Very convenient for Catania airport, very kind staff and I also used the car wash service

I used ParkinGo Catania airport in the last days.

I also use ParkinGo a Venezia.

I see some bad reviews but I have to say the team at Catania airport were SUPER nice and efficient.

Really it was a great experience and also just a walk from Terminal C.

What made the experience great are the employees at Catania Airport.

Great location, 2/3 minute walk from the terminal. Open 24h. Fast check-in and check-out operations. The cars, for obvious reasons of space, are moved to another car park a couple of km away. Very cordial staff. I had read some negative reviews on the branches present in other airports, for the Catania branch my opinion is excellent.

Sono un cliente affezionato di questo parcheggio situato nelle immediate vicinanze dell'aeroporto di Catania. Lo utilizzo per motivi di lavoro. Lascio la mia auto per andare in aereoporto. Ottimo il servizio di prenotazione e pagamento online. Utilizzo anche l'app per il cellulare. La consegna dell'auto avviene sempre velocemente e il personale è pronto a dare tutte le necessarie spiegazioni. La navetta impiega non più di dieci minuti per portarmi alle partenze. L'autista è sempre molto cortese. Al rientro è possibile chiamare telefonicamente la navetta che arriva in tempi rapidi. Diverse volte sono rientrato in ritardo (anche di due o tre ore) a causa dei ritardi dei voli ma la navetta è sempre stata puntuale ! Ho utilizzato anche il servizio di lavaggio dell'auto: perfetto !!!

Ive used them multiple times now for parking for 2-3 weeks at a time and they're great. I had an issue with my car dying the first time but they were very helpful in getting me up and running again. Never had any issues and always found my car safe with no damage. Just booked them for another 2 weeks trip. Best price and great staff!

Second time that we rely on their services, always perfect car, super welcoming staff… but the most interesting and comfortable thing is the fact of no longer having to depend on the shuttle! The base of the car park is located a few meters from Terminal C which allows you to reach the airport or car park in complete autonomy!!! Highly recommended!

Consider that I had to leave the car one more night due to flight cancellation and they didn't ask me for the supplement and also, before letting me leave, I enjoyed cleaning the windows (dirty due to lava stone from Etna).

Convenient parking, very close to the airport, reachable in 5 minutes on foot. Polite and friendly staff, immediately after booking and a few hours before arriving at the car park, they contact you on whats'app to provide you with useful info. I recommend online payment, you save money. Car keys to be left with the staff, a condition that they communicate to you from the time of booking.
