Sono un cliente affezionato di questo parcheggio situato nelle immediate vicinanze dell'aeroporto di Catania. Lo utilizzo per motivi di lavoro. Lascio la mia auto per andare in aereoporto. Ottimo il servizio di prenotazione e pagamento online. Utilizzo anche l'app per il cellulare. La consegna dell'auto avviene sempre velocemente e il personale è pronto a dare tutte le necessarie spiegazioni. La navetta impiega non più di dieci minuti per portarmi alle partenze. L'autista è sempre molto cortese. Al rientro è possibile chiamare telefonicamente la navetta che arriva in tempi rapidi. Diverse volte sono rientrato in ritardo (anche di due o tre ore) a causa dei ritardi dei voli ma la navetta è sempre stata puntuale ! Ho utilizzato anche il servizio di lavaggio dell'auto: perfetto !!!
We attempted to use the park n go shuttle but unfortunately were unable to. The shuttle despite calling the office was nowhere to be found for an hour and we ended up taking a cab (20€). Others were in a similar spot but unfortunately had to pay more for cab services from the airport so I suppose we were lucky.
My experience with ParkinGO was very bad.
Booked a car in Catania through the DiscoverCars broker (SurPrice service provider) and arrived at your destination, after two hours of waiting in a 40-degree pitch with his wife and 6-year-old girl in tow, a very ... kind young lady named Alessandra, if I'm not mistaken, he tells us that they had overbooked and therefore the car was not there for me and I simply had to make do. In all this, the DiscoverCars broker had disabled the emergency telephone number indicated on the contract for excessive traffic (?? !!). What does ParkinGo have to do with it ??? Right next to SurPrice, in the same building, door to door, was ParkinGo who accidentally had the car; pity that he offered it at 1,600 euros (without insurance) when my initial booking was at 500 euros ... In addition, Miss from ParkinGo specified in an unpleasant way to my wife: "Mrs. 1,600 euros without insurance means that then each scratch will cost you 200 euros !!! ".
Obviously I sent them to that country, I had to go back to the airport and call a transfer. Then I calmly booked a car at the hotel for 600 euros. I had a lot of financial damage but at least I didn't get scammed.
This is my experience which I hope will be useful to other travelers.
Too bad I can't give below zero ... I book online with my card, I pay and when I go to pick up the car they don't give it to me because they only accept credit card .. but online payment is valid with a normal card !! ! A nice scam ... the girl at the cashier just didn't want to find a solution and so I lost € 300 and was left without a car for the whole holiday ....
Bad experience, I absolutely do not recommend it! There are two employees in the rental service who take 6 times as long to do what elsewhere they did in 10 minutes, even if the car has already been booked on the internet! The site also speaks generically of credit cards, in reality to rent the car you need a credit card and obligatorily to those who made the reservation! Go elsewhere, you will pay more, but with much better service
Prerequisite: parking booked and paid for about 2 weeks before the flight. Airplane departure at 8.20. I arrive at the car park at 6.45 am and find the gate closed. I call on my landline and the answering machine answers. I call on my cell phone and the answering machine answers. In order not to miss the flight I am forced to divert to another more serious parking lot. I arrived just in time to check in. I believe no further comments are needed.
