demand, you simply use the phone outside of the baggage claim and request the shuttle to pick you up. The driver brought me right to my car, which saved me from lugging my suitcases after a long, exhausting day of travel! The room was very spacious. It took some time to get checked in, they were quite busy. The restaurant was very good, fast service, brought right to the room!

On June 25, 2022, I had a very pleasurable stay at the Quality Inn Halifax Airport Hotel. The room was clean and quiet; the restaurant food was delicious and reasonably-priced. The staff was efficient and pleasant. I needed to get to the airport by 5 am this morning: the shuttle (no charge to guests)was on time. As well, since I left too early to access the provided breakfast, I was told at check-in to request a bag breakfast! Highly recommend this hotel.

First night in Canada and staying here made me think that Canadians being really nice wasn’t just a stereotype. It was 2am when I arrived and they were almost uncomfortably nice, it would make you think it was like 2 pm and it was the Ritz not just some airport Quality Inn. Also 24hr free shuttle to and from airport is huge perk. Complementary hot breakfast too and super clean. Would recommend!

You can stay at the hotel before or after your flight and park there for the duration of your trip. We left on a late morning flight and just parked and caught the shuttle to the airport. Then we arrived back late at night, got shuttle had a good sleep and got our car in the morning.

I wanted to park at near by the Halifax airport and got the site connected to this hotel. When it was advertised there was no mention that the charges was in US dollars.
This is absolutely in my opinion misleading. I am parking my car in Canada booked through and advertised site in Canada and I am to be charged US dollars.
However when I found out I cancelled it and it is now about & weeks , deducted from my account on June 11th and I have not received back a return of funds.
When I write to the person, Greg who is named in the e mail, he does not reply but instead I get an automatic generated response. I am absolutely frustrated over this and I am still awaiting return of $403,32 Cad.
However, I called the this hotel and I am very thankful to a gentleman, Dean, He had explained to me that it's a third party booking and he has offered to sent an email to the 3rd party. I am thankful for this positive and helpful approach by Dean.
One other thing I have put 5 stars for the help and response of Dean. I believe in any establishment it is the response and the people that makes the difference.

Honestly, I hate hard floors in hotels...especially with bare feet. You can feel every little speck of dirt or dust on your feet! Yuck.
Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was clean.
Swimming pool was actually pretty awesome but fairly deep so not great for toddlers. We still had hours of fun there!
The restaurant was not really a Gem. The food was average but the service was garbage. Yes, the girl was new and it was her first day but she didn't get our order right and we had to remind her to get our drinks. She ended up taking one of the items off the menu to make up for it so that was ok. Hopefully the service is better by now.

Check in was quick, all our accommodation requests were satisfied, and a friendly shuttle driver took us to the airport for our early morning flight. The restaurant inside the hotel is excellent, the Hidden Gem is indeed a gem. We will use this hotel again in the future.

Hotel was an odd mix of decor. The lobby had painted marble on the walls. It felt like they were trying to look luxurious but on a budget.
The room was a little outdated, bed was a little hard but had an okay sleep.
Location for access to the airport was convenient. They offer free shuttle to the airport which we didn't need as we rented a car.
